Seriously the kindest, most fun Starbucks I've ever worked remotely from! Staff was joking around and having fun and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they do - drinks and food were both great, and the place was super clean. Had tons of outlets and one of the baristas came by and checked in with everyone to take orders and make sure everyone was doing okay. Really impressed with the service here!
Not all Starbucks are equal. This one is one of the best! The seating area has indoor and outdoor seating. There a drive through, two bathrooms, a high top table with outlets, etc. Come when it’s empty and you’ll find the baristas blasting 80’s music. If your trying to focus, I recommend not sitting by the door as that’s where the speaker is.
Excellent customer service. Baristas are friendly and helpful! No locks or codes needed for using the restroom. And, nice little outdoor patio is nice for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Will keep going back!!
Great, fast, friendly service! One of their employees named Mariah always has an awesome smile on her face and is a great communicator. She goes above and beyond the call of her duties!
Drive thru is hard to hear and the order doesn't show on the screen but employees are friendly and understanding. When they missed an item on my order they were kind and quick to prepare it. Great service.
I love this Starbucks. I have one small complaint. You could increase your sales TENFOLD.. make your menu sign closer to the drive up speaker.. I WANT TO ORDER MORE ITEMS AND I CAN READ THE FREAKIN SIGN THATS TEN FEET AWAY. MOVE CLOSER TO THE FRIGGIN SPEAKER. Awesome place, so helpful, so customer friendly. Kristen is amazing, my mum was visiting from Ireland, she's an older lady and didn't really understand the menu, Kristen went through it with her, was so patient and so helpful. When I brought my 2 kids there, she was on the drive thru window and once again was awesome. She was so sweet to me and my kids. There is clearly a culture at this store of outstanding customer service, it shows in everything they do. First class store, highly recommend it, its a credit to the community.

I wanna give a shout out to Les!!! I was having a busy, draning day at work to the point that I did not know what exactly I wanted to drink. And when my turn came, I opened up and told Les that I'm not sure if I wanted a pink drink or hot chocolate. She was the kindest and asked if I wanted a hot or a cold drink and I said hot, and was going with my mind to hot chocolate it is then. But Les was so creative to warm up the pink drink with a scoop of mocha which made me so happy and it turned out great!! It was exactly what I was craving! Les is very creative, she made my day :) Thank you so much Les!!!

My First time coming through the drive-thru at this location. It was morning and the drive-thru guy, I belive his name started with a D, was friendly. He was very upbeat and smiley. I appreciate that!! I will be back.

It was okay. Typical Starbucks. Long lines long wait when you don't order ahead of time. I decided to go at the last minute on my way to work so I went through the drive- thru. The staff was very friendly. So that was a plus. My drink was made perfectly and I got a free slice of banana bread something I probably would've never tried but now I will buy it. It was excellent!
Honestly, they screwed up our order... Then overcharged us, then under-refunded us... BUT the manager, wish I could remember his name, went out of his way to make it right, and he did... Eventually. Subsequent visits have gone much better, but without the manager going above and beyond we'd never have gone back.

Drive through is a plus for this busy Starbucks. Use mobile order for this location and pick up inside. Location is diagonal to Whole Foods at La Floresta at Valencia and Imperial Highway. Grateful to the entire staff here. Caution to all enter the store and drivethrough on the imperial side (as the angle is tricky to manage from Valencia. Thanks for the opportunity to review.

The service here is great, but the drinks can be very inconsistent. I am not sure if they were running out of the sea salt cold foam, but the lack of foam was disappointing. I will prob be back in hopes that they have resolved the issue by my next visit.
The drive thru is horrible, it took me 30 minutes. I thought a drive thrus purpose was supposed to get you in an out in a timely manner, the workers are very slow and for those of us in a rush it doesn't help when they are mingling behind the counter. Don't get me wrong coffee is great here love it but I believe they need to work on paying attention to customers.
The staff seems friendly overall. The line for the drive thru was really long so we went inside. While I was waiting at the bar, the barista put a drink down but didn't call out the name so I had to ask. It turned out to be my drink 😬 but I do wish he would have said the name so I knew right away.
Insanely crowded. Order a Midnight Mint Mocha that had no mint in it and the mocha powder wasn't fully mixed. Kept getting a sip of powder each time. Little sister got no coffee/espresso in her caramel macchiato. Just soy milk and caramel.
I come here often, but it can take a long time to get your order. It's not rare, when they are busy, to wait 15-20 minutes for your drink. If the drive thru is full and around the corner, you will be waiting a LONG time...Even if you park & go inside. Otherwise, typical Starbucks.

