Quality is outstanding! I will never go to the "underground transporter" ever again. You pay for what you get. Delicious is an absolute adjective in describing this menu. I recently had the meatball sandwich and on previous visits, I ordered the Italian and steak & cheese. All great tasting. I just discovered their chili and it's very tasty and thick. A happy crew, working behind the counter too! Thank you to all, at this location!

Holy moly!! First time here & let me start off by saying their Subs are so delicious 😋!!! The 2 gentleman tall Hispanic and shorter Caucasian gentleman were the nicest guys! Super friendly and helpful they made my sub excactly how I wanted not to mention the place was spotless clean that alone Says alot about how they work.. this place beats all the other sub places by far you must try My review is for 11/08/24 @6pm approximately (: ty sm for the fabulous service I will definitely be back & spread the word around

First time coming in this location, don’t get me wrong. I love firehouse and all of the fire houses that I went through in different locations. This one here took a little longer for someone to get my order. I see everybody’s working, but who’s taking orders it’s a very small Area took me a minute to find a parking.

Good food, great service. Joycelin is the best. She's warm and friendly, I always feel welcome when she's on duty. My favorite is the hook and ladder with grilled onions and a pickle. Easy. Happiness ☺️

Been craving an Italian sub and it was a late Sunday so all the other sub shops were closed. The husband picked up sandwiches here for us to try and I was not disappointed. The Italian sub was stacked and a hot mess to eat but it was so delicious. The service was quick and efficient. Glad we grabbed the sandwiches from here.

I got Italian small. They put a lot of meat and a chunk of a pickle. Sandwich was full of flavor and pretty tasty. However, my bottom bun soaked through because of a pickle laying under it. Also, this small sandwich took like 15 min to make which is a lot. Outside of that - it was pretty good! I ll probably try something else next time

Very good sandwich! The wheat bread was so tasty . I had an Italian sub on wheat bread and some jalapeño kettle chips. I ordered a medium sub and after eating the whole thing I was full! I enjoyed every last bite! Only down side is it gets pretty busy and some customers are a bit slow to order or it's too loud and you can hardly hear the cashier. All in all delicious sandwiches...I will be back to try another!

Always great sandwiches. My was cold this time and a bit wet. Tasted good still. But wished it was hotter.

Food was good and driver spoke English. Only issue they need to have more options. Did not have enough salad dressing and there was no options for extra dressing, even with added cost.

I hate when I feel like I get overcharged and of course everytime it happens I never get handed a receipt. I liked the sub but I probably won't go back. I know it's only a dollar and change but food is already too expensive and things like that add up.

I also asked for banana peppers, and they put like 3 on the entire sandwich. They smoother it in mayo, and the bottom of the bread is beyond toasted, borderline burnt, and the top is soft. Not only that, but they don’t even ask if you want it toasted, which I didn’t because an Italian classic should be cold in my opinion. Who is working here? Better yet, who is allowing this crap and how does this place not have a lower rating?? You guys who are rating here must not have tasted a good deli sub. We’re in LA!! There’s plenty of good ones from the old days. New York, New Jersey, and Chicago-type deli, not this thing. Heck, I’d recommend Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s over this any day of the week. Way more food and better tasting. This isn’t what a deli sub/sandwich is supposed to be. I’m highly disappointed. Thank goodness this was BOGO because otherwise, I’d be even more furious.

First time coming in got the firehouse steak and cheese it wasn't good tasted like the meat was boiled in gravy I don't know if that is the goal but my mind was thinking it's close to a philly cheese steak when I ordered but unfortunately I was wrong I was so excited for it too.

Ordered the steak and cheese, barely got any toppings and meat on the sandwich, paid over 10$ for this sandwich. Horrible experience due to the portion size - Will not be back due to the skimping of food and toppings.

Terrible customer service!! Walked in on a Sunday night and the first thing the two workers said was “we have a long order so it’ll be about 10-15 minutes”. We said it was fine and walked up to the counter to place the order. The two workers just continued making subs without acknowledging. After about two minutes of waiting I asked if we could place our order so we could sit down. They said “uuuhh give us a few minutes.” The restaurant was literally empty. It would have taken 45 seconds to take our order and then they could’ve gone back to making the subs. We ended up leaving. Not planning on coming back to this location.
