This was our first time dining at Ventuno.1, and we will definitely be back soon. The wine list is incredible, and is a must-visit for any wine lover. The menu offers a large selection of creative and delicious dishes, all presented beautifully. We absolutely loved our meal here. Grazie mille Ventuno.1 team!

Beautiful venue with excellent view. Definitely worth a visit. We were a party of 4 people. 3 of us ordered pasta. Each of us found the pasta very disappointing. However desserts were very good.

The dishes were beautifully presented. All the antipasti and primi courses we ordered were hits--excellent taste and texture, with very flavorful sauces. However, the secondi dishes were a bit off (overly salty Baccalá, dry & overcooked Brasato). The Tiramisú al pistacchio needed more flavor.

Good food. We had the 4 course menu and was recommended a very good barbaresco (which costed €75, as much as the dinner set menu) . Overall decent service and we enjoyed the food.

Very Nice restaurant with a delicious menu. The food was very good, but it was a little difficult to get the attention of the Waiteer. However, we enjoyed a lovely evening and had a great dinner. Thank you.

I think that were just unlucky this evening, since it seemed like an overall off-night. There might have been more interesting guests consuming wine. Food was okay, but overall underwhelming. Based on the food and service I cannot understand the overall ratings nor the price. We had been at dell'Arco and Petricore the same weekend and this was not even close. But then again, we all have an off-night and we might just have been unlucky. YMMV. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The food was above average, but the service was disappointing. The strawberry sorbet had a distinctly artificial taste, and we refused to eat it. However, it was still included on the bill.

I had the Langhe tasting menu. Started with the raw meet with truffles. Too much truffle in my opinion. Then pasta. Overcooked and swimming in cream sauce. Worst was main course (braised beef). VERY dry and without taste. Uneatable. Penna cotta was okish. Barolo was fine. Service was fine…except they didn’t care about my complains . Do not understand how this is a Michelin recommendation . I can not recommend .

Unfortunately, this was by far the worst dining experience we’ve had in Italy. The restaurant might have a minimal and elegant look at first glance, but what happened inside was a complete disappointment. From the moment we arrived, the service staff seemed visibly tense and disorganized. We opted for the tasting menu, but had to wait over 50 minutes between each course. Not once were the dishes explained or introduced properly, which is the bare minimum one would expect from any restaurant offering a tasting menu. The table next to ours, visible in the photos, remained uncleared throughout the evening. Instead of resetting it, the staff used it as a dumping ground for empty plates, used corks, and random leftovers. During wine service, the wine was spilled directly onto our table. The staff simply wiped it off without saying a single word. As for the food: the tartare starter was quite tasty, but the truffle pasta was bland, characterless, and entirely forgettable. The third course, a meat dish, arrived completely overcooked—dry and charred around the edges. Portions in the tasting menu were so small they bordered on laughable. In hindsight, ordering a single full-sized dish would’ve made far more sense—though coming to this restaurant in the first place clearly didn’t. And finally, dessert. The panna cotta was a disaster. It had lost all shape and collapsed to one side of the plate like a puddle. It looked and tasted like unset cream. To make matters worse, they clearly noticed the issue and tried to cover it up by smothering it with some chocolate sauce. Honestly, I’ve had better desserts from a supermarket. Maybe this place went downhill after being listed in the Michelin guide. But based on what we experienced tonight, I can’t understand how they made it onto the list in the first place.
