Staff was very friendly but slow. We ordered soup and she didn't bring the spoons until I asked. The place was empty, Monday night. Everything took a long while. Then again, this isn't NYC.😁 Food was excellent except for dry pork chop. Sangria was ok. I had better. Roast chicken was good. Shell steak was great. Ox tail soup was great. All side dishes were really good.👍

Food is great but they mixed up my order multiple times and have on multiple occassions forget things that come woth the meal

This is an update from my last review. The food got much improved. The servants were attentive and friendly. Karaoke nights however is a disappointment. The music is to loud for such small place and the dj don't let no one sing but himself.

We order pupusas to take, upon arriving home no sauce or cabbage to put on the pupusas, we call and the person who prepare this said she included them, but they didn't, no need to lie, we had this without it , no good business, not to mention everything we order is a different cook, this are not that good anyways, .check your bag when order to take out.

I was visiting from NC and trying to find the restaurant I would frequent when I lived in NY. I stumbled across this restaurant and decided to give it a try. The woman who greeted me and took my order (take out) was very pleasant, however the food is a different story. The food lacked flavor and my chicken was very dry and was consumed with a charcoal taste instead of the authentic latin flavors I was craving. I do not recommend.

The owner was so rude & unprofessional. If the machine wasn’t working he could have said it nicely instead he said it disrespectfully like I didn’t have cash on me. Then accused me of having my card declined when it was my first time going there making false accusations asked him to show me proof and he didn’t I called my lawyer real quick on the phone and recorded everything and that’s when he called the cops because he was not tryna show me any proof and making false accusations he was being racist like I didn’t know Spanish. Im going to have ice go in that restaurant since he wanna be like that

I thought the food was gonna be good cuz it look good but looks can be deceiving any how I order rice n chicken for my son n beef stew with yellow rice when I tell you that the rice was hard it wasn’t even Concón the rice was hard like super cold never again NEVER AGAIN

I've come to this restaurant plenty of times & they serve good food. It's just their customer service is extreme horrible no passion towards being a waiter, I came in today with my family & they had enough we waited 1 hour & during that hour we werent asked if we wanted a refill or anything abosouletly no love or passion. We aren't coming back to this restaurant anymore it takes a lot of patience to eat & dine with you're family.

Came here for the pupusas and it wasn’t the greatest. They were VERY thick and barely anything inside. It was almost like eating bread. I was truly disappointed because the reviews seemed great but what made it worse was that it was my husbands first time trying pupusas and this place gave him a bad experience.
