Good food great prices 👍 and they're really good at the drive-thru they haven't messed up but a couple times where something was wrong. Better than the other fast food places by far

I have a weird order and 9 times out of 10 they get it perfect which is amazing for day for service! Tasty food, lots if options and all at really good prices. The night manager really seems on top if it.

Stopped on our way back from bay area and customer service was great. Restrooms could have been cleaner but still usable. Food was good.

This del taco was, by far, the best one I have eaten at in a long while. They filled my chicken burrito with a good amount of chicken, my double del was super cheesy and meaty, and the fries were crisp and salty.

Inexpensive food rhat does not leave me feeling ill. Fast food that is actually fast. Easy to reaxh location. Mostly friendly staff. And oddly, no homeless people hanging around in the parking lot.

Inexpensive, decent quality Mexican food with a convenient drive thru option (much better than the 'Bell!) We go here probably once every 2-3 weeks (living on the west end of Ventura, we won't go out of our way just for tacos). Don't like Del T hot sauce, so we buy fresh stuff at the grocery store and take our food home, to eat. My husband loves their regular tacos, I love the chicken soft tacos.

Ever since Del Taco launched the Beyond Avocado Taco, it's been my go-to place for emergency Vegan fast food. Their Epic Beyond burritos are also fantastic. The food is always prepared fresh and they are pretty conscious to making sure that when you order vegan, the product is fully vegan. Vegan shredded cheese would be a great addition to the Beyond Avocado Tacos.

There's a much faster, shorter time waiting in line with better order accuracy at this drive-thru than if you're at the one on Rose! This is especially accurate during the heavy lunchtime and dinner peak time hours. My husband and I have been there a few times during rush hour..both walk-in and drive-thru. We've been pleasantly surprised by their excellence in patience and professionalism. Great job!

Del Beef Burrito was on point and good. Chicken quesadilla was a little off because the chicken had an overcooked consistency. Staff was very friendly at the drive thru. Good came out fast and hot. I felt it was a good value. Conveniently located close to the 101 and 126 on ramps.

Every time we eat at Del Taco it is a super experience. The food is delicious, it is reasonably priced (especially with the current Mucho Meals offers), and the people behind the counter could not be friendlier or more helpful. Absolutely a gem in the fast food world!

It's never too busy here. The staff are on top of things and very sweet. One employee who always stands out to me is Chris. He's always got a beautiful smile on his face, always in a great mood and has an amazing voice lol random I know but every time I go thru the drive thru its like I'm talking to that voice in the movie theater, you guys know what I'm talking about!!! That deep animated voice talking about the new movies coming out. It's that little extra that sways my choice to go there!!! It's always clean, well stocked and clean restrooms. All in all it's a 10 out of 10 every time! Keep it up Del taco!! Oh it's conveniently located next to 101 on and off ramps north and south and across the street from a Ross shopping center and caddy corner to a target shopping center. A little way down past the firehouse is another freeway on ramp, the 126 which also merges with the 101 south. In this price race nowadays to make everything insanely expensive it's so awesome to have a place where the prices have stayed much lower than any other fast food restaurant and that does not mean the quality of food is lacking or makes up for the cheaper pricing.

For fast food super clean .better than most even sit down places. Super polite people very professional service. This is with out a doubt best del taco i have ever visited.. I just visited this place again 10.57 pm ordered two tacos fries and burrito. Drove about two blocks away fries old hard and cold. Tacos shell old . I was totally disappointed. Called the store the next day and the manager said he had to check it out . Unbelievable. . It's not about the money its about customer service. The manager just didn't care. Very sad . No more for me

A pretty good deal taco. Came here around 10:00 A.M. service was average and food was excellent. I ordered fries, tostadas, and bean burritos. The sauce is available in hand pups which makes it convenient if you are in a hurry to eat. The interior is not renovated like many other del tacos but it was clean enough. My only complains was that the mild and medium sauce pumps had been switched.

I do like Del Taco better than the Bell. Just as good and costs less. Their Taco Tuesday deal (3 value tacos as a reduced price) is when I mostly go. They used to have a BRC (beans rice cheese) burrito, but at my last visit they said they didn't carry it anymore.

The food overall were good fries were nice and hot but were very salted and they didn't give us enough ketchup and hot sauce and no napkins this experience not so great

Went last week and the guy on the drive through couldn't hear me. So I had to order at the window. Parked in front after ordering, and the same guy who tried to take my order said that his headset wasn't working well. To be honest, I don't blame him. To the owner of this location, please have functioning headsets for the staff. That's how fast food places loose customers. But at least I ate my fish tacos with no struggle.

