We popped by this place to grab a quick espresso and Hugo Spritz to go on our walk to dinner. We’ve been traveling for 12 days and have tried A LOT of spritz…this one was by far the best. On a to go order! We came back the next day to sit just to have the spritz. Some places overdue the St. Germaine or the ratio is off. This place nailed it. Great little hole in the wall near piazza navona at a great price. Would recommend!

I saw an empty table outside while walking by and am glad I stopped. Had an aperol spritz (ok, I had 2) and an absolutely delicious sandwich. It had speck (ham) and truffle cheese and fresh bread. Service was soooo nice. I’ll be back.

Really friendly service and a lot more options than I expected! We got to try something different since we're in Italy. The atmosphere is great, it's in a smaller but not claustrophobic street making it a great way to enjoy a coffee out of the sun. Would recommend.

We made a small order (just a coffee and tiramisu). Although this place is nicely located and in general we had no complaints regarding the service, the overall opinion can't be positive, because of an obvious fraud on the receipt. Only the price of an Americano on the receipt matches that from the card. An explanation given by the staff, that prices in the menu haven't yet been updated shows a depreciating attitude towards clients (mostly tourists) and lack of transparency. If that's really an extraordinary situation, I suggest updating the menu asap... but something tells me it's an intentional hunt for unaware tourists.

Evening staff and atmosphere great! However beware if you go in the morning, we were charged €19 for 3 double espresso, 1 espresso and 1 water. No receipt given, just asked to pay €19 (our mistake for not asking to see the bill although judging by the review from 5 months ago it would be the same excuse “English menu prices haven’t been updated yet”) Nice place for a drink in the evening though and friendly staff, and charged according to menu. They deserve their tips, not the cheeky ones in the morning!

They seemed to have posted a fake menu on Google with low prices to get people in the door. When they told me the total I asked for a bill, they gave me one that didn't break down the price. I showed them the menu online and they said oh there's a different Piccolo bar in Rome, so that's why the prices are different, so I showed them the correct address. Then they said oh we're new, we've only been here two weeks (despite the receipt showing Piccolo bar and there have been pictures on Google for a minimum of several months). Then they explained they charge 1€ per person for a table, but even then the prices were higher than online. I asked for an actual menu with the prices and they said they don't have one (with all the coffee prices like they have online). So no way to confirm what the real price is so they can charge tourists whatever they want.
