Ottima focaccia al formaggio nel centro di Rapallo in un ambiente piccolo e accogliente, vengo ormai da anni e la qualità è sempre alta, anche le torte salate veramente ottime

Un posto davvero carino e caratteristico, le ragazze sono molto professionali e simpatiche. Il cibo? È tutto buonissimo, dalle focacce al cucinato tipico del posto. Anche i dolci sono buonissimi😋 Se venite a Rapallo sapete da quale gastronomia andare

Ottimo locale se si vuole mangiare prodotti liguri del posto e sopratutto seduti e serviti. Disponibili anche alla Domenica piatti cucinati e focacce & co. I prezzi però non aspettateveli alla pari di una tavola calda con asporto. Nel complesso consigliato ma da considerale come alternativa ad una buona trattoria.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Siamo stati ieri a cena e siamo stati accolto da una ragazza molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo ordinato i piatti del giorno (zuppa zucca e ceci e stoccafisso e patate) veramente ottimi accompagnati da un pane delizioso che abbiamo scoperto prodotto da loro. Abbiamo infine gradito i dolci : il castagnaccio e la torta cioccolatini veramente deliziosi. Abbiamo deciso che sarà il nostro ristorante del venerdì sera.

A super cool spot appreciated by locals. After walking in the tourist areas trying to get a table for dinner (everything was booked!), I ended in this Focacceria. I ordered a takeaway pizza and Prosecco to eat on the beach. The service was super polite and nice (the young man taking care of orders was actually really cute!), and the pizza was tasty, with crunchy border and fresh ingredients. I had seen on Google a pizza with burrata and pesto which was not on the menu, and they made it for me - was really tasty). I highly recommend!

Amazing local pizza, Focaccia and traditional local Italian dishes by the portion. You can mix and match different food types , dishes and quantities. I personally prefer the tapas style food rather than a one big full pizza. The food is fresh, delicious and tasty.

Best food we had in Rapallo, went twice in one day! Friendly chefs who loved to talk about and explain the dishes, of which there are many. Fantastic flavours. Excellent pizzas as well. Charming and helpful service from the young staff ad well

One of the best pizzas I ever had. I think they were short staffed and the young lady who attended to us was stressed and curt. But I did not mind as the food was just simply delicious.

So this one is a hidden jem. Not fancy but great value for money. You can see the kitchen in one entrence and pay in the next, we sat outside great air, changing menue we requested assistance to translate but have way more than just pizza, come knowing service on Italian time but this was the best food I had here by a long shot. Realy great experience.

What a wonderful stuffed focaccia this place has!!! We came in to try it out and were about to buy the available ones sitting out, but they owners told us if we wait ten more minutes, there's a fresh cheese focaccia in the oven. We're so glad we waited and tried the fresh out of the oven. It was the most heavenly thing we've ever tasted!

Slightly hidden but rather convincing place for a lunch break. They have a small but delicious choice of local dishes and spots inside and outside. It takes a while to order and receive the food, but it’s worth the wait. Prices are quite competitive and the service is nice and lovely.

Looking for an authentic Italian pizza in the heart of Rapallo? This restaurant was recommended by Paolo in Hotel Astoria, and we were not disappointed. As fans of the pizza, our family all agreed that their pizza’s were simply delicious. A lovely place to eat both inside or on the street. Very good value too. We all agree Paulo was a great source of local information 😁

Pizza e focaccia sono nella media. La scortesia del titolare un po’ meno. Dalle 14:00 ti fa sedere fuori ma si rifiuta di fare il sevizio al tavolo (perché?! Che differenza c’è tra un Cliente che arriva alle 13:45 da uno che arriva alle 14:00?) L’igiene è inaccettabile. Posate (usa e getta) sporche ma quel che è peggio è il titolare che tocca ed impiatta i cibi con le mani dopo aver maneggiato i soldi senza essersele lavate o igienizzate. Prezzi sopra la media. L’esperienza potrebbe essere anche positiva se solo l’accoglienza fosse diversa.

Good authentic focaccia. Unfortunately - very rude, village style service. They don’t mean it - that so just how they are used to serve, for the lack of competition people are forced to be customers, therefore there is no client orientation from the part of the staff. It’s disappointing… I hope somebody reads it and “fa un pensierino”… sometimes a bit of kindness and a smile is all that is needed. Will do as a snack.

Buona la qualità dei prodotti utilizzati e dei piatti assaggiati. Quello che è stato deludente è il resto. Ci siamo accomodati nella parte del locale con il servizio ai tavoli dove siamo stati aiutati nella scelta delle portate in modo frettoloso. Ordinate le acciughe ripiene è arrivato un piatto di ripieno con sopra alcune acciughe. Alla fine abbiamo pagato tanto come il giorno prima in un ristorante di Santa Margherita dove però servizio e portate erano curate in modo decisamente superiore.

Locale situati in una piazzetta con tavoli esterni pochi tavoli interni. Servizio così così. Prodotti buoni se piace la pizza o focaccia fine. Cucina un po' rivisitata ma non tutto buono. Luglio è agosto non portano meno, solo su lavagnetta e dopo quando si va a pagare si trova la sorpresa nel conto. Diciamo che una pizza Margherita 9€ è un po' esagerato, +1,50 coperto e una coca cola 3,50. Praticamente se ti siedi pensi 14 € per una Margherita. Le maschere si vendono a carnevale ma si corre il rischio che clienti non tornano e vanno altroveer Mi sembra esagerato. Fanno i furbi sui prezzi

Abbiamo deciso di pranzare all’interno e non prendere la focaccia da asporto: non l’avessimo mai fatto. In quattro, un piatto a testa con tris di focaccia al formaggio, farinata e pizzata, una coca cola, un tè, una fetta di castagnaccio e caffè: 73€. Stiamo scherzando? Coperto 2€? Servizio lentissimo, più di 40 minuti di attesa. La qualità del cibo è anche buona, ma il prezzo completamente sproporzionato. Non ci torneremo più, mi dispiace…

My experience at Il Focacciaio in Rapallo was unacceptable on multiple levels. I arrived about 30 minutes before dinner service and was told by the waitress that they would open around 7–7:30 pm. I waited patiently nearby. To my dismay, I watched several white customers walk in before the stated opening time and get seated and served, while I — a brown-skinned guest — was ignored entirely. I wasn't even offered a menu. The discrimination was blatant and extremely upsetting. No one should have to feel unwelcome or invisible simply because of their skin color. When I was finally seated, the food unfortunately didn’t make up for the experience. I ordered a prosciutto e funghi pizza, which lacked flavor, and the ham and mushrooms seemed undercooked. It just didn’t meet the standards I’ve come to expect in Italy. There are many wonderful places to eat in Rapallo where guests are treated kindly and served quality food. Sadly, Il Focacciaio fell far short on both counts. I would not recommend it.

I have been going here for 10 years, we usually get this fruit cake for my daughter but now they changed the recipe by adding chili powder so it was too spicy for her, we thought it was a mistake but the man told us the recipe has been changed for many years now which is not true considering we bought the same cake a couple years ago and it had no spice. We will be purchasing focaccia somewhere else our family as well. Terrible customer service.
