Beautiful place, very kind waitress. Everything is clean and perfect, but for a coffee shop—I repeat, not a bar—the coffee is mediocre. The glass of water, the small one, makes coffee on demand. The price of a cup is €1.10, tolerable if the product is worth it, but this way it's a shame. Recommended for those who don't drink coffee ☕.

Mi sono recata in questo bar con l'intento di fare una colazione non troppo veloce nel dehors esterno, premetto che avevo già fatto colazione altre volte senza nulla da segnalare, ma purtroppo oggi la mia opinione è cambiata per via del personale a mio parere poco professionale e con una poca propensione al contatto con il pubblico tutto ciò dopo aver pagato.Non ci tornerò!

We ordered a birthday cake and asked for a small one. However, upon picking it up, we were delivered a cake larger than expected. We had requested chocolate filling, but we were given cream filling. Furthermore, we had left a €10 deposit, and we were assured that the total price would not exceed €25. When we picked it up, it was €40!! (More than we had agreed upon), and we found someone else who delivered the cake with plenty of cream, when we had actually asked for a small amount. Unfortunately, since we needed it for the afternoon, we couldn't discuss it immediately, but the situation definitely deserved clarification. Once we tasted it, the cake was too sweet, and the sponge cake and cream were not at all balanced. A disappointing experience; we absolutely do not recommend this pastry shop.

Never again. For one normal-sized biscuit to accompany your coffee, €1.20, and the freshness is absolutely questionable. These are dry pastries, okay, but certainly not made on the day. Failed.

Good morning, I know Vergnano coffee is good because I've had it in other bars, but this one isn't very good. Since it's also an ice cream shop, it should have that appearance, especially in the summer, but it doesn't. The outdoor area is hot and smells bad, and the ice cream is dry.

Good manners are not part of their way of being; even though they own a business; they even fall into the offense, in a very rude and heavy-handed way. Normal consumer products and fluctuating prices, doors wide open in the middle of winter; perhaps a little humility wouldn't hurt. But I strongly recommend, before you open your mouth, counting to ten and... keeping quiet because people shouldn't be judged if you don't know them. And above all, they're not perfect... but they are!

Old and already unappealing looking pastries, my fault because being short-sighted they didn't seem that bad from the outside but once inside I quickly changed my mind. Chantilly not made by them as the base was clearly the store bought one that tasted like rubber and the cream tasted like spray cream... plus the color and consistency made it clear that they were from the day before, "chocolate" lady's kisses hard as stones (these too are definitely not fresh that day). The puff pastry fans are a thousand times better than the Conad ones, these also have a vague hint of orange blossom essence that I don't understand what they have to do with the original recipe, I'm not even sure they used butter from the consistency and flavor but I think it's all margarine. Never again.

I sat down in the outdoor seating area. I patiently waited my turn. The lady came by. I said hello, but there was no response. Unfortunately, I don't have much time and have to leave. What a shame. A missed opportunity. Professionalism and courtesy should go hand in hand. If service isn't included, simply pointing it out or mentioning it would be enough.

We entered, attracted by the beautiful place and the name (in this case, two mistakes with one stone .........), we asked for two hot chocolates with cream, when the bartender came back from the back and told us that she was running out of cream and that she would therefore use that ......, to tell the truth, we didn't quite understand and we thought that since the fresh one was finished she wanted to use the spray one, so we nodded, when we understood what she wanted to do we were speechless, so it's our fault, silence means consent ....... but NEVER HAD WE EVER been offered to replace the cream with the tiny curl of cream extracted from two pastries on display as an alternative!!!! We therefore paid (and not a little for the service received, 3 euros each), to receive a glass barely 30% full of chocolate in which a scoop of cream flavored cream was floating .......... a unique experience but one that we have no intention of repeating!
