UPDATE 2021: This is a solid restaurant.  My food has always been made to McDonald's standards. They have very busy times, which is in part due to their location on the highway in a restaurant area, but also because they are a solid restaurant.  Their curbside service gives you an estimate of your wait, which is appreciated, and your food will be delivered by a friendly employee (an improvement from my previous experience). My only complaint is that it's obvious they make your curbside drink far earlier than your delivery, because they come to you partially melted (see the slush below). 2019: They identified my mobile order quickly. There was no problem obtaining my order. But the employees weren't very friendly.

Ive never had issues at this mcdonalds except today that i found plastic inside my breakfast burrito… manager Ana was nice and efficient in resolving the issue by reiumbursing my money back.

The staff are good, location is ok. The area is not necessary the best. I was only only in town for the weekend and stopped by this place a couple times. Food was fresh and service was good.

This is the closest McDonald's to my home but we normally avoid it. Why? The service; either you get a cashier who can't keep his/her eyes off the phone, or they don't have decaf coffee or they don't have hashbrowns or they don't have pies. But what has become a pet peeve with this particular place and it has been for the decades I've lived in this area, the employees rarely say thank you. The cashier doesn't say it. I thank them and they don't respond. On this specific occasion, it was hot so I hoped the ice cream machine worked. It did. We got our three cones, but the lady gave me the last cone then quickly shut the window. She didn't say thank you and I didn't even get a chance to thank her. I felt like we were a bother. So we'll keep going to a different location or a different fast food place.

If you eat in the dining room prepare yourself for everyone, including 6 MdDonalds workers today, to be yelling into their cell phones or not muting videos. I guess people who grew up with this technology have lost any sense of being rude. I'll bring headphones next time..sheeesh

Customer Service was ok, but the breakfast sandwich I ordered had GREEN eggs that smelled bad almost moldy. we’ve never experienced that and for my partner to purchase that as his breakfast and not even get to eat the whole thing before work is very upsetting and a waste of money. I always get the Big breakfeast with Hotcakes with Round Eggs. At other Mcdonald’s i receive 2-3 Round eggs ALWAYS. I mentioned it to the Drive-thru lady and her coworker and said it’s always been one. Why lie? Could have just gotten me my round egos that are missing on my order!!

So first off wanna say NOT all McDonald’s are the same but this one is by far the sorriest! Because I’m getting off work at 10pm trying to make it on time cause they closed the inside at 11pm so my uber drops me off at 10:42pm and the doors are locked so I knock and the guy come to the door and say we are closed I said I just wanna order a medium fry, he said no we ate closed. Mind you it’s cold out side. I’m pissed. Just rude and disrespectful

This is the worse McDonald I have ever had experienced. The manager Amanda should be fired.She is so unprofessional .I purchased a large order and they got my order wrong. Of course they always mess up your order when you go through the drive through because they know you’re not coming back but I came back. I came back to the location and advised them that they got my order wrong and I need them to replace it. I had the bag with the order number and the receipt that had a different number. Clearly showing different order numbers. When I spoke with the manager she was more concerned about returning the food. I explained that I dropped the food off to the kids I bought the food for. She proceeded not to listen or fix the situation or order. I had to drive back to the school and gather the food and bring it back to the McDonald’s again. At this point I decided this was the worse experience and spending over $45 here was not worth it. I asked for a refund and this location because of poor service lost the revenue for the food and the money I spent. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. There are better locations or just go to Chic fil A .

Lots of people in the kitchen, nobody attending the counter, and everyone laughing senselessly... the self-checkout doesn't work, only one screen is functional. Very bad service...I’m waiting more of ten minutes for made my order 😒

I am rarely compelled to give a negative review. However, I drove through tonight to purchase the limited time Grinch Meal. They were understandably slammed. The payment window informed me that there was no available receipt. Hmm... OK I waited patiently in line to reach the hand out window. They were out of BBQ sauce. Ok. No problem. I got home: NO GRINCH DILL SALT and cold, unsalted fries. When I called, first they hung up: I was not rude. I was nearby and would go back. The second call : They told me, "We ran out of the salt a long time ago." So, we can't give it to you if you come back. What??? How do you sell something that you don't have???? She said they would give me free fries. No thank you. You don't sell what you DON'T HAVE.

