Such a cute instagrammable spot for the yummiest food. Our server Enrique was AMAZING!! He did the most to keep us comfortable and happy! Must visit spot for any of those in town.

Opens at 1. And we had to wait since Google said it’s 12. Regardless the food was great and the staff nice. We had the best guacamole in our lives there. Worth visiting while going to Chichen Itza

The food was amazing. The best we had so far. We came here as two families with eight people. Everyone, even the kids, loved the food. They offer a wide selection of dishes. The meat in every dish was delicious. Our waiter Fernando was very friendly and service oriented. Very kid friendly place as well.

Food is fresh and really good, comfortable venue, and patio looked great. Bonus points for the service really standing out. Courteous and even went along with my efforts to practice my Spanish a little (which is very much at a beginner level). So much food in portions that we had to takeaway the left overs, and happily ate it later

So glad I had dinner here! I came with a group and we all enjoyed a delicious meal. I ordered a trio of salbutes, my favorite was the one with cochinita. Portions are generous! There was nice live music while we were there; I recommend having cash on hand for a tip or song request. Great ambiance both indoors and outdoors. Fernando, the waiter, was very attentive and I also had a great chat with the owner about Mayan food, cats, and vintage sewing machines!

I found this restaurant on Google maps and I so appreciate everyone that left comments about it being a nice place to sit and have a meal. The food was outstanding. I had the enchiladas in an amazing mole sauce. I highly highly recommend. The gentleman serving were so kind and charming, and very patient with my Very little Spanish. It was a nice cool place to sit, and a really cute restaurant.

Passed through Valladolid after leaving Chichen Itza and heading to Tulum. Such a cool town with colonial history and Mayan culture. Chose AHAL based on other reviews, and so happy we did. The food and service were spectacular. The menu has a large variety including local fare, and even some American dishes that our kids appreciated. The parking is kind of difficult—we just found a paid lot a few blocks away. We really enjoyed our meal and the overall experience.

The food was good and the drinks were good. The service kinda appeared Good too staff well dressed and good manners!!! Unfortunately they were eating in front of the patrons and our food did not come all at the same time. And my wife's food came 10-15 mins after mine and my daughter's. It should come all at once. It also took a long time to check the check to pay. I am not sure if this is some custom because I didn't ask for it. But was unusually long. That being said. I mentioned the above to the staff in English and they truly cared. And seemed like they would learn from the mistakes so I would not hold any of the above against the restaraunt. I would probably come back!! The food was good the ambience (besides the staff eating) was nice. I loved the cross in the outside eating area! Praise the Lord.

I found this restaurant to be a bit overrated considering other great restaurants we later discovered. Of our choices the papadzules were great and wound recommend, but the mole enchiladas were a complete miss. Yucatán is not known for mole and it was actually red Poblano mole from Puebla; unfortunately, it was simply not a good one. The other miss were the drinks. My Jamaica mezcalita had no mezcal and the Jamaica was way overdone and too acidic and the horchata was bland. Service and atmosphere were good though. We may have had a bad night based on the other reviews.
