I only ate at the restaurant; I didn't stay in their rooms. I couldn't have made a better choice! Simple, delicious food, plentiful, and a simply wonderful view. You even have deckchairs on the lawn outside to relax after your meal. The waitresses are super nice and helpful ❤️. And let's not even talk about the price...these days, it's super competitive considering the size and quality of the portions. Make sure you book in advance or you won't find a place. Highly recommended 💓

I stayed at the property with a gift voucher... what can I say, one of the most enchanting places I've ever stayed. Aside from the beauty of the location, breathtaking views of the valley, clean and well-kept rooms, I'd like to compliment all the staff for their kindness and courtesy, but especially for the food, both dinner and breakfast... everything is authentic, locally sourced, prepared with care and dedication... from the typical cured meats and cheeses to the meat, but above all the breakfast with homemade cakes, butter, jam... everything was perfect, I'll definitely be back and well done guys, keep it up 🙏🥰♥️

They always offer the same menu (which can be changed upon request): cold cuts from Valchiusella, chestnuts in butter, vegetable flan, fresh Valchiusella tometta and boiled potatoes (a typical dish from Valchiusella), polenta concia and non with wild boar and veal, dessert and coffee.

We stayed in this paradise on Easter Monday with friends. The menu was excellent, as was the service, and the staff were helpful. We stayed for one night. The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, featuring high-quality local products. I fell in love with this beautiful osteria. The location is enchanting, with a wonderful view of a lovely lawn where you can lounge on the deckchairs. Speaking of the food: the tasting menu means you get appetizers, which are fantastic (fresh cheese with potatoes, chestnuts boiled in excellent butter, flan with cheese fondue, and incredible cured meats, among which the lard was undoubtedly the standout). Then you can choose between a first course—in our case, there were herb ravioli—or a second course. We chose polenta si concia sia semplice (plain polenta) with wild boar braised in wine, which melted in your mouth. For dessert, there was panna cotta with a homemade apple puree that was truly delicious. We ate inside, and it was very quaint and comfortable, with a very friendly and knowledgeable waitress. The house wine, a still Barbera, was very good. To finish, we tried both the genepy and the homemade herb liqueur, and they were truly delicious. I highly recommend this place. A quick note: there are some one-star reviews where people complain about the road leading to the inn, saying it's impassable. This is absolutely not true. These people have clearly never been to the mountains or seen a real dirt road. Finally, I recommend booking as the place is small.

We stayed one night at ca praudin and it was amazing! Our host were extremely nice and warm. The room was clean and cosy with a beautiful view on the mountains. This place feels like home, I recommend!! We had a big breakfast full of yummy things and the best cappuccino. We ate lunch at the restaurant and the food was very good and homemade with local products. The road is a bit steep and small but it is worth it 😍✨ Don't hesitate to go there you will have an amazing time 🌞

Il posto magnifico per la vista, ma ultimo pezzo di strada dissestata e con enormi buchi. La cucina è sempre la stessa e non valorizza per nulla il territorio: dicono di proporre prodotti a km0 ma i tagliolini con il pesto e aggiunta di panna non li proporrei nemmeno in centro a Torino. Ci ero davvero affezionato ma non penso ritornerò!! Bisogna davvero cambiare ROTTA!

Beautiful location, panoramic views, pleasant food without excess, truly terrible service! There were 6 of us, we ordered bottles of wine (not the mediocre quality cask wine) which was brought to our table without tasting and with an inadequate glass. The staff evidently caught up at the last minute with obvious difficulties in relating to the customers. To top it off, when it came time to pay (in cash) the owner dismissed us without a receipt, in short, "run, take it, go"! NB: We were with friends from Lombardy who had recommended the suggestive location to us! We won't be back, the agriturismo is good but they underestimate the more demanding clientele.

Abbiamo provato a prenotare un tavolo per 5 una settimana prima del 13 ottobre. Ci è stato detto che non c'era posto. (in quanto ci sarebbe stata una cooperativa che avrebbe occupato tutto il ristorante). Tuttavia, hanno chiesto il mio numero per contattarmi nel caso in cui si liberasse il posto (dicendo che mi avrebbero contattata entro martedì 8 ottobre). Nessuna chiamata ricevuta. Mi hanno chiamata circa 15 minuti fa dicendo che "il mio tavolo per 2 era pronto e che ci aspettavano". Ma ho detto gentilmente che c era un errore visto che io avevo prenotato per 5 persone e soprattutto avrei aspettato una loro chiamata martedì. Sgarbatamente mi hanno mandato a stendere, dicendomi che avevo torto. Non mi era mai successa una cosa così, veramente maleducati.
