I was there at 6:00 PM. The shop was empty, with only one customer who had already paid, and me and three employees. I placed a takeout order, and when I got home, I was pleasantly surprised to find one of the three piadinas missing, and one of the two I had was even wrong. I called repeatedly, about 7 or 8 times (it had been 10 minutes since I picked up the items and got home), and no one answered. The employees also seemed really pissed off. I didn't go back to have them reorder because they would have thrown everything away anyway, and hopefully the food wouldn't have been wasted due to mistakes that could have been avoided, given that there were more employees than customers. But at least they answered the phone so we could settle the matter regarding the missing piadina, since it had been paid for. Really terrible.
