Dai tempi del mitico Said alla gestione odierna, il locale si sempre distinto per la qualità dei prodotti serviti ; Ottime focacce di vari tipi, pizze, falafel e la storica polpetta Said che consiglio di assaggiare. Gentilezza dello staff, rapidità del servizio, igiene e prezzi giusti.

Il ragazzo che ci ha preparato il Kebab era gentilissimo e molto educato. Il Kebab buonissimo! La piadina fatta sul momento era deliziosa e il ripieno anche di più. Consigliatissimo!

Il migliore kebab di Parma. Il simpaticissimo Iper prepara piadine, hummus e falafel fatti in casa sotto i tuoi occhi per un prezzo super popolare. Il risultato finale è squisito! Grande “boss”!

Uno dei posti migliori dove poter mangiare un kebab in orario notturno ad un prezzo medio. Il servizio è stato molto rapido e il personale sempre molto gentile e simpatici ma purtroppo poco spazio fuori sui tavoli dove poter consumare data anche l'alta affluenza. Comunque molto consigliato anche con possibilità di cibo vegetariano.

Decisamente il kebab più buono di Parma! Said è molto gentile e educato, la piadina la prepara al momento, le salse ottime come tutti gli ingredienti! Non uscite senza aver assaggiato i suoi ottimi dolci, come il baklava e i gustosi falafel! Top! 🔝

I've eaten kebabs/yufkas/shawarmas all around Europe (and even in Japan!), but the best by far remains Carpe Diem's, from my hometown Parma. Homemade high quality ingredients, low prices, lots of interesting creations and the most wonderful friendly atmosphere.

I am from Paris and I have been taken here by a local, it is safe to say that I have been served the best kebab of my life: the taste of the meat (but also the bread) was delicious, not your average quality ingredients of most kebabs. Plus the owner (Said) is very friendly and seems to personally know every customer. I will definitely come back there if I am in Parma again ! P.s: the baklava were delicious too!

This tiny eatery is a gem! The proprietors are quite friendly (smiling behind the counter in the photos) and interested in making your sandwich perfectly to your tastes. I had the falafel and it was out of this world. There is a constant flow of customers but it's worth the (brief) wait. Eat here!! :)

Ho ordinato la piadina kebab d’asporto e non capisco se nell’impasto ci fosse dell’anice e io non lo apprezzo molto. In generale il kebab non era niente di che, ci dovevano essere molte salse come la salsa curry e tzatziki ma non si sentivano neanche, non lo riprenderei

Metto una stella solo perché non posso non metterne, ho appena fatto un ordine online di 4 pizze, una margherita, una tonno e cipolle e due pizze con patatine, ho pagato 30€ e mi sono arrivate a casa solo una margherita e una tonno e cipolle e due porzioni di patatine.
