Abbiamo cenato domenica sera mangiando un ottimo risotto all'amarone e bevendo due calici di ottimo vino (un Amarone e un Lugana). Servizio veloce e gentile. Due calici, due risotti, una insalata e un tiramisù 97 euro.

We took part in a pasta cooking class and it was absolutely amazing! The whole experience was not only delicious but also a lot of fun, and I would honestly recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy great food and a unique experience at the same time. Our instructor, Victoria, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She explained everything clearly, step by step, and her English was absolutely perfect, which made the class very easy and enjoyable to follow. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed every moment of it. Great food, great atmosphere, and a wonderful experience overall. Grazie! 🇮🇹✨

The ambiance is perfect, quiet even is in front of the Arena di Verona and the food is ‘spaziale’ very fine dining italian restaurant with a creative menu. All desserts were amazing and the traditional veronese cuisine.

Did a cooking class and loved it. Got to cook eat chat all in a really special restaurant in Verona. Honestly perfect. Really well organized, hands on and we learnt loads too. Works for adults and children as our ten yr old loved it. Victoria is a really patient teacher. So kind, knowledgeable and sweet. The whole class and the restaurant where you get to cook feels really authentic. Id love to go back to the restaurant too as we tried a gorgeous appetizer waiting for our food and it was incredible. Definitely recommend it.

We did a cooking class here and it was fantastic! We made tiramisu, tagliatelle and ravioli. Melany was a great teacher, she showed us each step of the recipe and helped out when we needed it. After making the tiramisu and pasta we sat down as a group to try it all and it was delicious. We also got an email with the instructions so we can try it at home.

We had a class with Victoria and Ava. Both were super lovely and welcoming. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish, they both ensured we had every thing we needed. From support with kneeding our pasta to keeping our wine glasses topped up throughout. This was a lovely class and we would recommend to everyone visiting Verona!!!!

We did a pasta and tiramisu making class with Victoria, she was fantastic. So great with our kids aged 9 and 11. That was their first time making pasta and they thoroughly enjoyed it, she was so patient and helpful! The restaurant the class is held in is beautiful too. It was so nice to sit down and enjoy the finished product. Highly recommend this tour and thanks Victoria!

Attended a pasta and tiramisu making class, and it was fantastic every sense! Victoria, our teacher extraordinaire made the whole experience even better. She's not only knowledgeable, but also incredibly patient and fun. We got hands-on with fettuccine, ravioli, and tiramisu from scratch. And yes, we got to eat the pasta we made. I probably massacred the pasta dough, but the chef did a great job in making it delicious, somehow. Highly recommended for anyone curious about making pasta and tiramisu from scratch.

We had an amazing time at the pasta and tiramisu cooking class with Jasmine and Ava at Rubiani Verona Restaurant. The experience lasted about three hours and was the perfect blend of fun, learning, and delicious food. Jasmine and Ava were warm, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel welcome from the start. With their guidance, we learned to make fresh fettuccine and ravioli from scratch—kneading the dough, shaping the pasta. We also got to make a classic tiramisu, which turned out to be just as delicious as the pasta! Highly recommend this experience—Jasmine and Ava were fantastic hosts, and we left with full stomachs, new skills, and great memories!

Il ristorante ha un’atmosfera molto piacevole e una vista davvero mozzafiato. Il servizio è stato cortese e attento. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il tagliere di formaggi — davvero delizioso! Purtroppo la carne non è stata all’altezza: troppo dura e praticamente immangiabile. Un vero peccato, perché il resto è stato molto positivo. Prezzi onesti.

Prima serata di primavera calda, decidiamo di cenare in questa location, vista Arena, splendida. Accoglienza, ospitalità e mise en place impeccabili. Cibo, beh , che dire, impeccabile, come sempre e come ci aspettavamo dallo chef Mattia Meneghello , il quale non ci ha delusi, perfetto, come da aspettative. Ristorante da provare, per poi tornarci e tornarci per provare tutte le proposte che propongono . Non ci sono dubbi, ne rimarrete entusiasti.

Ubicazione molto comoda, in centro ma lontano dal caos. Menù non troppo ampio ma piatti sicuramente ben realizzati e ben presentati. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Ottima e ampia carta dei vini. Prezzi in linea con le aspettative.

