What a wonderful restaurant! The food, service, and outdoor patio were amazing. Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed the chef's creative and delicious appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts. We tried so many and highly recommend dining here for a fun, foodie experience.

LockKeepers was pleasant experience. Busy on a Friday night, but the staff managed the evening impeccably. They food was fantastic, the meatballs, and seared tuna are must tries. Also the seasonal apple pie tiramisu was a unique and fun seasonal dessert. Would go back.

The ahi tuna was outstanding!! Fresh! Substantial! Service was perfect, attentive. Manager came by asked if everything was good. "Absolutel", I said. The bourbon menu is expansive & has all my favorites! I definitely recommend this fine dining establishment!

LockKeepers is one of our favorite hidden gems! We had an amazing dinner last night as always & had Uriel as our server for the second time! He always nails it with the attention to detail and service making the whole experience so personable which is what brings us back every time!

The atmosphere in this restaurant transported me to another era. The interior is simply remarkable. Although I’m not usually a fan of Italian cuisine, the way they prepare the dishes here was a pleasant surprise. Everything was truly delicious. Special thanks to our server, Jacqueline, for her friendly and positive service.

Visited here back in October and this month with my family. Food is delicious, we have tried all the desserts and heavily recommend the Budino. We shared the meatballs and calamari together. Recently, I had the specials of the endive salad and duck. Service has been very accommodating when issues arise, and very kind, professional, and informative. Atmosphere is formal, and air quality was in a good range <1000. I noted the chairs have arms which is not as accessible for larger people. I'll expect we'll be back for other family gatherings.

My last evening in Cleveland, OH, and I am so happy to find this gem. The service is 5 stars, the food is excellent. It is beyond my expectation. Kudos to the Chef and the team.

We enjoyed views of the river as we dined - just had soups and salads - they were very good. We enjoyed a dessert as well. Forgot to take food pics - but here are pics of the restaurant. Our first visit but will be back - excellent service. Nice menu and upscale food.

Went here on thanksgiving for an 8pm reservation. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Everyone was so welcoming. You get bread with an olive oil mix and it was good! Then we split the frank salad (they will split it for you) and it’s plenty big for 2 people as a starter. I got the lasagna and it was delicious and made enough for 2 meals! We then got the cheese cake and normally I don’t like cheesecake but this one was delicious. Not too sweet or tart tasting and has a really nice raspberry jelly to go with it. The graham cracker crust was so good as well. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent food! Everything was great: we had a tuna steak with balsamic glaze, homemade pasta with scallops, linguine with clams and to-die-for gnocchi with crispy mushrooms and truffle sauce! Service was great, everyone was so thoughtful and the pace of the meal was perfect. The place has an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. Handicapped accessible 👍

All around excellent experience. Great atmosphere and the food and drinks matched the intended ambiance perfectly. Pork chop was ridiculously delicious. Well worth meeting up with friends or for a date night.

This restaurant was Top Shelf! Phenomenal food and customer service! I’ve never felt so welcomed and appreciated! The calamari was magnificent! I also had the homemade lasagna that was just a number 1 hit for me. Also, our waitress Joanie was the best! Very kind and went the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of. Great location, awesome food, nice atmosphere, and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend for any meal as the scenery lends to different ambiance to your meal. The staff was extremely polite, quick service, and accommodating. I can't wait to go back for a different experience. The food was great, and not one of our meals was nothing short of perfect.

Absolutely love doing our celebrations at LockKeepers! We've celebrated our Birthdays and anniversaries here through the years and it was always such a wonderful experience each time! Jackie was the best server! She really took good care of us and made sure we were happy during and after our meals. She's absolutely the best server one can ever hope for! I wish I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars! It was our first time here and this is our new favorite restaurant for special dinners like this one. The staff and service is so good it was almost mind-blowing. We watched the team work together seamlessly to ensure the ideal dining experience for their guests. Our server, Zeke was so awesome! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, made sound suggestions, and knew exactly when to check on us. The Burrata appetizer is so good - full of flavor. Everything came out in a timely matter, fresh, and seasoned to perfection! My only criticism is of the butternut squash ravioli which was almost too sweet for me personally and I'd love to see it have some more savory elements to it such as pancetta or even the crispy shallots featured in other dishes on the menu. The menu itself has something for everyone and I can't wait to come back and try more of it. We loved this experience for our Valentine's Day date and we are still at a loss for words at how wonderful it was. The cocktails themselves are mixed flawlessly and creatively. I highly recommend the Ghost of Sophie which features an "absinthe spray" - so cool and added a lot of flavor complexity to the drink. PS. Get the specials always. The featured salad was incredible and my significant other LOVED the spaghetti nero with squid ink, compound butter, and blue crab. We can't wait to come back!

