The young man and young woman that were working the drive last night were clearly members of a very talented team. Both That I dealt with in the drive-through struck me as particularly competent, skilled and genuinely concerned with the quality of product that they were delivering. This is a rare experience in this day and age. Managment should make note of these types of young talents and do everything they can to allow emerging leaders like this to flourish. Otherwise, they will be lost other opportunities. Give them some accolades they deserve it!!! Also, the chicken tenders were fabulous. Thanks to everyone! Well deserved praise!!

Jack in the Box is Jack in the box. The food is fast food, what can I say? Im not here to brag so much on the food but the staff. We were traveling from Galveston back to Ft. Smith, AR and accidentally left my partner's wallet on the counter and drove almost an hour before realizing it was lost. Long story short, we drove back to the location and found that the wallet was sitting right where he left it. No one touched it, all money and cards were still in it. Thank you so much to the staff and patrons for not taking it!

This Jack in the Box is the best fast food restaurant in Van Alstyne. Their food is always fresh and tasty. They never get your order wrong and they always have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve lived here 16 years and have never had an issue with them.

I was intrigued and motivated by the amazing smile,grace, and overall courtesy of the staffing . This is one of the cleanest jack in the box I've seen. I had an ultimate breakfast Sammy & large strawberry Fanta. If you're in these parts, stop and order from the beautiful ladies, and let them give you some of the finest eating you will ever have ,hot, fresh, and smelling amazing. You're not gonna want to stop putting their meat in your mouth. It's the juiciest sandwich I've had this week! I am so glad I stuck my foot in that door. The amazingly good time I had is gonna be a legendary tale of tail. I have a great reason to come back for many,many more of the tastier things I so love to eat. I hope to see yall there and hang out for a bit. Maybe it will be. Mabey not. Only time will tell.

I went to jack in the box on 12/11/23. When I went in I was meet with awesome customer service from Harris B. Every single time I come in he gives awesome customer service. He makes sure all the food items are in there, make sure there is plenty of sauce and it always gets it to me pretty quick. There was even one time he made my shake and put it back into the freezer so it doesn't melt while the rest of my food gets ready. I will keep coming to this location because of him.

It's been awhile since I updated my review here, so I thought it would be a good idea to mention the fifteen mini-tacos I tried, smothered in all kinds of taco stuff. I can't believe I've been passing these up! They were very good, and eatable with a fork, like a taco salad. You might say it IS a taco salad. And for four dollars, it's ok to have one or two a week. I should add that the drive through service was accurate and fast, and the lady that was at the window seemed happy and interested in what she was doing. Those three priorities, in addition to a great taco box meal,, are all that counts. ☆☆☆☆☆ Thanks, folks!

Good fast food options with excellent service. We were able to have our choice of breakfast or lunch options when most other places didn't offer breakfast choices or were closed on Sundays. Nina hosted us with excellent service, tending to our requests. As we ate at our table, we watched her treat everyone with kindness. I know it's just a Jack N the Box. But nowadays it's hard to find good service anywhere
