A plus! The best BBQ chicken I have had. As you can see there isn't any sauce. I prefer to taste the meat without sauce first. Some places are selling subpar meat and just drowning it in sauce to hide the fact. Not here. The chicken is fresh, seasoned, and falling off the bone. The fried okra was crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Perfect. Not a single one was overcooked or burnt. I'll be stopping at Soul Man's again next time I am in town. Excellent!

It’s just great all around BBQ!! In out over the road quick lunch. Great Ribs and green beans. Soft serve ice cream completely for the kids. Texas done right!!

I’m eating here once a month when I’m traveling for work., the place is very clean, employees are 10/10. Everything is perfect. Very cozy atmosphere. The food is absolutely amazing. I eat barbque in a lot of places in Texas, but you can compare it to this place. It’s one of the best.

The food was absolute amazing, very flavorful without being over seasoned. I will definitely be coming back. If I had to change one thing the though it would be the mashed potatoes and gravy. It was mediocre. But outside of that the meats were plentiful and delicious all for a good price!

If you do not, I repeat, "do not" enjoy BIG BACK activities to the fullest...please stay away from this place! Not only was the meal scrumdiddlyumptious but it was served with beautiful smiling faces😊. As a driver coming off a few days journey, this was the highlight off my week! Great food! Comfortable, quiet atmosphere! Huge variety of food options, and friendly staff. We waited in line maybe 5 mins, and then they instantly getyououwhat you want! We got the brisket sandwich (its a meal special on the menu) added original BBQ sauce) with fried okra and mac n cheese, and the same meal special with pulled pulled pork sandwich (added spicy BBQ sauce) with loaded baked potato. They also have a topping bar for you to add to your food that has banana peppers, onions, and pickles. Highly recommend! 10/10

Just all-around amazing! Friendly service, clean and welcoming atmosphere. 3min wait on food, great service, and the staff is very helpful and quick. Food not only looks amazing but is finger licking good even bought and extra bottle of there BBQ sauce to take back to Pensacola, Fl. It will be well worth the stop. Give them a try if you are passing through or in the area, and you will not be disappointed. Ganrunteed 🌟

We need more stars to give the ratings justice. I have never tasted or seen meat cooked so perfect. I'm making sure I stop to sleep at the Loves next door when passing so I can eat there every time. If u are reading the reviews to determine whether you go or not, you MUST GO. You won't regret it. Oh and Madison the young lady that helped me with my order was so so nice and WELL MANNERED!! I was able to enjoy a quiet and peaceful meal. The restaurant had a country-style wooden seating and music that complemented the atmosphere. The brisket didn't taste like it was straight off the grill.
