The dishes were excellent, piping hot. We tried casoncelli with butter and bacon and wild boar morsels with olives and taragna: everything was delicious. The lemon tart was also excellent. The owners were very kind and welcoming. We'll be back very soon!

Found out through a friend who'd been there before... It was love at first sight!!! Authentic dishes, just like the ones you'd find at grandma's. Highly recommended is the tasting menu, where you can try a little bit of everything. You'll be satisfied!!! See you next time... 😋

We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of the "cheese lord" we met on the Pertus plateau (their cheeses are spectacular). What can I say? Fabulous, everything delicious, and at a more than fair price. We chose the full menu for €33, which includes the house appetizer, first course, second course, side dish, water, wine, coffee, and dessert!!! The dishes are generous, so I ended up skipping the second course. The appetizer featured local cured meats and cheeses, and I confirm they were local because they were delicious and had unique flavors. The first course was truly delicious. The ravioli with figs (and I don't remember what else) were exquisite, well-balanced. The figs were noticeable, but very subtle. The second course, my husband said, was very good. I loved the house wine; I forgot to ask what it was. The desserts were good, but I was expecting something more traditional. After such a rich menu, a local dessert would end the meal in style. A must-visit here. Oh BOOK, always full.

SUBLIME cuisine, shame about the grumpy old owner, who needs to learn to SMILE at customers and be a little more friendly. His son's service is definitely better, and he's more friendly. Overall: excellent cuisine, but the service could be improved, as it's cold and unwelcoming.

If you want to feel at home in a mountain setting, this is the place! Homemade cuisine (we tried several dishes on the menu), especially the ravioli with figs, pecorino cheese, and chopped pistachios and the tart with mascarpone cream and chestnuts! The friendly and helpful staff are delightful, making us feel at home. Welcoming location, magnificent views, and a magnificent sunset. Good value. We'll definitely be back, top! 👍 Recommended for a Sunday lunch!

This restaurant, located at the top of Valcava, is perfect for those planning a day in the area. My friends and I opted for the full menu, featuring a trio of first courses, second courses, and dessert, as well as, of course, an excellent appetizer of cured meats and Bergamo cheeses. For starters, we were served buckwheat ravioli filled with venison (delicious!), fresh pasta with ragù, and to round out the trio, a seasonal pumpkin and sausage pasta. For the second course, roast rabbit, venison stew, and beef carpaccio were served, all with a delicious taragna polenta on the side! The owner was very friendly and generous, offering us a homemade chestnut liqueur at the end of the meal! The view is also noteworthy; on clear days, you can even see Milan in the distance!

I'd say very good!! Clean and welcoming! We stopped for lunch on a Saturday. The place isn't too big, so it's best to book. The service was friendly, polite, and very helpful. The food was good, especially the portions of the first courses, which were very generous. We didn't spend much: 3 covers, 2 first courses, 2 polenta taragne, a grilled cheese, chips, 3 bottles of water, ½ bottle of wine, and 2 coffees. I recommend it because you eat and you feel good!!
