Very very good food. Staff were pretty great. Super awesome menu with so many options. I recommend this place to anyone. And on top of that it was a Saturday night and we only had to wait around 20 minutes for a table. However I recommend reserving one if possible for larger groups. Great work guys! The service sucked, our waitress spent more time visiting with people rather than taking care of her customers. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant but it took 40 minutes to get 1 steak and 2 salads 😥😱. We never got a refill on water and never asked if we wanted another drink?? Margarita and I really wanted another!! The high point of our visit was the young man who was the greeter he was welcoming, and funny.

We haven't been to an Applebee's in a very long time...years; at least over a decade. We decided to go last night because I remembered loving the quesadilla burger. It did not disappoint and discovered the wonton tacos that were soooo good. Our server though, Sabrina I believe?....just added to the experience. Very friendly, and I would say perfect service; to the point that my mom wants to request her as our server again for our next visit which will be way sooner than later. Thank you Applebee's and Sabrina! To add, from what I remember of being there years ago, it wasn't as clean as it is now. Menus were clean, the table, our booth...everything was clean last night and I was thoroughly impressed as I am in the industry as well. I'm so glad Applebee's is still in Vallejo! We'll be back!

Happy hour was great! Lisa at the Bar, was AWESOME sincerely cared about our service and you can tell just by the way she interacts with you that she delivers this type of service consistently. She recommended the strawberry lemonade with vodka and it was refreshingly perfect. The ribs are always fall off the bone tender but next time I will have to go for the burger! Thank you Lisa!

We had a wonderful time for Jon's 26th birthday. The birthday young man was very satisfied with his Classic Bacon Cheese Burger and his vanilla ice cream. Especially when the waiters came over and sang Happy Birthday to home. Our waiter was very polite and was on top of getting the things we asked for.

Chelsea is an amazing waitress and is always here and helps. She always makes sure our table is clean and sees if we need anything. We watched the basketball game but it would have been nice to be able to hear the game instead of the music.

My 4 family members and I enjoyed our visit. I had Tex Mex Bowl. It's salad, but with a scoop of guacamole, cilantro rice and shrimp it plays 'heavy'. Me likey a lot❣

We came in for a late night dinner at around 11pm and although we had to wait almost 20 mins and ended up at a hightop table, our server Landon made it all worth it. Landon was super attentive, patient and checked in on us several times. It's that kind of service that will bring me back to Applebee's after not having been to the restaurant in over 5 years. Great job management on hiring Rockstar servers like Landon!

Giving 5 stars only because of our server Lucas M I think was his name. Very nice, made some honest recommendations but when I ordered the steak I asked medium well and there was way too much red! I tried eating around it but just couldn't. He was took full ownership and was super empathetic and friendly even though it wasn't his fault and immediately had it replaced with extra sides. Okay Applebee's. You were a hot frat boy mess in my 20's and 30's that I had to stop hooking up with and move on. Apparently now you're a post breakup Zaddy that got his ish together. Loving the new vibe. Always associated Applebee's with cheap, mediocre food, watered down drinks, sticky tables, unenthusiastic staff, and some kind of shenanigans erupting every other visit. Now.... I entered a clean, well ran restaurant with absolutely delicious dishes, friendly staff, a lemon drop that got me buzzed after one drink, a fun and happy crowd of diners, and overall one of the best date nights my fiancé and I have had in a while. I'm just beaming. Will easily become one of our go to spots in Vallejo. You killed it tonight 😉

The air conditioning was very cold which many people enjoyed on the hot day when I was at the Vallejo Applebees. I just had hot water with lemon and the Brownie Bite. The brownie is a nice “diet sized” portion and is served with a dab of ice cream.

Today I came to Applebee's in VALLEJO CA .. First off very clean Our server Paige was Awesomee she greeted us with so much Respect and bubbly very cool chick. She let us sit and asked if we wanted anything to drink I ordered a spooking drink and asked for a Lil coronita. She let me know it's a possibility she will ask. So she did come thru with it . That drink was on point very good and was not watered down or too strong so shout out to who made those drinks for us aswell. We did get a order wrong we wanted the oriental chicken salad for my mom but it was ok it didn't happemd that way because I traded my mom my plate for here's no problem she did apologize and tried to give us our original order but we were happy with what we ended with . We decided to grab something quick tonight. We ordered the sampler platter. The only drawback is the boneless wings. As you know there is no such thing. It's more like chopped up chicken strips.

