Service is awesome. The cashier was polite and greeted every customer. The food was freshly made, hot and fast. Lobby and bathrooms were clean... 10 stars....

I always go to this location after work on Saturdays and Mondays in the eveninv. Food is fast, fresh, and excellent. But what i like the most are the super sweet drive through ladies. They are professional but have great personalities too...they go above and beyond and are just great ladies with smiles on their faces. I went in there in the day and the dine in was the same a cool staff and restaurant was very clean. Give these folks props for consistent great service and food!!

If there is one place that I would eat at on a fairly consistent basis, it would be at an El Pollo Loco. The reason I say that is because they have a nice assortment of chicken-related foods which are not only very tasty, but are also very filling. When I get the original pollo bowl, it only costs five dollars. For that particular very awesome price I receive a nice amount of food. I am very pleased with it. So if there is a restaurant in town that I would recommend for a person that wants to be out getting a nice quantity of food, as well as a nice savings on prices for eating at a restaurant, I heartily recommend El Pollo Loco.

I love this spot, usually no line when I stop by, in late eves, so very fast! Also, conveniently right off Lincoln Blvd, perfect on your way to the 90fwy & out of town. Always fresh food and tasty, always had a great experience with them. The staff is always in good spirits and friendly, I go here all the time! I particularly like this because it is pretty quiet in spite of crazy Lincoln traffic, and lines are short always when I am there. You can park in the back parking lot and eat in peace, I love it. I also love the staff, the girl is always sweet and a very hard worker.

I rated 4 stars just because I love going here during my break at work or just in general if there’s any location I prefer this one especially since they have a drive through. The staff is always really nice, however, the only downside is the mics don’t work very well. I usually pick up my orders since I order mobile but it’s always really hard to hear them and for them to hear me. I don’t know if they need new mics or if it’s broken but that’s the only downside hopefully management can fix soon.

He helped us sort out our various coupons to get the max out of the "specials," and he cracked us up doing it. As is usual, the chicken was done right, and there was a good selection of salsas and other condiments. The place is always clean and the food is fresh. I enjoyed the new tamale bowl and will order it again. So they're not grandma's tamales, but all our grandmas were busy - and if you don't have a tamale making grandma, El Pollo Loco does just fine for the price. You won't find dried out tortillas that are so hard you need a machete. We like this particular Pollo Loco for its ambience 😉 though there is another nearby. This one has plenty of parking, which can be an issue in that area.

I recommend the churros, Mac n cheese, and cole slaw The chicken however, while cooked well, is flavorless. Wish it was spicy or something. The salsa roja and the creamy cilantro dressing are really good too

The chicken is really dry. Every time I eat there I throw up the following day it is like food poisoning. El Pollo Loco should be out of business. You said it would be better but it made me throw up again at least offer something good like the mac and cheese that is the only thing I can get there unlike the chicken.
