We tried the hot cocoa of course. It was very rich! It’s worth trying at least once. The view from the terrace while we drank our cocoa was the best part of the visit.

We went for the hot chocolate experience. It is worth it for sure. Long wait for hot chocolate. There was no hostess in the area. The wait staff had to host and clear tables. It was very inefficient. Otherwise a good experience

Great restaurant with an incredible patio! My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons and we ended up eating here multiple times during our stay. The menu had wonderful selections for both breakfast and dinner plus the cocktails were especially delicious. The patio was our favorite part! There are maybe 5 or 6 tables with fire pits right in front, so you can dine or cocktail no matter the temp and enjoy the breathtaking views. Highly recommend the hot chocolate, the presentation was super cool plus it was insanely tasty!

The food was good, so was the hot chocolate but it is very very very sweet so consider sharing with someone. You can’t substitute for almond milk if you’re not a dairy fan but the experience and decor were amazing 💕

Grabbed a quick bite here after spa session. Food is absolutely delicious. We have had the octopus and shrimp starters which were both perfectly cooked. Today we tried the quinoa bowl and the remedy burger which were excellent. Burger was super juicy and oozed of umami. Fries were crispy and broke perfectly to the touch. Prior day we had the halibut which was great as well. Crispy top and bottom skin with moist center. Would definitely recommend this for those looking for a yummy lunch.

Haute Chocolate was an absolute delight, offering warm mountain hospitality in a charming alpine setting. Sitting outside elevated the experience with beautiful Vail views and a cozy, upscale ambiance. Their hot chocolate is rich, indulgent, and truly a must try.

Finally tried the famous Haute Chocolate at The Remedy at Four Seasons in Vail ☕️🍫 absolutely incredible. Rich, smooth, perfectly balanced, and worth every sip. Highly recommended if you’re in Vail.

Their famous Hot Chocolate is absolutely fabulous! A definite must have! It is super decent and rich,and very well worth the amount it costs.

Service was great. We had a great time in remedy bar. Their hot chocolate was a bargain. It was my husband’s birthday and I wanted to give a small surprise with wishes, the lady who served us did an amazing job with the surprise wishes. She helped me make it a special day with my husband. Her name was Magdalene I guess. I wanted to leave a good tip for her but we were in a hurry to get somewhere else,so we ended up giving usual tip, and I felt sorry later. But the restaurant, ambience and service were amazing. Definitely worth a visit.

We had the best meal at the Remedy rooftop! Our server Denni was phenomenal. We had amazing service, the food was so great, and the drinks were delicious. Our server went above and beyond giving us amazing recommendations for our trip coming up to Europe soon. You can’t beat the restaurant views and experience. Highly recommend coming here if you are in Vail!

Our first dinner in Vail didn’t disappoint. We had shrimp to start, then halibut and scallops. Wine selection was great for pairing. We had delicious dessert as well and they were able to make me drink outside of the menu and it was perfect.

Had breakfast at Four Seasons absolutely delightful! The vegetable pie with tomato sauce was incredibly tender and flavorful, beautifully presented as always. A perfect place to start the day in a great mood.

Service was outstanding. Food was incredible and the vibe and view were on point tonight! We loved it so much.

I recently visited The Remedy at the Four Seasons and had an amazing experience. The Elk Chili was incredibly well-seasoned, with a rich, hearty flavor that paired perfectly with the soft, flavorful cornbread. It felt comforting and elevated at the same time. I also tried their legendary hot chocolate, and it truly lived up to its reputation—rich, creamy, and absolutely indulgent. Overall, I would definitely recommend The Remedy to anyone looking for a cozy and delicious dining experience at the Four Seasons. Make sure you have a reservation cause there will probably be a wait if you don’t have one.

What an amazing dining experience. The food was very fresh, hot and delicious. All worth every dollar it's priced at. We sat by the fire on the patio and got to look at how the leaves on the trees are changing the people walking through the city, the nice elegant soft playing music made everything amazing.

The patio here is where it’s at!!! Trust me. Also, get the baked goat cheese appetizer. Yum. The Remedy Wagyu burger is sold and so is the hot and crispy chicken sandwich!! It’s extra crispy!! The World Famous hot chocolate drink is a must as well! Thank me later.