If I can do 0 stars I would!!! Barley nobody talk English mess up on your order and get mad and rolls eyes when you correct them about there mistake!! Then they want you to repeat what you order 5 times and still don’t understand!! Then I ask to be reimbursed and gave me a big fuss about me having to do on the mobile order which I couldn’t because they already marked it as (Prossessing) so left without food for my kids in out of over $30!! DO NOT GOOO here!!!

I don't even leave negative reviews because what's the point but I felt compelled. I ordered a curbside breakfast sandwich. Simple right? After 10 minutes in the curbside lane I realize nobody is coming. There is no one in line inside or outside. They just decided not to bring it. I stand in front of the register where two dead eyed zombie employees are just meandering and getting themselves drinks. They don't even acknowledge me for 3 minutes I'm right in front of them. Finally I just yell is that my order? To the only bag behind the counter. They hand it to me reluctantly I get in the car and it's not what ordered. My god McDonald's get it together. This place and the employees are on another level of low

Worst experience. I received no help and was ignored for the entire 25 minutes I was there. I waited for approximately 15 minutes before a staff member, who was on the phone sitting in the lobby, approached me. After telling her what I needed, she immediately returned to sitting down. My husband went up there to get me a #1 Combo and ordereda HI-C ORANGE on 9/13/2025 about 12pm . He tasted it basically they put Fanta Orange Soda syrup on the HI -C ORANGE dispenser. We hate Fanta thats how we knew it wasnt Hi C orange. The woman from the Drive Thru seems like she couldnt speak English well couldnt understand how different Hi C ORANGE is different from Fanta. . Just because the color is orange doesn't mean its the same.Yall got to check your machines and put the right syrup to the dispenser. This is the 3rd time y'all have done this. That's why we check every time before we leave. Fanta syrup will have non carbonated taste if it's hooked to a water dispenser.

This location is terrible. They close way before the time they say they are supposed to close. They usually get my orders wrong. I’ve tried calling the store to speak to a manager but nothing changes. I’ve ordered food from this location through a delivery app and have had my order cancelled last minute multiple times. The workers are rude and for some reason the restaurant is always out of something. Disappointed is not the word.

Do not go to this restaurant if you don't speak Spanish!! They will make you stand there and act like they don't comprehend!! I shouldn't need a translator to order from McDonald's!!!! Worst management ever!! The picture included was the caramel sundaes that were barely full and sloppy looking...that's exactly how they were handed to us!

Very dirty. Trash all over the floor. Waited over 30 minutes for our cold food that was ready and sitting on the rack. No beard or hair nets. Employees cussing and joking about them being high. It's definitely not a clean, kid friendly environment.

Avoid this location at all costs!!!! Very poor customer service: Workers constantly have attitudes when requesting simple things like jelly for breakfast meals. Curbside is never curbside: Have had to go in store on multiple occasions to pick up curbside order when trying to pick up a quick lunch break. My last straw though was recently ordering a hot chocolate and receiving HOT MILK. Paid close to $3 for hot milk. This location has never failed to displease me, so my review is to AVOID!

I repeated my order numerous time and he repeated. Get to the window and review the order and it was wrong. The employee was debating the order and ask to speak to a manager. And to my findings it was another employee that did the same debate. I ask numerous time if he was supervisor or manager and he said yes. False. Ask for corporate number and dumv found. Was asked to pull forward and they wound bring out my order. Four cars passed and I walked onto the store and a white female dressed in store uniform appeared after a wait period to give me the order. In the car, open order. Fries old and burger burnt. Just sad. The order was trashed.

We waited 20 minutes for our mobile order till we went up to a worker and told her we had a mobile order. She walked away without even saying anything and came right back out with our food which was probably just sitting aside the whole time. The fries are old I even took a picture to show. I understand dine in is closed but at least be consistent with your mobile orders and kindness goes a long way, she needs more training.
