This is a beautiful place to have breakfast, light lunch, or just a snack. It’s located at the Shops at Crystals next to Aria. We were only there during the daytime. I believe the menu changes at night. We ordered some xuxos, a canele, and a breakfast croissant. I was pleased to see that the breakfast croissant was a good size especially for $16. The xuxos were great. They were soft and had a good amount of filling. The canele had some custard in the center and the outside is a caramelized crust. Prices were fair since it’s associated with Jose Andres. Service was very friendly and attentive.
wonderful time at bar Centro. this time I attended a private event. The service was immaculate. The food was superb. To be fair, the food probably came from a nearby Jose Andres restaurant. Nonetheless, the 10 course meal came in successively with great timing and introduction. All while receiving service that is anticipatory and diligent. I will recommend this restaurant/bar to anyone. Compliments to the chef as well!
I visited a few times during my last trip. I was looking for an inspiring place to work remotely. Sure, I can take my video call, camera off, by the pool. However, this place has the only Espresso Tonic on The Strip. Convenient location between all the MGM properties. I know most people use the Shops at Crystals as a fancy hallway between hotels, but I hope more people stop by and enjoy this place
Had a fantastic time. Came in for happy hour, left very happy. We came in for oysters, had some delicious cocktails. Chef Daniela, Sean, and a young gentleman first name started with "A", provided exceptional service. We can't wait to come back.
Super cute cafe. We got drinks and pastries and loved everything. I was looking for a matcha latte around here and this one with honey vanilla was really good.
We found this little niche while looking for something sweet. To have with coffee. What a great place for a peaceful coffee and pastry. We tried the XUXO and what started as one ended up being four. I ended up having 2 cappuccinos and what a treat. Guatemalan espresso that was extremely flavorful. The service was awesome. Everyone was very elegant and classy. Highly recommend this little side stop.
Update... These tiny filled croissants are still some best lil bites Couple of the best pastries I've ever had. Loved the giant orange one, a ensaimada "Solero", w orange curd and Chantilly. But that little croissant like one was so amazing, I think they calling it a xoxos with strawberry I could have one of those every morning almost would if it were off the strip and local price. But was worth a try even at the price it's at
We were a group of five people and stopped in here for some tea and snacks before dinner. My wife and I had eaten at Jose Andres restaurants in Washington DC in the past and really liked it so we were hoping this would be great and it was. We ordered Plum Oolong tea and Caramelized pear tea and both were good but the plum was my favorite. We also ordered Chicken Croqueta, Puntillitas and the liquid olive. The Puntillitas were great and the liquid olive was an experience I had not tried before, it was really good. Our server was Daniel and he was great. I don’t have any complaints about this place at all and I recommend it. The pricing is very fair, see receipt which is for 5 people.
Too pretty to resist—this café looks like it’s nestled in a forest, but it’s actually right on the Vegas Strip! If you’re staying at Aria or wandering around Crystals Shops, drop everything and check out Bar Centro—a Spanish-style café that transforms with the day. What I tried: Xuxos (Strawberry & Nutella): Crispy, buttery, sweet—like a dense croissant filled with pure joy. Honey Orange Cortado + Drip Coffee: One sweet, one balanced—perfect match! Why it’s cool: Morning = classic Spanish breakfast (hello, Ensaïmadas) Afternoon = next-level sandwiches with jamón, honey chorizo, or mushrooms & goat cheese Evening = Spanish bar vibes with cocktails, and elegant mini bites Perfect for a chill weekend coffee break or stylish mid-shopping escape.
Stumbled across this while wandering around and came back the next day for a late breakfast. Loved finding a place on the strip that had pour over coffee! The avocado toast was tasty but a little hard to eat due to the thick crust. The jambon and manchego toast on tomato bread reminded us of Barcelona. Comfy seating and cool decor. Look up to see a James Turrell installation!!
Outstanding addition to the strip! Great espresso drinks and the food is pretty good too. Great ambience. Sure beats the Starbucks that used to live here. And I’m just glad the central strip has a decent coffee place again — there used to be a nice coffee shop at Monte Carlo but it closed with the Park MGM/Eataly renovation. If you’re staying at Cosmo/Aria/Vdara, skip the mediocre resort coffee and come straight here in the morning.
What a gem! Met a friend at Bar Centro for a few drinks and bites before an evening out and sooo glad we came! We arrived around 6 and they were running their happy hour, Bar Centro Sips. Nice selection of cocktails and snacks. We had the Magic Carpet (delicious, refreshing) and for food we had the Chicken Croquetas, River Trout Cone, and Neptunes Pillows. Everything was phenomenal and presented so beautifully (I mean, do you see that beautiful little flower on the cone?!). This place is not only visually stunning, but the food and cocktails match the vibe. This will definitely be my pre night out spot whenever I’m on the strip!!
