After an insane hot heavy traffic driving at 5 freeway, I got in to Jack. Very refreshing AC. It was like paradise, eating a Siracha.

Good place to go when you want to quick me

Came for a quick to go bite after being stranded on the road for hours. The meat here is actually cooked properly compared to a different Jack in the Box I usually go to in Riverside. Savored the flavor and juice of the ultimate bacon cheeseburger. Replaced the combo drink for a Large Oreo Shake. No fries, because most people like myself probably don't finish them anyways. Order came through, I could tell the employee who took my order had a long day since he charged me for a small and gave me a small instead of the Large shake. He re did the shake into a large. As someone who has worked in the fast food industry I could empathize with how he felt. Hope someday I visit this Santa Clarita location for that delicious flavor of their Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger!

The manager working took my order and I pointed at the breakfast and he said sure. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and asked if I could have pancakes. He substituted the hash browns for pancakes and had a Fanta. I wasn't full but it was perfect and I was so satisfied. Really a nice place to go in and sit down to eat. For sure two thumbs up for me👍👍🤙🏻😁

This location is crazy! The staff was the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. I ordered to go and then when it was up I switched up to dine in. Surprisingly they didn’t even blink. They pulled everything out of the bags and put it on trays. They double checked everything and made sure the order was on point. While we were waiting a super nice girl was mopping the dining area. I’m blown away.

I don't eat a lot of fast food but this is one of the best I've been to. The people who work here are so friendly and welcoming. A teen I work with enjoys going here, he said the "food is extra delicious and the people are really nice". It is clean and right next to Speedway convenience store.

I actually went back to the counter to compliment the employee in my experience. The food was cooked and assembled perfectly and was delicious. The server was SO pleasant and polite and served us with a smile. And the restaurant was VERY clean. Usually you are lucky to get one of those things at a fast food restaurant but rarely do you get all three.

Today's visit was really good! I have never had a Burger so delicious and customer service so friendly! When I went there I wasn't sure what I wanted to get. The girl on the intercom asked if I wanted to try this triple bonus combo. I was just barely saying no when I thought about it and asked how much it was not even knowing what it was. And it's almost like her voice changed the second I said yes that I wanted that. The burger is so juicy and filling! Yum!! Thanks for asking if I wanted to try this. Almost as good as the chicken strip would had been👍🏻

Great customer service. Cashier accidentally sold a discontinued product without knowing but he made absolutely sure we were taken care of. The manager did come up to apologize as well, but the cashier had already made it right. I am thankful that a business like Jack In the Box empowers their employees to think outside the box and allows them to extend great individual customer service. That's exactly what we got today. Thank you. Areas were found clean and well organized, food was hot and delicious.

Clean, quiet and reasonably good service here at the restaurant where we dined in for dinner. There was just one attendant who as also manning the drive-thru line orders. However, the service was prompt, perhaps because dine-in area was empty, the place was neat and clean. We ordered a Sour Dough Jack combo and a Sour Dough Jack sandwich. They tasted fresh and as expected for Jack in the Box. While, I was a bit surprised at how much this cost, $18.56 with tax, I must admit I haven’t been to a fast food place in a very long time and haven’t been keeping up with the prices. Overall, I found this to be a reasonably good place to dine-in.

Overall great experience when i go. I usually go around 9:50 PM for my lunch. Just be aware though that around this time everything is made fresh to order and you Will be waiting a bit longer than usual. I don't blame the workers, i prefer this anyways. Overall good food for fast food and friendly workers.

It's fast food. You know what to expect. Jack always has interesting options, though. It's also annoying that the prices on some things have shot up in the last few years, well before any fast food minimum wage increases were ever in discussion.

It is fast food . Used the drive through . There was 3 cars in front of me so it seemed like a long wait (10 min.) . Server understood my order the 1st time. Food was the usual Jack in a Box .It gets the job done and it doesn't break the bank !

I've gone to this JB 2-3 times a week for many years. First time ever, I was asked to pull forward and park to wait for the order. "Why, I ask, no one is behind me". It's to help them keep their wait time tracking to stay low. May have lost me as a customer!

The food is hot and good. I like how hot and crunchy their curly fries are. However, every time I ask for no ice in my drink, they always add ice, sometimes extra ice, as if they thought what I meant by “no ice” was “Oh yeah, I want ice, and if you could, add extra ice too!”. I want no ice🥲

I was actually confused about the $5.99 Double Combo Meal. I thought that if I bought a Combo Meal at it's regular price I can add a Combo Meal as a double for $5.99. Cause there's a Triple Combo Meal for like $10.00 as what was advertised. I was charged for a regular cause I guess the actual Combo meal was, not what I wanted to order. Actually asked for clarity, and I got the idunno this meal😮‍💨 and it was bagged as a take out and not a dine in which I'm not sure was clarified. As the photo shows. But, nice pics. 😏

1star easy to get to (leveling across 4 Lane s of traffic) kind of sucks. 2 star tables clean. 3 star service was freindly .......but breakfast food sucks at this location...... pancakes were stail and eggs taste like old hamburger Pat's also very greasy.....🤨

Came to this Jack in the Box to see if this one could be better than the one on Old Rd and this too served undercooked fries, luckily they remade them and QA needs to be rechecked for tickets since the order keeps getting messed up.