My spouse and I have been going to Applebee's at this location for years. After a period post-COVID of limited service and the interior wearing down a bit, they really upped their game. The interior has been updated with new fixtures, and service has improved noticeably. In fact, the service is perfect for Americans, but perhaps a little much for Europeans as far as the running by of the waitstaff. We really need a system to call waitstaff as needed, though I, as an American, do quite appreciate them popping in and asking after us frequently. Obviously the ambiance is put toward those who are interested in sports and casual conversation at the bar. It's what it is, which is great, it's exactly what you'd expect. Overall, I've had a good experience, and we also appreciate the two-for-one deals. I'm a big fan of the lime chicken and the pre-appetizers to that one. We're not big drinkers, but every once in a blue moon, it's nice to dabble with whatever their current offer is, and they do inquire if you look even the least bit interested, but they don't push.

It’s Applebee’s as good as any other Applebee’s, very friendly servers. This Applebee's is fairly close to Interstate 80 in Vallejo. It is in the parking lot of Home Depot, so there is plenty of lit parking and it is easy to find. The food is just like all the other Applebee's.

I used to dine out with friends at Applebees Jeddah KSA and this is my first time in the USA. My husband and I ordered two for $25 with free appetizer/s. We got the 4- mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders and bourbon street chicken and shrimp, mozarella sticks for the appetizer, and I forgot the name of the soup. Taste of food is just okay to me, I am not a fan but everything is just fine. My husband loved the food The staffs are polite and always checking if we were okay or do we need anything else. It may be a policy or part of their customer service but I find it awkward and exaggerated asking us more than four times in just 30 minutes. They still deserve a four star for my first-time visit.

Came here with my parents for a Valentines Day Lunch. We got there right before it got busy. Feels like a spot where all of the Senior Citizens go for lunch. They have TVs with sports, you can see out the windows and park near Home Depot. Service was great, my mom likes to do the 2 for $25. My dad got the grilled cheeseburger, for the 2 for $25 we got onion rings for our appetizer. The burger and fries were good specially the waffle fries which was an upgrade for $1.99. In my opinion, the meal was a good deal.

This place isn't what it used to be. Customers are corralled into a small section, over air conditioned (day I visited, was 58* outside) overworked waitress, a Mgr in way over his head. Corporate greed is at play here. Don't waste your money. Horrible costumer service at the Vallejo Apple Bee’s. We were told it would be 15 minutes to sit our party of 11 (6 adults, 1 teenager, 1 toddler, and 3 children under 10). We asked if we could be seated in two different tables. They agreed. Then 15 minutes later the hostess says that per her manager, we could not be seated in two different tables. According to the manager our party of 11 couldn’t be seated in two tables because it only sits 10 people. We asked that our toddler could sit on our lap and he said that it is illegal to do that, according to their policy. Are you kidding me??? Five minutes later the hostess says that those tables are no longer available. Even though they were empty. Pretty much we are getting lied to. The hostess comes back and says that per her manager our “ONLY” option is to wait for another hour to be seated to accommodate our party. I replied with, “I had wished you all would have said that in the first place and we would have left to another restaurant.” The manager was extremely rude and it seemed as we were wasting his time. When I said we are leaving a poor review, his answer was, “go ahead.” Instead of a, I apologize for this inconvenience bla bla bla. Never going to this Apple Bee’s again. We decided to go to Olive Garden and had excellent costumer service, $400 well spent. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time and money at the Apple Bee’s in Vallejo.

Just tried to come eat and we were told By Cassandra the hostess she didn’t know if they could seat us that there were a lot of people in front of us. There was one family of 7 and 2 guys outside. 4 big booths open as well. There was plenty of seating. We asked to be seated at the open booth near the bar she told us no because we had children with us. But there was about 4 other families with children at the booths. Not sure if because my husband and children are black or what it was but never going to come here!