No one can ever get into the spaces at their store front during peak times. I did attach a pic of my favorite seasonal drink which was made perfectly. ICED Quad Caramel Brulee Latte with only 2 pumps of sauce, extra ice and extra whip. YUM

Did not receive the cold foam on my drink that was an extra 3 dollars.
2 out of 3 visits to this location they have incorrectly made my drink. Both times in the drive thru. Today, I went in and had it remade, last time I had to deal with as I didn't realise until I was already on my way to work. I also appreciate the Grande straw for a Trenta drink... Leaves a ¼" nipple to suck the drink from.
Horrible batista. Asked for a cold brew and half the coffee was cream. I asked if they could remake it, I like a little cream with my coffee. They dump off the cream and load up my cup with ice. I had ordered ready ice. At this point I am about to be late to work, so just took the drink. Ugh.
Ordered a tall iced black tea with half and half and received a tall glass of creme with a splash of black tea, TWICE. Finally got it right the 3rd time. I also witnessed them serve someone at the drive through with an accidental splash of whipped cream even after one of the baristas told her that there was not supposed to be any whipped cream.
The Starbucks itself is good, but parking is a challenge. The drive thru wraps around and blocks access to the very limited parking spaces. The drive thru is frequently too long as well. Very poor location to open a Starbucks.
This is hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Avoid it at all cost. I have been here a total of three times and every time I wait far too long for service or my drink to be done. Even just a plain coffee takes them 5 mins. It is insane how long you will wait for one drink. It’s like they try to take their time.

Called in for a Travel/To go kit at 6:01am, arrived at 6:25am, waited to pay in line only to find out they haven’t started brewing. They offered to start it then, I’m like “Oh really” that’s a much better option. Thanks Starbucks!
I'm Not a fan of this location. They don't even have a brush for your Starbucks cups to be refreshed cleanse before each refill. It's probably why it's the slowest location I've ever been at meaning the business isn't popping for instance example Imperial and Santa Ana Canyon is the best location. Weir Canyon & Santa Ana Canyon located by car wash is also one of the top shops
This is the second time we visited the store and both times we had a very bad experience starting with the cashier which he was the manager,and the barista very rude, unprofessional store is very filthy from the front all the way the bathroom.what a shame.on top of all that I was charged $3.95 for a small cup of coffee or in your terminology Grundy. never again.
Was there an hour after they opened and doors were still locked and drive through was closed. Once I waited to be let inside they were extremely rude and took nearly a half hour to get my food. 100% not worth stopping. Worst Starbucks experience.
Poor management. Rude and didn't take care of the issue that was addressed. Ended up asking me and my children for leaving for no reason. My children wasn't misbehaving or anything. She said her staffed was not comfortable with my children being around the area. This Star buck will not be getting any of my money again. I suggest if you have kids do not stop by.
I usually have nothing bad to say about Starbucks as a company ever but it always has to be the ONE bitter barista that ruins someone’s experience. I always come to this Starbucks on occasion because it’s 2 minutes away from my house and never have ever thought about complaining about Starbucks. Last night between 9 and 10 p.m. I ordered my drink in the drive-thru and proceeded to wait in line but as I got to the window, I asked to reload my gift card on my app first so I could pay and the girl at the window was fine with it. She hands me my first drink, takes my debit card, scans my app and hands me my second drink. As Me and my passenger are tasting our drinks, my first instinct was to drive away but I happened to make a simple mistake... I left without paying and left my debit card with the barista. 2 seconds into leaving the drive thru, I remember I forget my debit card & pay but it’s too late to back up so I go around in the drive thru again and wait very patiently in a 30 minute line of cars. I finally get to the ordering screen and I remind the barista who I am and why I was back in the drive thru but the snooty, rude girl AUTUMN cut me off and said, “yeah we thought you were trying to steal, you caused us quite a problem, just come up to the window” In a very arrogant negative manner with nothing else to say. Quite a problem? I didn’t know someone mistakenly stealing $8 worth of beverages was “quite a problem.” As someone who works in customer service, you never accuse someone of stealing or even go above and beyond to say that an honest customer who came back to wait behind 7 cars a second time CAUSED quite a problem. Autumn, you sounded very bitter and my advice to you is quit your job if you don’t enjoy it. Someone else can do a way much better job than you did. Starbucks, my advice to you, check your barista’s attitude and let this immature, annoying barista go. She’s not worth losing loyal, respective customers.
Been in the drive thru for 10 mins already and haven't even ordered. I'm stuck and can't leave either. This is ridicu ridiculous. My normal starbucks I go to is always super fast I'll never male this mistake again!!
It's 11:20am on Saturday and they have run out of EVERY food item except for the Impossibly fake meat sandwich, which is super disappointing. Start ordering more food! You literally greeted us saying "what food can I get started for you today," then you said you only have that gross impossible sandwich. Go to another coffee shop, you aren't going to get breakfast here.

