Me encantó. Celebramos el cumpleaños de mi marido en familia, con mis hijos, mi padre y mi hermano y su mujer. La comida buenísima, el servicio muy atento y el ambiente encantador. Estuvimos en un reservado.

Si te apetece ir a un restaurante de calidad de estrella ⭐️ Michellin pero con precio asequible es tu sitio !!! Tienen la mención de Big Gourmand que sin duda es merecidisima ! Fuimos a menú degustación cerrado. Platos del menú: - Alcachofa con hueva de sepia 🦑 y pico de gallo. (5⭐️/5) - Tosta de berenjena 🍆 a la llama con queso feta y sardina ahumada. (2⭐️/5) - Pepito de gamba 🍤 con salsa sweetchilli. (5⭐️/5) - Aguja ibérica con salsa ají, patatitas, frutos secos y cebolla . (3⭐️/5) - Postre: chocolate 🍫, vainilla y cacahuete 🥜. (5⭐️/5) ——————————————————————- En la tostada de berenjena me faltó más potencia al queso feta y la sardina, se enmascaraba mucho el sabor “a la llama”. La alcachofa tenía un toque cítrico que le daba ese punto extra, me encantó. La aguja ibérica estaba buena pero demasiado toque de cebolla para mi gusto, le sobraba un poco de cantidad. La guinda final fue el postre, con el chocolate no se puede fallar y además con un toque de petazetas que explotan en la boca … brutal! La atención del personal de sala muy buena !! 10/10! Bebidas: vino blanco, cervezas, aguas. Total por persona : 38€ Volveremos !

Tuvimos una celebración familiar el pasado viernes y salimos encantados. La comida fue un espectáculo y el servicio increíble. La verdad es que ya es muy difícil encontrar algo así en Valencia. El menú estaba riquísimo, nada convencional y los camareros fueron súper atentos, nunca tuvimos las copas vacías ni nos hicieron esperar entre plato y plato. Nos cambiaron los platos para las personas con intolerancias sin poner ningún problema. Así que desde entonces se lo he recomendado a todo el mundo. Estamos deseando volver. Muchísimas gracias por hacernos el día aún más especial. ☺️

Elegimos el menú del mediodía formado por tres entrantes, principal y postre (no incluye bebidas). Los entrantes estaban muy bien elaborados y sabrosos, pero lo que sin ninguna duda cabe destacar fueron los dos principales que compartimos, el arroz cremoso con pato, boletus y castañas y la corvina, esta ultima estaba en su punto y deliciosa. Por último los postres pusieron un broche final muy agradable. En resumen la relación calidad-precio es muy buena.

Restaurante muy recomendable. Trato excelente, con comida de calidad y menú muy completo. Volveré.

Excellent experience at Blanqueries. The tasting menu is very reasonably priced for the level of quality, execution, and creativity delivered. Every dish was well balanced and thoughtfully prepared, and the service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout. Honestly, the food here was better than several 1-star Michelin restaurants we ate at in Bilbao and northern Spain—both in quality and overall experience. A standout restaurant in Valencia and absolutely worth a visit.

Simply(!) great - not fancy but classy. The food was fresh, well cooked and with that something special that you hope for when a restaurant has a Michelin recommendation. The service was friendly and competent in all respects that count. Allergies were ingenously dealt with. And yes, a restaurant can be well lit and still feel confortable. Prices were "fair" to say the least.

Awesome place for fine dining. The stuff is very friendly and thoughtful! They speak English and also German if needed. The restaurant looks wonderful from the inside. You have a lots of space around you and your table wich is lovely and common for this kind of Restaurants. And of course the food is amazing I recommend to go with the dinner menu. The drinks menu is also very interesting and they will help you to find a sublime pairing. One last thing, in my opinion a reservation is always needed. Un million de gracias!

Even with the same menu, I visited twice within a week. Hake is so delicious, the cooking is just right, and the Mellow rice with duck and boletus is even more delicious after taking it home. I can't forget it, so I must return as soon as possible which I did. The service here is very good and the atmosphere is pleasant. Looking forward to the changes in the menu in different seasons.