Celebrated my birthday and had a wonderful experience at law keepers. Logan did a wonderful job serving us. Nice wine, great meals and dessert. Nothing to complain about at this facility. It's just a lovely lovely experience. Had the special pork and their menu salmon and the marscarpone cheesecake with raspberry sauce. The birthday dessert was pizzazz with chocolate and it was great. Absolutely loved Easter dinner. The atmosphere was delightful, the service impeccable, and the food was simply divine. From the beautifully decorated tables to the mouthwatering array of dishes, every detail was perfect. Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent food and this place is very nice bar is full of excellence. Wine menu was very exclusive and large food was superb tasty and elegant. Their were choices of meals that are not on menu but waiters are very informative on telling you choices for them

Always a great experience at LockKeepers!! The service, drinks and food always exceed expectations! I had the Pock Chop Saltimbocca, Cherry Old Fashion and the milk chocolate budino. My wife had the Filet, Italicus spritz and the Creme Brulee. We can't wait to go back again and again.

Outstanding experience. Ambiance was lovely & cozy. Ashton, our server professional, charming & knowledgeable. Highly recommend the torn Burrata app, ricotta gnocchi and gingerbread tiramisu. Crowning touch was Affogato. Superb!

The food and service were amazing! Calamari is among the best I have ever had. The atmosphere was too crowded though. It seems like they added multiple tables. It was very uncomfortable trying to maneuver between the guests.

Food is also great for carryout. Wish they had a better pick up location, standing awkwardly by the bar where people are eating and drinking is not ideal.

My boyfriend and I just had dinner at LockKeepers tonight. We ordered our drinks and eggplant rollatini. It just melted in your mouth! I had the ricotta gnocchi. Our server, Jackie, suggested I add a protein to my gnocchi. I added the shrimp. Oh my gosh. This entree was superb. I am so glad I couldn't finish it because I have leftovers for tomorrow. My boyfriend had the seafood risotto and said it was great. If you are looking for a wonderful dining experience, give LockKeepers a try!

We have been coming to LockKeepers for nearly 20 years, and that consistency says everything. Ownership is clearly doing something right because the excellence never fades. Spent an evening at Lock Keepers with friends and had a wonderfully delightful time. The food was complex, yet still comforting and familiar. The maple old- fashioned was a deliciously smooth cocktail. Do not skip the desserts as they are incredibly tasty and the combination of ingredient well balanced. The atmosphere is filled with rich hardwoods and details that make the space elevated, yet cozy. Our server was informed, prompt, and welcoming.

I was there for a seminar, but immediately felt like royalty! The service was top notch. Food was amazing, I had short ribs that were so tender! Valet Parkers brought my car to the door super quick. Looking from the balcony at the main dining room was amazing. It was elegant and inviting. This is a must see!

A+, most excellent! Always phenomenal, everything from the atmosphere regardless of time of day, superb drink menu, don't even get me started on the food.. and sorry, none of it comes with a refund on the calories! Just SAVOUR it!!! Also, can you please bring the budino back...? 🤤🤫😇

My wife and I had never been here before, and we enjoy trying places we have never been. This was a good decision. Best to call for a reservation, even during the week. We had dinner on a Tuesday evening and it was very busy. We were seated promptly after arriving, and the hostess was pleasant. Our drink order was incorrect, but our server did not charge us for keeping a drink that we did not order, so that was a plus. He also brought my wife a sample of a drink that she was curious about, and there was no charge for that either. One thing that seems to commonly set upscale restaurants apart from the normal dine-in experience is how other servers and management will assist in bringing drinks, food, and bussing. They do that here. The sommelier took empty plates, and she even boxed up leftovers for us. When we were waiting on valet to retrieve our vehicle, she offered to take us on a tour of the building. It really is a neat environment with options for various occasions. All in all, they treated us like gold - out of towners who just wanted to check it out. Not to leave out our server - Chris A was great. He wasn't the smiling type, but he was all business. He knew how to answer our questions and how to describe the dishes. He was always on the spot, and made sure our needs were met. He was worth the better tip. Highly recommend Lock Keepers for a very nice dinner, with an experience worth more than the price. We have paid double what we paid here for similar or slightly lower value service.