Fermati casualmente, come spesso capita quando vogliamo assistere a una rappresentazione all’Arena, ma non vogliamo cenare a casa. Dehor completamente occupato, perciò abbiamo optato per cenare all’interno. Un interno essenziale, ma accogliente. Ci ha subito colpiti la velocità e l’efficienza del personale di sala. Bravissimi, gentili, rapidi e decisi ma molto educati. La qualità del personale di sala, in un ristorante, fa sempre la differenza, al Rubiani abbiamo visto al lavoro una squadra ben organizzata e affiatata. Buona la cucina, la quale, considerato l’elevato numero di ospiti da servire, deve essere anch’essa ben organizzata. Buono anche il prosecco extra dry di Ca Rosa. Prezzi apparentemente un po’ elevati, ma si è a due passi dall’Arena, ottimo servizio, bella serata in compagnia, perciò…ci sta pure il prezzo. Bravi!

I bigoli con ragù di vitello erano qualcosa che non avevo mai assaggiato e ho trovato il posto giusto per gustarmeli. La carne era morbida e delicata, si scioglieva in bocca. Il locale si trova a pochi passi dall'arena, molto comodo. Peccato per la porzione piccola e il servizio lento

The food was really good, though it could have been seasoned a little more to our taste. The waiters – especially the owner – were very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, due to the weather, the staff seemed under a lot of stress, and the waiting time for both drinks and food was quite long.

But the service left much to be desired, everyone was very nervous, I understand that there were a lot of people, but I came to the restaurant to relax and actually I don't even want to know that you're in a rush. We came for the crudite’, but we were turned away because it took too long to prepare, so we had to order the chicken dish instead. Honestly, it was really delicious. But plan was another… The atmosphere was tense due to the staff's frustration and we wanted to leave as soon as possible.

We did the cooking class experience through 'get my guide'. There was a shared experience preparing a Tiramisu and then we individually prepared two types of pasta including a ravioli. After all was prepared we took our seats in the restaurant to eat what we had made with a small glass of vino. Was fun and we got to meet a range of interesting people. Instructor was knowledgeable and very forgiving to our attempts.

Non volevo sedermi nei soliti ristoranti acchiappa turisti di fronte all arena è questo mi sembrava perfetto... L ingresso non lascia dubbi ,si nota l intento di dare classe al locale ,anche se entrando con un passeggino gli spazi sono un pò strettini. Scegliamo due classici ,risotto Amarone e radicchio, tortellini di Valeggio e una pasta in bianco per la nipotina. Prima cosa a mio parere sbagliata l arrivo dei tortellini in brodo poi dopo qualche minuto i risotti, ora visto che il risotto richiede più tempo e i tortellini si cuociono più velocemente mi pareva giusto servire tutto contemporaneamente.. Risotto cottura perfetta ma molto pepato e salato il gusto del trevigiano era coperto dal resto. Tortellini buono l impasto ma la sfoglia troppo collosa e spessa. Inoltre non mi e piaciuto che ogni volta che abbiamo chiesto il formaggio il cameriere arrivava con la formaggera, lo mescolava ne metteva un pò e se la riportava quasi la quantità fosse contingentata.altra nota stonata discordanze tra il prezzo sul menu e quello praticato sullo scontrino, risotto 21€ pagato 22€?? Almeno la bimba non ha pagato il coperto.

The food was pretty nice but the standards of the service and atmosphere didn’t really match the sophisticated interior design they were trying to exude. The waiter was quite awkward with cutlery thrown haphazardly on the table, there was specks of dirt in my glass and at one point a large bird cage fell on top of a diner. It was like a faulty towers dining experience which made the menu and coperto seem way overpriced at €5 per person. We were quick to leave and note to never come back as soon as we finished our meal. I imagine this place has better days with other staff as they’re usually pretty packed through the days when you walk by.

Oliera senza riduzione che mi ha fatto riempire il piatto di Olio… fortuna che il tavolo era in forte pendenza e quindi si è automaticamente spostato tutto da una parte. Il tavolino continuerà a dondolare finché qualcuno non prenderà in considerazione questa recensione, come la pulizia delle posate che presentava gocce di mala asciugatura e noncuranza della mise en place. Sedie sporche ed usurate, cuscinetti zozzi… Ho preso una tartare, la cui cameriera non ha neppure detto quali fossero gli ingredienti a parte quando l’ha portata ad tavolo. With tickets to the opera, we waited 1,5 hours for our food. Had to cancel our main course and left, still hungry. The entré ceasar salad was the saddest thing I ever had. Service confused and the waiter kept asking guests what they had ordered, and by whom. The kitchen must have had a really bad day. Hope it was an exception...