Very nice bar with well-made specialty cocktails, good wine list, and a few good beers. Some of the specialty cocktails are really excellent. Indoor seating is nice, particularly if it's cold and the large fireplace is lit. The patio is great in the warmer months at least through Fall. Food is served in the bar area. Very friendly and professional staff.

This was a very nice restaurant, the food was delicious! We have gluten free, vegetarian and vegan in our group, everyone was very happy with their choices. Loved the baklava cheesecake! Great service too!

The Remedy Bar at The Four Seasons Hotel in Vail is fantastic. We visited specifically to try their hot chocolate, and it didn't disappoint - honestly the best we've ever had! Yes, it's pricey at $22, but sharing it made a fun, memorable experience. The staff are nice, and the atmosphere is great. Totally worth it for such a unique treat.

Never thought spending $30 on Hot Chocolate would be a good idea. This Hot Chocolate is ranked the 2nd best in the world. Not sure what could beat it.

Overall, The Remedy Bar has quickly become my favorite spot to unwind and indulge during ski season. Enjoyed a splendid time at The Remedy. Our goal was to experience the Haute Chocolate, and we achieved our goal. The ambience was nice. We had separate seating in front of a cozy fire. Complimentary chips and nuts were provided. Carlton, the server, was awesome. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. If you are in the Vail area, consider treating yourself to some Haute Chocolate at The Remedy! Note: Parking may not be easily accessible. During the presentation, the chocolate drops to the bottom, so stir very well!

Absolutely amazing food and service! My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and we loved it. Had a great view as we ate, too. HIGHLY recommend. We shared the Waygu beef sliders and loved them. And we had the Tuna Poke Bowl for an entree, and that was amazing too! We came back later for the hot chocolate, which was out of this world!!

We visited this place for insta famous hot cocoa drink with a view of the snow covered trees and mountains and were awestruck to see this beautiful and cozy hotel in the middle of the snow covered mountains. We ordered The Hot cocoa with marshmallow, an Old fashioned whiskey and veggies loaded nachos. They have very limited options for vegetarians. The serve chips and wasabi covered edamame complimentary. This place was classy, elegant, cozy and you could spend hours there just sipping on your hot cocoa or a drink while enjoying the view. This place is a little overpriced but for the view I will visit this place again.

30.00 for cocoa is insane but that's what you expect at the four seasons. I enjoyed every minute of it.

Literally only stopped in to try their fancy famous hot chocolate. Very rich and chocolaty but was not super hot so the chunks of chocolate and the marshmallow never fully melted and made drinking the drink a bit odd. Was it good? Yea… would I get it again? No. Definitely a one time experience gimmick.

Who doesn’t love anything Four Seasons?! The food is delicious every time and the service is great. I do tend to feel like the atmosphere can get a bit rowdy at Remedy and the way the tables are set up- feels like you are somewhat on display. It’s definitely not an intimate place for a drink, but if you’re looking for a loud happy hour/dinner spot- you’ve come to the right place.

The food is divine! The service was amazing! Overall we had a lovely dinner. My hesitation to give 5 starts overall is for the central fire that we were sat next too. It was like being put inside an oven to be near it. Every guest around the fire was beet red and removing as many layers of clothing as they could to try to cool off. It was eventually turned off, but I cannot understand why the tables are set so close to it? I highly encourage anyone in Vail to go to this spot, you won't regret it!....just don't sit close to the fire if it's on.

A “can’t miss” on your visit to Vail, but only for the hot cocoa. The restaurant is accessible as you enter the hotel. It features a variety of seating including lounge and outdoor seating. We requested “standard” seating on our reservation but we were sat at a bar looking out the windows. This was in the walkway from the host stand to the rest of restaurant and next to the service part of the bar and patio doors causing us to be in the heart of the restaurant’s foot traffic. It was not pleasant. Be sure to ask for an actual table because while the view was nice, I was anticipating an actual table and from my photos, there were many available. The outdoor seating includes fire pits. The food is standard - we opted for the goat cheese, ratatouille and crispy chicken sandwich. They tasted as expected. The hot cocoa is easily the best item on the menu and it is worth it to come for just that. Our server, Shayla, took great care of us. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I would not return.

We stopped by for Apres Ski yesterday afternoon. Were seated immediately as we had a reservation. However, the atmosphere and ambience were not befitting that of a four seasons property. Trash on the floor, crayon markings all over the menus, and dirty dishes being carried from the kitchen and through the dining area. Furthermore it was quite the wait for our food and drinks. The appetizer we had were very good and the Haut chocolate was excellent. However, I have to say it’s one and done for me.

