Truly a very beautiful and well-organized place, with a wide selection and excellent quality. The staff is young and helpful. I arrived at 2:30 PM with my son and they served us without any problems. His dish, pictured (delicious), was €7...absolutely ideal for both families and friends with large groups. In Isolaccia, everything is closed after 2 PM, even the supermarkets. Well done!

5 stelle per l'idea simpatica ed alternativa. Impossibile non rimanere "stupiti" al primo trenino che vi passerà a fianco! Tanto da non accorgevi quasi di avere già svuotato il piatto. Consigliato sicuramente con bambini. Cibo "classico" già provato al Mamafranca e al Oliver di Bormio, 4 stelle, ci sta.

The atmosphere and service could certainly be improved, as the waiters aren't very friendly. Despite this, however, the quality of the burgers is certainly very high. Also, be sure to check the quality of their special fries. Prices are medium-high.

Pub restaurant, very beautiful and welcoming atmosphere surrounded by nature, delicious food. Wide selection on the menu: pizza, American sandwiches, kids' menu including hot dogs. Excellent beer. Everything was delicious, very satisfied. Fast service, kind and friendly staff. 🔝🔝🔝

Siamo stati a cena di gruppo e con diversi bambini. Premetto che all'atto della prenotazione abbiamo avvisato esservi tanti bambini e nessun problema è stato esposto. All'ingresso nel locale la prima cosa che ci è stata detta ancora prima di salutarci è stata di non far urlare i bambini e tenerli tranquilli, cosa che ci è stata ripetuta all'infinitesima potenza per tutta la sera, anche il solo parlare o muoversi dava fastidio. Locale e qualità dei piatti è assolutamente ottima ma credo sia sbagliato indicare il locale come per bambini e gruppi se ancora prima di entrare nel locale si parte prevenuti nei confronti dei bambini, non che il solo parlare dei genitori non desse fastidio e siamo stati redarguidi anche noi adulti (vi consiglierei di optate per un area whatsapp cosi che i commensali possano scriversi e non parlare).Credo che il locale debba essere rivisto nella modalità di gestione tenendo veramente a cuore i bambini e non solo scrivendo su una presentazione, perché bambini ci siamo stati tuttia sebbene ieri sera chi ci ha accolto ed era al bancone probabilmente ricordata un passato da bambino sotto una campana di vetro. Ci ritornerei ma con un trattamento diverso che è partito male già all'ingresso, primario biglietto da visita per ogni locale.

Ristorante molto simpatico e con un idea innovativa e divertente. Peccato che poi il cibo sia di basso livello, carne non salata, cibo tiepido perché arrivando dal ristorante sopra e dovendo fare la strada con il trenino si raffredda. Migliorabile sicuramente e con un bel potenziale. Da rivedere però la qualità degli hamburger

The food quality was acceptable, but the service was beyond reproach. We've been sitting at our table waiting to order for 20 minutes, when the order girl finally arrives, along with a couple with their dog. The dogs bark at each other, and the order girl points out that there are a few too many dogs—with the implication that you can't be here 🤣 This is crazy!

The food is decent at best. I didn't want to say anything bad as it's not the waiter's fault but this being an "american" restaurant, I was expecting something decent and not what we received which was dry, lacked flavour and was generally the run of the mill sort of food. I would only eat here if I was super hungry and nothing else was open, otherwise, looks elsewhere, anywhere.

Siamo stati questa sera a cena. Il locale è sicuramente molto carino e l"idea di farsi servire i piatti ordinati da trenini che viaggiano su binari è estremamente originale. Peccato per la grande confusione creata da bambini che gridano e schiamazzano seguendo le locomotive. Dopo una lunga attesa ( circa un ora e mezza).... sono arrivati i panini ordinati, può accadere quando i locali sono pieni ma il fatto più spiacevole è accaduto al momento del conto. Essendo in tanti chiediamo di pagare separatamente e la cassiera in modo molto scocciato ci sollecita di fare in fretta.... Dopo aver aspettato così tanto per dei panini le chiediamo di avere un attimo di pazienza e lei ancora più scocciata esclama " sono sconvolta"....beh quelli sconvolti eravamo noi per la maleducazione e per la poca professionalità. Non ultimo , stanchi di aspettare, usciamo dal locale senza aver consumato i dolci ordinati....per onestà ci vengono ridati i soldi dei piatti non consumati.

La vostra risposta in merito alla recensione precedente e’ una totale menzogna. Vi siete permessi di riprendere i bambini piu’ e piu’ volte in maniera molto scorbutica, commentando in maniera molto poco educata anche con altri clienti, vostri amici. Io che pur essendo mamma, sono piuttosto intollerante ai bambini nei locali, posso assicurare che non hanno fatto niente di cosi’ “esagerato”. Gia’ solo le parole che avete riservato per quello che potevano fare e non fare i bambini all’inizio lasciavano intendere. La maleducazione e’ stata vostra. A questo punto consiglierei il locale ad una clientela over 80.

No greeting, no courtesy upon arrival. We ordered two beers, 15 minutes later a Coke and a tea arrived, and after 35 minutes the meat tasted like shoe soles, inedible. No attention to the customer. Absolutely the worst place we visited during our holidays in Valtellina. I don't recommend it. We'll never go back. It's a shame because the area where the place is located is nice but ruined by incompetent staff.