Good Del Taco in a good location. The store has always been clean whenever I have gone there and the staff friendly. Have not used the drive thru so I can't comment on that. The food is good and prices decent. Serves various food from tacos to fries. Parking is no problem either.

We used to have Del Tacos in Missouri so we were so excited to see a Del Taco while we were visiting California. The food was good but it wasn't as good and as generous of portions as we recall

I know drive through places don't like it when you alter all item from the menu. But they did it right here and I'm ever grateful. My son has allergies and can't have certain things on his food and they were very good to accommodate us. That makes a restaurant #1 in our book!!

For fast food, this place is quick, cheap and has a great variety on the menu. Unfortunately, I think this location has sewage issues as the smell is definitely obvious. Drive through is called for at this location.

If you are looking for a quick bit to eat and not expensive with a variety this is the place . I think this place can use an overall felt dinghy like the order counter felt dirty like it had a film residue but food was ordered I will say one thing I like their fries

You know what to expect. This is not your first Del Taco rodeo. As long as you eat it right as it is made. All is good. Cold fast food is cold is to heat, as tigers are to water buffalo.

We love Del Taco but this time our order was incomplete. When we asked about our missing items they seemed to believe we were trying to get something for nothing. They argued the items were there. We insisted they were not and they asked to see the bags they just gave us, still insisting the items were there. After much conversation amongst the employees, they finally came to the conclusion that said items were indeed missing. They presented us with our food in which they had rifled through and gave us the missing items with the look like we had inconvenienced them in some way. Oh they still got the order wrong after all that.

Good standby for dirt cheap, sub-standard food. Employees are mostly friendly, but refused to accurately honor the "Corporate" coupon that was issued as an incentive to bribe folks into staying on their email list...unethical.

The nightshift worker was speaking in a announcer type voice which was funny the food was fair. I would say over all pretty good as far as the experience but the worker was somewhat odd. If you like del taco then you will enjoy this place.

Food was about the same as the price. Acquit. Filled me up. Got what I want. But no extra service. Had to ask for more sauce twice and no great customer relations but nor bad either. If you got few in the tank, great place. If you can afford a bit more then go to a place that offers more.

My daughter loves Del Taco so I give 3 stars because I do like the bean cheese burrito and the chicken soft tacos. But the owner/ boss who has been there for years treats his employees poorly and he never is very helpful.

...a ghost of its former self, seems this location hasn't improved anything at all since my last visit over a decade ago, right down to the plastic benches and stained roof tiles. It smells quite off, like exposed sewer access, and somehow burning electronics? - the guys working there were nice and seemed to be trying their best, but the food was lackluster and poor quality - fries were majorly undercooked and the meat bland. It's not that expensive so, meh?

Staff is usually friendly but there are a few that just shouldn't have left the house that morning if they were in such a mood. Also, the food quality compared to other del tacos is sadly lacking... it is fast food but still... But, when they make it right... man they make it right! Can't beat a Carne Asada breakfast burrito when in a hurry!!!

I’m a fan of Del Taco. This particular location is a bit run down and in Avery not accessible parking lot/shopping area off a very busy street. The workers tend to be a bit rude here and seem inconvenience to do their job. Shake machine is always out of order or “off for the night”. Last night I just got some fries from here. I enjoy the crinkle fries, the shakes, the soft chicken tacos are good. Great low prices, lots of good deals. Not fine dining of course, it’s definitely a get what you pay for kind of place. Need something quick and decent I’d recommend Del Taco.

Employees were rude and screwed up our order. Definitely not earning their $20 an hour.

The order contained tacos priced at 1.99 each. Greasy, very little lettuce and tomatoes. Six tacos and I threw them in the trash. I recommend you not eat here.

Food is usually OK but service can be a little slow. As another reviewer posted, this is a franchise location and they don't take all coupons. Prices tend to be a few cents higher than other locations too. Today this location earned probably one star. Placed an order at the counter and was told no Crunchtadas. (Del code for a tostada) OK, so I order something else with a drink, pay and proceed to find out they have no ice. At all. I'm thinking "thanks for the heads up", but I'll get a drink anyway, at least it'll be cold. Fountain spews so I say forget it and get my money back on the drink. Hint: If you're not going to honor the advertised deals and you want $6 for 2 items instead of $5 for 2 at all the other locations, at least keep everything on the menu in stock, the place clean, and everything working.

Today I did not receive napkins. They always forget . But I tried their epic fish burrito and was not into the over abundance of sauce. The fish was crunchy but the batter was extremely salty. I will be wise to choose other items on my next trip. And also will ask them for napkins.