Trucker Life! Looking for something to eat besides the usual truck stop meals. Saw this place close by so my wife and I decided to head to this location and grab something to eat before we hit the road again. Ordered a large number 1 meal on the menu with curly fries and a Sourdough Jack sandwich. The total amount was shy of $22. I was surprised, shocked even at how expensive this place is compared to other Jack's. The food is not bad but man I felt being robbed. This Jack won't be on my mind the next time I'm in this area.

It says this location closes at 10 PM everyday. I go to thru drive thru and it's already closed at 9:30 PM. So now, I have to go through the hassle of getting my money back.

It's truly sad that Mel who was part of the management team is no longer there to greet you with his smile. He always remembered what you liked and was so incredibly personable and likeable. So sad that you didn't keep him on when management changed hands.

It was 10 in the afternoon or morning, my wife ordered a breakfast menu no ordered a hamburger. Breakfast sandwich hash browns were greasy and cold, and the hamburger I ordered still spout like you got a refrigerator!! If that wasn't bad enough when the manager and I know for a fact cuz I saw his name on the tag of the shirt I was handing my money and change back all the change fell on the ground and I said what are we going to do about this and he just close the window this would not be a jack-in-the-box that would ever go back to nor would I ever ask or suggest any of my friends to go to. In actuality I would make sure they say just keep up driving the road to you find another fast food restaurant because this one is subpar please!!

Worst service ever! A 0 star is received. The quality of the food is great, but customer service is terrible. There was a young employee, I believe her name started with a D and she was very rude. She was using foul language and pretty much tossed the bag when we received our meal. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Ordered 2 meat lover burritos and they were full of just egg and 1/2 a sausage patty, No Bacon or Ham and flour torttia was wet and soggy from eggs.

Im not sure if people truly don't know how to do their job or they're doing things on purpose, I had asked for two orders of tacos the girl on the intercom says so that'd be eight tacos I said no that 4 and she got frustrated and told me that it was 8 tacos I keep saying no it's four tacos at the end I just got frustrated and took off. Thats that's not the first time they've done something like that either.

Food is fine but no matter what time of day or day of the week, the service is so slow that they have all the cars waiting 20 minutes in line, then tell you to pull forward to the front where you wait another 10 minutes. The food is cold by the time you get it.

jacks has always been my go to after i get off of work or just to get some good food quick but after this past year the food had been terrible, the ultimate cheeseburger which is my go to got way worse, and not only that, but i sometimes pay extra for a large or for something else and when i get there they give me a different size or some other food that i didnt pay for and when i try to talk to them to make a switch they just say that they cant do anything, so i paid extra for no reason just to get either worse or less things.

I don't mind being parked. But I do expect my food to be warm not cold when they bring it. Tacos were hard and cold like they have been out for some time. Which is unnecessary. They take less then two minutes to cook. I spent $28 for some cold food. Thanks Jack you the best

They NEVER give you the order complete or correct. I got a Southwest Salad with Grilled Chicken. There were 2 crispy chicken tenders (not grilled) since when does a salad have chicken tenders not a piece of chicken. There no tortilla chips or southwest dressing. It’s ridiculous!!

Man, I used to always eat Jack in the Box. Almost every Friday night, whether it was after my football game or after class during college... But the past few years, it has gone down really bad... Bacon ultimate cheeseburger was mt go to... the past few times I've went.. its nothing but Disappointing!!! I just got one tonight, and it's the same thing... Two strips of bacon... Horrible!!! Just Horrible!! Never going back ever again...!! To bad I can't give it a zero stars... it is a zero star...!!

As my wife and I were coming to the drive-thru to get breakfast, we were met with a stinky attitude. The second we pulled up the" customer service rep" in the drive-thru was rude, short tempered and ugly to us. Once we got up to the window Not only were we ignored but we were repeatedly cut off by this person each time we tried to answer the questions he was asking. I only hope that management will do something about this poor attitude in this store. It really brings down the quality of service. I've gotten better customer service at a 7-Eleven. And to put the icing on the cake once our food was given to us after being parked for 20 minutes with no one else and drive-thru mind you, there were items missing and we didn't receive our drinks. Absolutely disgraceful.

Chicken sandwich was ordered and given very quickly. I knew it must have been sitting in the warmer for at least an hour. It tasted horrible, I actually spit the first bite out. The second bite was worse than the first. Didn't eat the rest. Bun was over toasted and a chicken patty that should be golden colored was brown, I thought it was beef at first glance because it was so dark. Jack is known for freshness, please remind your workers of that.
