I bought a super pack of two chickens, guacamole, and queso fundido. The latter comes in a half-liter Styrofoam container and contains about a third of the total contents. I consider it a rip-off and a fraud. Otherwise, it's fine.

The place is good to go with children, the chicken is good, the ribs not so much, the sauce is excellent the red one mmmm. If you have to wait when you order to go, the girls who serve you do not offer you any promotions, you must know the menu well or the packages they offer to go, to eat there the truth is it is more expensive but they have air conditioning, there are games and you can watch movies on the screen there. The waitress I had is good but again, no one gives recommendations or offers promotions, that would be a plus, by the way, I went one day and they had good prices and the next week they already had a $100 peso increase in all costs, the increase seemed like a lot to me and it was that fast.

Good place if you want to keep the kids entertained, although the à la carte prices are higher than the takeout packages. They give you freshly made, good-sized tortillas.

This chicken, once so traditional in my town, has fallen prey to greed and commercialism. It's excessively expensive, and they're practically selling you popcorn chicken—it's absurd. The flavor isn't the same as before either; they're completely different now, super dry and skinny. I recently went back because my mom wanted to eat there, but honestly, I think it'll be one of my last times buying from that chain. Everything is terrible.

With everyone's permission, I'd like to share what happened to me yesterday at Pollo Leñero on Veracruz Avenue and Playa Las Brujas, so you can be careful if you go there: I ordered a whole chicken (among other things) to eat there, and when I picked up a piece, a hair fell out, so I sent it back for a replacement. Later, while eating with my family, the chair I was sitting in bent and one leg broke. I didn't fall because I noticed in time and got up. It was poorly welded and posed a danger to diners, especially vulnerable ones. (I weigh 60 kilos). I don't think it's right that a reputable restaurant doesn't take hygiene and safety measures for its customers, so be very careful if you go there. I definitely won't be going back.

The service was good because there was no waitress who attended to us at all, the chicken had no flavor, we asked for mayonnaise and they gave us almost nothing, there were 5 of us consuming

The place isn't trustworthy. I lost my cell phone on the table, and they have security cameras, but they refused to show the recordings because they said they would show who took it. Also, their chickens are much smaller compared to other businesses in the same industry.