I've been to location a handful of times and have received relatively good customer service. My main issue is the pricing of this location. This location does not adhere to Del Taco's advertised priced deals. This location typically does not honor the price of promotional items. This particular location charges extra to swap beef for turkey. I ordered a Queso Crunch Taco and asked for turkey instead of beef. I was informed that I would be charged an extra $1.49 per taco. That blew my mind because the Del Taco with beef and the Turkey Del Taco are the same price. I've never been charged use turkey instead of beer at any other location.

A/C has been broken for months! Food portions are smaller than other Del Tacos! Prices are HIGHERat this location. Service is slower, and many errors made, check your order! Dining area usually dirty, have to ask for tables to be cleaned! Food is good, just not up to other stores as far as value and quantity.

I ordered #10 my burrito had to much beans and like 2 tomatoes an couldn't find the sour creme. Then we still waiting for full group and still had unfinished food, we were told had to leave for it had been an hour, ok fine, but everyone with us evn though they just got there. Also they didn't say anything to the other guy who was there before us... This place due to costumer service skills, sucks

I did not like that the night time female employee used the same gloves to throw my hot sauce packs on top of my fries right after handling cash with the same hands. She was quick and polite but I cant risk my family's health like this in the time of covid. 👎👎

Food and service was Decent but the interior of this place is pretty run down and unkept. Chairs have missing plywood finish, tables are told and dented and the cushions on the benches are stained and dirty.

The guys working here don't really care too much about their job.. this one guy was being a passive aggressive dick to his coworker right in front of me.. slow service. Their food making stations were messy, and the food looked slapped together. One of their speakers was broken so it was making this distorted growl sound, loud enough to be uncomfortable to sit on that side of the store. When I asked the guy upfront if he could turn it off, the employee said, "I know".. everyone knew dude. Good cheap food though.

They're friendly, but the food is generally sub par compared to other del tacos. Also, they are so incredibly slow it's amazing. Like if there was an award for slowest "fast" food restaurant in America, it would be a blowout . 2 stars only bc I love Del taco.

The food is decent, I actually like their burgers and fries more than their "Mexican food", but the speed of service is glacial. I've honestly burned nearly half of my break waiting for my order. It's almost like they're purposely taking their time because the dining room can be empty and one car ahead of me and it's still 15 minutes or more. But those burgers....

This place is okay. Service is okay, food is okay, dining area is okay. And that’s to be expected. You get what you pay for, but come on. It’s not hard to wipe stuff down in between rushes and prep. Like, come on. The only thing you see from the drive thru is the sliding window and that’s filthy. The only thing about this place that’s NOT okay is the smell. Why the hell does it smell like a toilet? I can bet the employees notice and dislike the smell too, so the higher up managers (district and above) really need to get on that and invest into fixing that. You’re a big company…how can you not invest into making your store not smell like a giant toilet? It reflects poorly on the higher ups more than anything…the bathrooms are clean. It’s not the associate’s fault. Yeah, you still get business regardless, but don’t be careless because you know the money will come in anyways.

Horrible. It took 27 min together food . They were short staffed and the restaurant was filthy. They were serving the drive through quicker except 2 people came in saying they waited 10 min to get order take and then left.

I have stopped by three days this week, a few minutes after 6:00 a.m., which is when the sign says they open. On Wednesday I received service. Yesterday it didn't look like anyone was even in the building, and no one answered at the door. Today there was a woman inside, but she never acknowledged me in the drive thru, until I passed by the window and made eye contact. Management either needs to change the operating hours or hire people who can show up to work on time and serve food.

This place was not clean as a restaurant should be. First walk in we saw most of not all tables dirty. Place was empty so no reason for it to be this bad. Restroom also dirty with no toilet paper. Manager on duty seemed to care very little. Food wise good but took almost 25 minutes for our food to be ready.

So tonight I went to grab some del taco dinner for my family (my favorite fast food —judge me). Waited in the drive thru for 30 mins just to be told that their credit card machine wasn’t working. I get it, technology fails and it is out of the employees control. However, I watched as this was occurring this whole time I was waiting in line. The cashier would take the card, swipe it and basically tell the customer “oh, well.” Not once did it cross any of their minds to go outside and put a sign out front saying *CREDIT CARD MACHINE OUT OF ORDER*-which would lead to people knowing that card is the only payment being received and would allow for people (like me) to make the adjustment and find somewhere else to eat. But no. I get told “oh well, nothing we can do for you. Sorry” expecting me to drive away without complaining a little bit. I asked to speak to manger which I was told no manager was on shift (gotta say all employees were flustered but extremely nice and I’m probably just hungry angry and do apologize to them for getting snappy). I was told the only thing I could do was call the manager in morning and explain the situation, when I asked for business card the flustered again trying to get a card and find the number I was to call and that was it. Long story short del taco on Main Street. Get it together. Be fair to your customers waiting in line for ever with their 5 year old kid who is losing her mind from being in the car to long, mother who is hungry angry already and who just wants to eat your yummy del taco tacos.....

