They have a good service but depends on the crowd in the restaurant
The place is cute and the atmosphere is pleasant, but the stools in front of the window aren't very comfortable for a leisurely meal. There were a few mistakes with the order: the fries were missing, and the arugula wasn't substituted for lettuce, as requested. This slowed down the experience a bit. With a little more attention, it could be a really great stop for a quick break.
Very popular lunch place. So you have to be patient.
When we lasted visited there was only one person working. We had to wait a long time to be served.

The food is in line with the La Piadineria chain's standards: good, though nothing exceptional. Contrary to what other reviews have reported, I had no issues with the staff, who seemed courteous and helpful. However, I did notice that the amount of filling in the piadinas, especially the "roll" version (which should contain 50% more), was less than at other locations in the same chain. In short: a good experience, but below average compared to other locations.
Excellent food, friendly staff but very long waiting times… for two piadinas I had to wait 25 minutes
I ordered a piadina (Sobrietà) via the app with arugula, and it arrived without arugula (but I paid for it). My colleague also ordered a piadina without cooked ham, but it arrived with cooked ham instead. I went to the store, and they said the only solution was to give me a small bottle.
Probably the worst pizza I have ever eaten!
The price shown is not the same with the bill !!! The sandwich was empty 😶
