It's been a while since I left there. When I went to Valle Hermoso, I loved eating the gorditas with a nice cold drink and American milk, and the ranchero steak. I hope everything is still the same. Greetings to the owners.

I really liked the staff's service; they were very attentive and polite. The breakfasts tasted great, and the special touch was the sugar gorditas with coffee and the flour tortillas with butter. Everything was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend going here for breakfast or lunch!

La comida es buena, pero el servicio de los meseros es pésimo. La atención fue lenta, poco amable y nada atenta, lo cual arruina la experiencia. Además, al solicitar factura, me querían incrementar un 16% adicional al precio, lo cual me parece totalmente incorrecto y poco transparente. Este tipo de prácticas generan desconfianza. Es una lástima, porque el lugar tiene potencial, pero definitivamente necesitan mejorar mucho tanto en el servicio como en sus procesos.