Whoever is managing this place must be fired. I’m a regular DelTaco customer and every day I order 3 breakfast rollers with green sauce and one hash brown. This greedy place wanted to change me 39 cent per burrito for green sauce. I explained to her this must be a mistake as I never had to pay for substitute green sauce for red. Despite these hard times for business especially restaurants, she refused to waive the stupid makeup charge.

The only good thing about this place is the counter staff. They were very pleasant, very friendly. The food is extremely salty, the rice was dry, the floor of the dining room sticky everywhere. The tables were all full of crumbs.

This is a franchise and the owner, Kaleem doesn't seem to care about his customers. Kaleem won't accept coupons and the prices at this location are higher than the corporate locations. Drive a little further and you'll get better service, fresher food and regular prices for the same food every Del Taco carries.

Bought the fish tacos felt like I bit into rubber it was very grossly sickening and the bean burritos are all tortillas thick hardly any beans quality of the food there on main St. Ventura so very poor. And the employees at that location are so rude and look like they are not happy working there and it shows with the crapy food they serve. Never again just a warning you folks.😝

Snack taco is made very tiny with about half amount as compared to other Del Taco stores Did not accept paper coupon or survey coupon as the cashier claimed the system does not allow more than one special (I already asked for Tuesday night special he said). This is BOGUS & GIMMICKS by the owner because every Del Taco I have been to allows me more than one special (up to 3). Regular price of the "TINY" snack taco is outrageous (99 cents). In addition to outrageous prices, the food is not that great, either (only average). Stay away from this Del Taco location from now on. Never stop by again

This location has ruined Del Taco for me. I don't think I'll ever eat at another del taco if I can help it. I ordered their $17 chicken burrito combo and two bites into my lopsided burrito I realized there was nothing but cold beans and rice in it. I went to the front desk to ask for another and they said no. The staff was not helpful in any way. And the guy behind the counter looked like he knew what a chicken burrito is. I'm getting sick of the shrinkflation and its time to just stop giving these big corporations a chance. No refunds either BTW.

The employees here all seem to hate their jobs, they have zero respect for their customers, they treat you as though they could care less if you choose to give them your business. If you dine in be prepared for a long wait, because all the employees do is take care of the drive-through service and will leave you sitting there for at least 15 minutes before they'll even come to the register to take your order I've walked out twice because of this I Won't Go Back Again!!

This was our first time from Uber eats. We ordered 5 vegetarian items. Clearly mentioned "vegetarian/no meat" still we received a meat filled burrito. This is unacceptable. Will never order from Del Taco.

The person running the drive thru today 02/20/2026 he was wearing a brown shirt or vest he needs to learn customer service. Pulled up to the drive thru first thing he said is 'What can I get you' then I pull up for my food again no hi just tells me my total gives me drinks and food then shuts the window so I couldn't even ask for 2 straws.

My son got two snack tacos with hard shells and he told me the shells tasted old. I tried them and yes, they tasted old. I told the manager and he gave a poker face and said “ok”. And the Sprite (from the machine) didn’t taste like Sprite!

UnREAL!!! Just waited in the drive-thru for about 25-30 minutes as a truck in front of us decided to take a child out of the trunk and maybe go inside, as the driver turned off his ignition. As I could not back up to leave. There were many cars behind us. Oh, it didn’t help as an employee yelled out the window to backup and wait, as other customers had to wait until the lady and child came back to get back in the truck. Maybe next time drive around and park, and not hold up the drive-thru line. It's called Drive-Thur for a reason. The employee is a guy with glasses, somewhat young I guess, and has been there for some time. He has a bad attitude and seems so serious and rude.

Went there on 5/10 in the morning ask for hot fries and the drive thru attendant got upset. I have had a problem with the same employee before. I have gone thru drive thru in the past and the manager has helped me aswell and never a problem. He called me a liar because I told him the fries were cold. Adriana, the cashier who took our order was incredibly rude and had a bad attitude. We tried ordering a bean burrito and she kept insisting it came with meat and then when we tried to order a milkshake that was advertised on the register, she gave my daughter attitude and said that they didn’t sell those shakes. The attitude was completely unnecessary and the food experience was just as lackluster. The kitchen and counter was dirty and despite a pretty empty restaurant (pictured below) and at least 3 staff in the back. Definitely won’t be back here.