First time here. Service was great. Did not rush us to order. Very helpful, very friendly. Seating was good. Very busy night, but seating is spaced nicely to feel like you’re not eating with the other patrons.

Lovely atmosphere and fantastic food. We had the Chicken Parm and Seafood Risotto, both of which were huge portions. Reasonably priced for where you are and what you get. First class service rounds out the experience. Highly recommend!

My wife and I often make LockKeepers our date night go to destination. Between the food and the service I have been satisfied every time. Angie and Liv are my girls and they truly are a driving force in my ongoing satisfaction.

Exquisite as always ! First time at happy hour and it was great ! The flat bread we had with the hot honey was to die for!! Do not take it away !! Jesse was our server and he was on top of it !! Stellar service. Ashton said hello also ( we've had him before ) he is great also. I did not get a name but a taller blonde gal, glasses ( a manager ?) was so so kind also ! Shout out to valet for aways taking great care of me ! Can't wait to go back !!

The food was delicious. I had the seafood with risotto which I loved. The service was great. The only downside was the noise. It was very noisy and thus difficult to carry on a conversation considering most of us are old enough to have hearing problems.

Such an incredible experience! Held my wedding and reception in the South Ballroom. If I could rate higher than five stars, I would. From the initial scoping visit, to the booking, to the event itself - we received the highest level of customer service. The communication was outstanding, the service on the day of the event was seamless, and many of our guests commented on what an excellent meal they had (we opted for the four-course meal option). I recommend this place very highly for your event.

This was my first time coming here. The building is beautiful and the outdoor space seems perfect to visit during the summer. We checked the menu on the website before we came and most of those options online were not availableon the menu and that was disappointing. The website should reflect the current menu. We ordered the seafood risotto, Veal Milanese and Lasagna. Seafood risotto was very creamy and cooked perfectly. It was a little fishy for my taste. The Veal Milanese was cooked to perfection, very tender with a crispy coating. The lasagna lacked the rich flavor you would expect and was disappointing. The other disappointment was the service. Although not the worst, it certainly wasn't fine dining level of service. The server did not come around often and was not very attentive.

We were with a party of eight and had.Lots of different appetizers, only one was way way too salty.. They just poured the salt on the calamari. I tasted most of my friends dinners and they were excellent and great portions.. but I ordered the risotto with lobster, shrimp and scallops, and I was disappointed. It tasted like I was eating a salt shaker, and the shrimp were the very small salad shrimp and very small.Scallops, I would have rather had a few large ones than lots of little ones, but I couldn't eat my dinner because it was too salty.And I love love salt. Because it was my friends and I didn't want to send my dinner back.But I wish I did.Our waitress Karen was the best ever so efficient , patient, n So on top of things. We spent almost a $1000 for the 8 of us. We ordered many drinks and many appetizers. It was a wonderful evening out.

Food overall was good except for the clam chowder. Service was above par. It was very cold sitting by the windows. Drinks were generous. Tiramisu & Creme Brulee were excellent.

This review is only for the holiday (Thanksgiving) buffet which was $90/pp. Yes, it was. Our selection of meats consisted of: ham and turkey. You read it right. Nevermind the usual buffet favorite, prime rib, there was no beef of any type. No fish. No chicken. The mashed potatoes were fair but really on the thinner side, and the stuffing was bland and very heavy. The lasagna, I believe vegetarian, was a rubbery consistency that would indicate it was cold, but it was, in fact, hot. Fruit was altogether absent from the buffet. And the dessert table consisted of a few types of petit fours. Again, no Thanksgiving favorites such as pumpkin pie, cakes or cookies of any type. In all fairness, the server brought some grilled chicken to the table after we told her that at least one member of our party was unable to eat either the ham or turkey. Perhaps this meal was just an unfortunate exception, because Lockeepers was once a restaurant we could really rely upon for a delicious meal and larger family gatherings, and because it's conveniently located. However, given the bland atmosphere on the second floor, other than a corner Christmas tree, and the even blander food, I'm not really sorry that we won't be back, for the holiday buffet, or for an off the menu dinner.