I stopped in here Monday after doing some shopping for a quick bite. The seating area and atmosphere was so cute and inviting! The staff was so sweet and kind. I don’t drink but I really appreciate a cute non-alcoholic Mocktail and they had some beautiful curated ones on the menu! Everything was delicious. I loved how the bill came out in a little book. Little unique and whimsical details like that really make for a special dining experience. My server, Roberto, was very attentive and kind and I appreciated him answering all of my questions and offering wonderful recommendations! 10/10 would recommend and will be returning!
This place is a hidden gem, literally! Buried under the stairs in the Crystal Shops/Aria area, it looks empty and unassuming. We were starving, everything was closed or closing down to get ready for dinner service; this place was the only place open so we decided to give it a try. We were there at an odd time for lunch so decided to sit at the bar. Their bar menu was a revelation with a list of artisan nonalcoholic drinks as well, which was good for my friend who's taking a year off from drinking. Each drink has little icons to show you how it is prepared and watching them get made is half the fun. The bartender is so great, he takes his time to style every ingredient in the drink and lets you try different liqueurs and elements of the drink as well as chats you up and gives you tips about town. The food was surprisingly delicious especially the salmon bread and the tomato salad. We loved this place so much we went back the next day at which point we learned it's a Jose Andres joint - no wonder it's so great! The cafe is quiet, intimate, and has a beautiful and whimsical aesthetic making this a nice respite from the heat and business of the strip. We will definitely come back to this place whenever we are back in Vegas.
Just found this new spot at the Aria, Bar Centro, and it’s awesome for grabbing a quick coffee or breakfast. The vibe is classy but still super chill. What I love most—aside from the great coffee—is the service! The young staff here are so friendly and attentive, which really adds to the experience. Also, if you need to knock out some work, it’s a great spot to sit down with your laptop for a bit while enjoying your coffee or bite. Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re around!
Wow! What an amazing addition to the Crystal Shops! Absolutely adore the Eurocentric/Spanish influence. Took me back to core memories of sipping on cappuccinos and eating Jamón bocadillos in Spain! I had the avocado sandwich which was absolutely delicious! They elevated the classic avocado toast to a nice toasty, refreshing, flavorful sandwich with yummy egg intermixed within the creamy avocado. The cappuccino was rich and decadent all while satisfy my need for caffeine. The ambiance is chic and welcoming. Come here with the family, grab a beer or a cocktail, get a sweet treat, or wake up with some delightful espresso to help you get through the Vegas Mayhem. Hoping this place stays for a long time, since it is now on my favorite spots to indulge in on my Vegas getaways!
Cute place with very classy vibes. Stopped by for a quick coffee in the morning. Their menu was a little confusing to navigate in person and the displays they had out did not have many items. Perhaps it was too early in the day but ended up trying a generic muffin that was overpriced for what it is.
Had an early dinner at Bar Centro, a restaurant by José Andrés located a half-floor down from Bazaar Mar in Crystals. Started with the Sangría de Cava ($18), a nice fruity punch. Wavered over several options within the Little Snacks section but ultimately chose the José's Taco ($25): I pray that my surprise was not visible on my face when this was delivered. This was really SMALL, shorter than my pinky finger, for 25 dollars. Tasty morsel to be sure, but still, a mere nibble for 25 dollars. Had opted for the Daisy de Graná ($22) to go with the "taco". This drink was fantastic, with a great contrast between the lightly sweet/sour citrus liquid and the salt foam top. Gave a good buzz too. Had two. As dessert, The Foie-ffle ($14): Cute crispy waffle, heavy on the peanut butter scent and taste. The Modifier ($22): Finished at the bar with a mad scientist flair, complete with smoking flask. Not as sweet as ingredients might lead to expect. Value: Cocktails crushed it; food items I ordered though sent the value prospect plummeting due to the wee portions. Especially that "taco". Atmosphere: As with its larger sibling Bazaar Mar, Bar Centro went to great design lengths to conceal its location in a mall. Green trellises, fringed awnings, white plaster(?) statues, colorful embroidered chairs. But the mall atmosphere intruded-being located on the landing between levels, it's bounded by public stairs and escalators, and the surrounding white walls break the illusion of dining in a garden pavilion. But the deco is lovely. Service: Superb from John and Josh (? forgive if wrong; the man with two-tone hair). Very personable and charming. Hostess and runners were friendly and professional as well.
