Husband got a corny dog yesterday that was so nasty he couldn't eat it on his lunch break. He went back today and tried to show the staff a picture of this nasty burnt thing and they wouldn't accommodate him. I wish I could attach the picture to this post but it doesn't seem to be an option. I find it hard to believe they would even serve it!

I came to this Sonic because it was close to my job. I ordered food, and I was told it would be brought out to me shortly. I waited 20 minutes and still didn't have any food. I pushed the button to see what was taking so long because they weren't very busy. After waiting another 10 minutes, I just decided to leave. Stay away from this Sonic location at all cost. They are horrible with their service. This was the first and definitely the very last time I will ever come to this Sonic.

I came Sunday October 8th. Ordered a burger with 2 modifications. Not only did they get that wrong (no pickle, no tomatoes) they added none of the other vegetables to the burger. Worst of all the bugerat pink juice covering the whole burger when it was unwrapped. Cut it open and it's soft pink mushy in the middle. I work in the food service, I know fast food is fast food. But come on this is just a lack of care on all fronts from the order taking to the actual cooking process.

Rude place. Took over 30 minutes to get cheese sticks and a sweet tea. I had to get back to work. REQUESTED for a CREDIT receipt... never recieved it. Still waiting. Food comes out Cold. I returned it with the server. Called spoke to them. Lady was very Rude, disrespectful. I will never go there again

Worst ever. Waited thirty minutes for food that I never got before leaving because NO ONE was being helped. There’s like one worker who is cooking and running the food. RIDICULOUS. Multiple people came out and told her to cancel their order because it’s taking too long. I had to leave and eat the amount of money I lost because I was MISTAKEN and thought this would be a FAST pick up it’s sad when you have an hour drive somewhere and go to a food place close by but then can’t get your food because you waited 30 minutes and need to leave to make your appointment.

On August 30, 2023 at approximately 4:18 PM I arrived at Sonic in Van Alstyne. I placed an order for a Route 44 Dr. Pepper, corn dog and a soft pretzel. It was moderately busy at this location and I noticed there was only one car hop and she was working very hard. I waited patiently approximately 15 to 20 minutes for my order and when the lone car hop came to my window I told her she was working hard and needed a raise in pay. She took offense because she informed me that she was the general manager. Anyways I got my order and drove off. Got about 3 minutes and realized I didn’t get my corn dog. Almost didn’t want to go back for it but I did. I went to the front door and a nice gentleman got me my corn dog. Then general manager came up to my window and asked me what I was doing back there and I told her why. She was looking at me like I did something wrong. Then the owner gets out of his truck and tells a customer next to me that he is going to be the last customer of the day. Long story short I got to see the owners operate and I’m not impressed. You made feel like I was doing something wrong by returning to get what I paid for. And I didn’t like the way the owner was talking to customer next to me. I’ve been to a lot of sonic’s in my lifetime and I never seen owners acting so strange at a sonic. It’s there business and they can do what they want but SMH.

Only reason I give 1 star is because I can not do 0. At 1207p I placed an online order for a Medium order of cheese sticks (6 pieces) & a vanilla Dr Pepper. I chose for the pickup time of 1220p. I pulled up there exactly at 1220p. I waited & waited & waited. I FINALLY got my food at 105p. After asking about it 3 times. How does cheese sticks take an hour? Not only that, I get them & having to eat on my way back to work as I’m now late, THEY ARE COLD like they had been sitting there for awhile. Oh & guess what made it even better.. I called the 888 number to complain, & all they gave me was a Free Route 44 drink WITH A PURCHASE. Seriously? After having to wait that long for cold cheese sticks you think I’m gonna get food there again?!

Ordered a cheeseburger that didn’t come with lettuce and asked them to put lettuce on it and they literally put like 2 pieces on there!!!!! This is ridiculous!!! I won’t be back. Not to mention my tater tots were cold.

Terrible service, rude employees who don’t pay attention to the order. Ordered on the app and asked for easy ice. I wanted a large drink not a small in a large cup. Shannon needs to just sell the place to someone who knows what they’re doing.