I enjoyed the food at this restaurant more than the Michelin starred Mont Bar in Barcelona. 32 euro night tasting menu was plenty of food. Even had to take out some of it. The menu keeps changing which will entice me to come back. For the meal I tried, the best dishes were the sea bass entree, the salmon comes, and the pork + liver meatballs. Can't give anything other than 5 stars especially considering the price.

It was a great experience in terms of gastronomic food. Everything was special and very tasty. The only feedback is that a male member of the staff was almost at the edges of being rude with us for not knowing Spanish. One wouldn't expect that kind of attitude in a restaurant that is recommended by Michelin. Having said that this doesn't apply to all staff as for example the female waitress was very friendly.

Such an amazing experience! The food was superb, really fresh and very nice combinations of ingredients. Best part of it for me was when I said I didn't eat mushrooms I got a different starter which was an amazing bit of octopus. Definitely go here but don't forget to make a reservation ahead of time (it was fully booked for the whole day and we arrived for the first time slot of the day)

Food was amazing, very tasty and nicely served. The selection of dishes is not to big, so easy to decide. Being a Michelin recognized restaurant prices are very affordable. Only remark is for appetizers, very strange policy and they are somehow guiding for daily menu instead of “À la carte” menu.

Everything about this place is right! A must try when in Valencia. We arrived there at 20:30 and were greeted warmly. They spoke good English and we could choose a table because we were early. A very nice gesture. We ordered the night menu and everything was delicious, especially the dessert. We received an amusé from the house, another very nice gesture. The portion was very generous, especially the taco with pork (which I forgot to take picture of). The white wine was really good and the service was friendly, professional, and quick. We finished at around 22:15 and were very satisfied. The other patrons were not loud and the restaurant had great acoustics too! Lighting and interiors were appropriate. The restaurant in located in the Carmen neighbourhood and it was a quiet one. No crazies or drunks. Would definitely recommend this place!

What a great deal! We selected this place based on its Michelin bib gourmand status and it turned out to be one of our best meals in Valencia. We did the lunch fixed menu (which was only €23!!). We started off with a dish on the house, then all 3 appetizer courses (which were large), our entree, and a dessert. It was so much food and all so tasty!

Restaurante que nos recomendaron, no se puede pedir carta es obligatorio menú de 32€ o la opción de menú degustación, tomando dos segundos, nosotros elegimos el primero, un acierto, delicioso todo y muy apetecible y sabroso, incluso mojábamos pan en las salsas. Los postres muy ricos la que menos nos gustó la tarta de calabaza. Recomiendo elegir el canelón y vino que tomamos Rebel.lia debéis probarlo.

Desde luego, es un Buen Restaurante. La oferta que hacen es Menú de la Casa, pero puedes pedir fuera de él. Tienen carta en papel (al margen del QR) nosotros la pedimos, pero sólo trajeron 1, aunque me imagino que tendrán más. La calidad de la comida y el servicio son muy correctos, en presentación y en tiempos. Tal vez el punto del pescado podría mejorarse (en mi caso Corvina, algo pasada, pero buena, sin embargo las Vieiras estaban muy bien hechas) El resto estaba bueno. El pan, calentito, servido en bolsa de papel...! Ponen un aperitivo gentileza de la casa, que en nuestro caso fueron unos buñuelos de bacalao....a tope de calientes...jejejeje Los precios son correctos y proporcionales. Un Restaurante para probar y volver.

El sitio está bien si quieres comer de menú por un precio razonable de 24€ al ser fin de semana con bastantes platos. La pega es que no tenían carta lo única que nos dieron a elegir si queríamos croquetas o anchoas y poca cosa. Del menú lo que más nos gustó fueron los postres tanto la tarta de queso como la tarta de chocolate de nutela estaba muy buena. El taco y el canelón también estaban buenos. Lo que menos nos gustó con diferencia fueron las alcachofas con el huevo, eran alcachofas de bote y estaba bastante regular. Por lo demás la atención fue buena y el personal agradable.

The dinner tasting menu for €30 is great value for the money, so I can’t complain much. Yet I also had high expectations due to the restaurant being included in the Michelin Bib Gourmand list.. and it feels like the quality of the food is not at that level. While some of the appetisers were tasty, the main course (beef shank) was really disappointing, lacking in flavour. Overall this restaurant is worth a visit, but I would gladly pay a bit more for a bump in food quality.
