Excellent coffee and the food is very well prepared; the staff are very friendly.
On weekdays the atmosphere is very peaceful; it gets busier on weekends because the area is quite busy, but the service is always friendly and it's always clean. Parking is a bit difficult, but the service is good.
It does what it's supposed to, although sometimes the baristas are in a bad mood and serve you and prepare your drinks that way, but overall it's good.
Honestly, it is very well located, the service is very good, everything they give you is first class, but I think it needs a remodel.
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The employees really make it great. It's a great place to get some coffee and smiles . It's always an inviting atmosphere.

Clean, cute, delicious! Plenty of comfortable seating inside and outside. Lots of free parking. The baristas were friendly and got my drink out quickly. Definitely will be returning soon!
Pretty good
Experience is like in any other Starbucks I've been so far, however I appreciate that the internet speed here was great for what I needed to do that afternoon.
Very hard to see from the street.
Everything was fine and the drinks were very good, but they need to pay more attention to the floor; it's very messy. They need someone cleaning constantly since that branch gets very crowded.

Never enough baristas
From what I saw, there aren't many Starbucks in Veracruz, and today I decided to have a couple of meetings there. Since I arrived, there were a lot of people... a line that I'm not very used to in any of the cafes I visit, but the guys were fast and attentive, time passed and I never stopped seeing people... you could say it was full... it has some tables on a terrace, upstairs there is also space to work and chat, but it is more conditioned for work... be careful, it is very noisy and the music was very loud, it was not possible for me to have the meeting there because of the amount of noise there was. The bathroom was not very clean, let's say.
Please update the Sunday hours. It says you close at 11 PM. I went at 10:40 PM and was told you were already closed, that you close at 10 PM.
We don't enjoy our drinks because they don't have any healthy non-caloric sweetener options like stevia or monk fruit, they only give sucralose.
Every time I've been there, the service counter has been dirty, the food takes forever to arrive, and the staff act like they're doing you a favor by selling you things. Third and last time I'm going.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ORDERED A HOT ESPRESSO THROUGH RAPPI AND THEY SENT IT COLD. THE WORST THING IS THAT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENS.
It is the worse Starbucks I’ve encountered. Ever. Dirty. All the furniture is broken or looks older than me. And there is absolutely no service. I was in the area so this week I went in three times. Each worse than the previous. In no occasion did they have the seasonal drinks. Even thought they advertise them, they have none of the autumn drinks. Then the second time they had no food. And this time they didn’t even have a working oven. It really should be stripped of the Starbucks list. Because going there has nothing to do with the “Starbucks experience”.