The food at the Remedy Restaurant was disappointing during our visit. I was hoping for more variety, and for the price, I expected richer flavor and overall better taste. That said, the servers and hosts were very kind and welcoming, which we really appreciated. Come back again? Maybe for the vibe but not for the food.

We got the famed hot chocolate. Service wasn’t the best. After sitting down and placing our order we waited an hour to get our drink. A single order of hot chocolate I’ll remind you. Meanwhile a table next to us got their second order of hot chocolates (so they had had 6) before we got our one. We were seated before they were, lol. I guess they just forgot our order or something. We were outside so we moved to a table at the fire when the group there left. They said it’s reserved for a group of 4 and we were only a group of 3 and asked us to move back. Fair enough. Then a group of 3 sat down there. Lol. As for the hot chocolate itself, it did hold up to its name. 10/10. To recap, we got the best hot chocolate we’ve ever had for the low cost of 30 dollars and 2 hours of our time. (Not an exaggeration).

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Paying nearly $80 for two hot chocolates was already outrageous, but unfortunately that wasn’t the only problem. When the waiter brought the drinks, he spilled chocolate all over me. He clearly noticed, yet he didn’t stop, didn’t apologize, and didn’t even offer anything to help me clean up. Now I’m left with stained clothes and the added cost of dry cleaning or having to replace it entirely. For the price they charge, the absolute minimum should be basic courtesy and professionalism.

To state the obvious, The Remedy is expensive. We went with a group of 8 adults and 2 babies for the famous hot chocolate experience. We had high expectations given we were spending $30 for hot chocolate and it was less than desirable. The service was terrible, they forgot some items we ordered, gave us the wrong check and took so long we all started to walk out before the waiter came over to correct our bill and take our card. We spent over $300 and were all disappointed when we left. With 2 babies in tow, slow service was not ideal but we made it work. Unfortunately the poor service had many of us eager to leave. The hot chocolate was honestly too chocolatey and so not worth $30. Safe yourself the hassle and go pick up Swiss Miss at Safeway.

For a $30 hot chocolate, I expected it to actually be hot, it was barely warm, if that. When I asked to sit by the fire pit, I was told those seats were reserved for parties of four. They seated us nearby, and just moments later, a couple was seated at one of the fire pit tables. Looking around, every fire pit was occupied by couples, not groups. The service was disappointing overall, and the experience didn’t live up to the hype.

My experience at the Four Seasons restaurant was extremely disappointing. We went for lunch and some hot chocolate, but everything from the moment we arrived was unacceptable. The restroom was extremely dirty, which is shocking for a place that claims such a high standard. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow. We were left waiting and completely ignored for over an hour, with no explanation, no apology, and no effort to check on us. For a restaurant that prides itself on excellence, the cleanliness and customer service were far below expectations. I definitely won't be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Persistent Service Concerns at Remedy – Management Review Recommended My wife and I returned to Remedy at Four Seasons Vail hoping to overcome a disappointing prior visit with the same server (stationed closest to the kitchen/bar area). Unfortunately, the pattern repeated. Assured that entrées would follow appetizers at a comfortable pace, they arrived almost immediately, overcrowding the table. Our polite feedback drew only a dismissive offer to return the dishes and a curt “good” when declined,no apology or adjustment. The signature hot chocolate with Baileys add-on arrived separately well after we’d nearly finished the base drink, retrieved without explanation or amends. These repeated shortcomings in timing, attentiveness, and basic courtesy fall significantly short of Four Seasons expectations and undermine the restaurant’s appeal. After two identical experiences, we hesitate to recommend it. Perhaps this individual’s style would suit a more casual setting like McDonald’s better than a luxury resort property. Management may wish to address training or placement in this area to restore the excellence guests anticipate.

I made a reservation for 5 and had to wait when we arrived because my table was not ready. After like 7 minutes I approached the hostess and she greeted me like if she never saw me before but I have been waiting next to her as she told me. The real issue here was the service, our waitress denni was rude , did not even offered the snaks (nuts and chips others were given) she made face of disgust when she approached the table and saw we still had drink left and my brother saw that. She has the attitude of entitlement some expensive places have when workers think that if you do not look rich you are less worthy of service. I would not go back. Next time I’ll go back to the Sebastian, there the service is warm and so good.
