Solo pónganse muy atentos cuando les tomen la orden, pides un combo y al confirmar la orden, te cobran todo por separado, al final te termina costando más de lo que está publicado

Depende de quién te atienda es la experiencia. A veces hay chicos que saben su trabajo, a veces son groseros y entregan mal la orden. No hay una constante.

Lugar muy tranquilo, el servicio es un poco lento, pero ideal para descansar antes de tomar la autopista.

Very beautiful. I wish there were more access routes so you wouldn't have to drive like crazy on the highway. Great for travelers, but people from surrounding areas can't enjoy it because it's dangerous. I wish there was a tunnel or bridge to cross.

Typical McDonald's dinner place, overall good experience, staff was helpful and friendly even after serving food they came and checked on us if we need anything else, nice clean place nothing to complain about.

A very poor McD's, sometimes. I've been eating McD's for over 40 years and it's supposed to be something you can count on to always meet your expectations. I went to this location a month ago and it was great except stale fries, thats every tme. Yesterday everything was stale, brownie in my mcflurry, the bread for my burger and as usual the fries were old, and the meat tasted strange. Been to this spot 5 or 6 times because its right on the highway but we may have to wait until we get to Puebla to stop.

Horrible. A McDonalds WITHOUT FOOD or DRINKS. Did not have cheeseburger. Did not have deals with drink, fries and burger. Did not have fries. Did not have vegetarian or fish options. Did not have frappes and other soft drinks, only water and Americano. Do not recommend.

Wow! The worst customer experience of my life. Bravo, McDonald's! This is everything you shouldn't do to customers. Plus, I got stuck with a young guy who thinks he's clever, forgetting some of the change. He thinks he's going to get rich off two pesos. Everyone should come here to learn how to treat their customers terribly. I'm eating in my car now, and to top it all off, they're missing the sauces and napkins. It's enough to make you cry. 😢 😢 😢 Congratulations!