You’re lucky I didn’t say anything after you guys sat there ignoring me at the register for 10 minutes while you were in the corner snickering at whatever. If you hate your life then say that, complained I wanted an ice water and a sandwich with a cookie instead of an “actual drink” not everyone wants a cup full of liquid sugar.
I asked for a drink carrier, due to having a bunch of work stuff to carry along with mine and my bosses drinks, and they had to ask their manager just to give me one. So the GM comes out and says there are NO carriers available, but then proceeds to say theyre only for drive through and delivery orders and she won't give me one. So I offered to pay for the carrier, to which she brings out this tiny flimsy little one, saying that's all she's going to give me and "good luck, it won't be very helpful". What kind of customer service is that? I can pay unreasonable prices for 2 small cups of coffee, but I can't get a carrier to make it easier to carry along with my other things? Lol. Okay Starbucks, this is why The Coffee Bean is way superior.
Every single time I order from there something is messed up. I got a Carmel ribbon crunch frappe but with literally 0 Carmel in it and I don’t taste the extra shot I paid for in it too. Never seen such a depressing looking Carmel ribbon crunch in my life. This store used to be great not sure what happened. But if I’m paying almost 8 dollars for a damn morning milk shake I want my Carmel in it. Also they didn’t even warm up my coffee cake. It’s cold :(

This morning we ordered a hot green tea a latter, two cheese Danishes, and a blueberry scone. We’ve been waiting for 25 minutes to get the order, except the tee. After we ate the two cheese Danishes and drank the latte, I came to a girl to ask where was my tea. She said soon, and we’ve waited for 10 more minutes. Then I came to a guy near the pick-up point, the one with the long curly hair and a hat on his head. I said “hello” and “hi” to him FOUR times before he paid attention to me. I asked for my tea and he said that he would check it in the system. Then he slowly went to the computer showing me that he didn’t even care. Only then I got my tea. Hello, guys, if you hate your job then quit! And I paid the tips to you!!! Never again for this service. Never!
The drive thru has terrible service, with all my years of coming to Starbucks, this is my first time feeling so disrespected. If you are having a terrible day I’m sry for you but don’t take it on the customer.
Coffee had bad creme in it. Rarely get good service here. Starbucks or the baristas do not care about quality. Serving bad creme is likely to get someone sick. Only come here when someone gives me a gift card and still never feel like its worth it.
Put my order in at about 5:05 am and drove to pick it up, I know they open at 5 but everyone seemed half awake and in no hurry at all, had to wait and I saw no urgency, a women who was there before me was still waiting when I left. The staff that use to open at 4:30 was much much better than these a sleep zombies