The service was fine. She didn't seem too excited to see us, but it happens from time to time, considering we do have four little ones. We literally pick up and stack everything before we go. But I don't blame her. We had to send back my wife's steak for being well done when she ordered medium. It was replaced at no additional charge. Her mango daiquiri also seemed to have no alcohol in it. I honestly thought it was nonalcoholic. But the price said it was. My food was so bad I had two bites and decided I'd find someone else who maybe needed a meal. We waited for the steak to come back and just got to go plates. We've never sent anything back nor, not eat our food before. Two pretty big firsts for us. We still paid for everything and tipped. We don't expect free food, nor did the server do a bad job. I paid over $140, including a tip, for some truly terrible food. I dont take my family out to eat often due to how expensive it is to feed our family, so it's normally highly anticipated by the kids. Sorry Applebee's Vallejo, we will not be returning.

My friend ordered ribs, I ordered blackened salmon. Waited a long time for food. When it came, the explanation was the ribs had slipped off the plate and they had to redo the order. I get that mistakes happen, but my food had been sitting there and wasn’t even warm. The salmon was dry with little flavor. Done with Applebees.

I went in to order to go and the bartender treated me like garbage. Not Jaison cause he's awesome.

Back again...sitting waiting to be served ignored by "Strawberry," which is a habit with her and lack of service. But she's "invincible, " she says. She needs yo be let go to find her invincivle self. The bar has 1 couple at it besides me... Annotlted as all hell no tip if I ever get served. Previously: Drinks are light on liquor I suppose to be expected for happy hour. The steak was fair but the burned the mashed potatoes leaving it under the warmer until the steak was ready. Not sure how you can screw up mashed potatoes, but Applebee's can. Friend over charged for beer and manager avted like he couldnt adjust rhe price but then did. Hmmmm

ny experience at applebees was terrible and service is disgusting and unacceptable Our waiter was Tay, From the moment she approached our table, her attitude was not it. When we asked about the special, instead of explaining it, she just pointed without a word and seemed visibly annoyed.Things got worse when she served our food-she slammed the plate down in front of my friend, then casually said "oh sorry" like she realized she'd crossed a line. When my friend ordered a margarita and asked for a Tajin rim, the drink came without it. My friend mentioned it “oh i think i asked for tajin rim but its okay” Tay said so rude “no, it wasn’t on my paper” No apology, no offer to fix it-just attitude.

Awful service. I arrived to a fairly empty restaurant and asked for a table for 1. Usually hosts will place a solo diner in the bar area. At this spot I was placed in the farthest corner of the dining. Never was greeted by the server. All the while people who came after me were allowed to order food and had drinks on their table. It felt like the staff was discriminatory. So needless to say I did not bother to stick around because they do not deserve my business.

I've never been to a restaurant where I witnessed a server fight a guest. Pretty embarrassing, especially since we're regulars. Our server seemed really unattended, I had to go look for her. Turns out she was outside. Not looking forward to coming back to this Applebee's. I can’t recall what her name was but she had fair pale skin with red hair.

I ordered take out. Never again!!!! My order was over half an hour late, said something about chicken? Gotta home and found burned chicken jerky, shrimp burned to half its size. Wonderful now I had to go back a 2nd time. Took over half an hour to 'fix' 2 new dinners. Stupid me didn't check when the manger handed me the food. Got home one of 2 chicken breasts was new. And the one with the shrimp was not fixed. Last but not least I did not care for the manager. And if she sees this, do ever call me "miss lady" again. Coming from a manager. Really. Miss lady. Where did you grow up?

Tried to dine in about a month ago, lots of empty tables they say is next to a crying baby ( red flag) then none one came for service so we left. Tried to order to go, the guy did not know what was on menu so he said he had to go get one and apparently he had to go down the street from the restaurant its self. Finally someone else picked up the phone and by then time it was easy to figure out this restaurant can’t execute. They just lost a customer again.
