Great half-cooked garlic chicken pizza. The atmosphere in the dining room is pretty ordinary, otherwise, as already mentioned, great Quebecois pizza 😄 The pizza was exquisite, just enough cheese, a little too much sauce in my opinion, but my boyfriend loved it. If you don't like half-cooked bacon, don't get this pizza (the Quebecois one), but we loved it. The chicken wings were hot but raw, so for that reason alone, my rating has dropped to 2 stars. If you're going on a date with your significant other, don't go to this restaurant. The atmosphere is awkward and everything looks dirty. The menu on the wall is half-erased. Otherwise, there are plenty of choices. If it weren't for the way the wings are cooked and the strange atmosphere of the place, it would be a very good restaurant, but I wouldn't recommend it because of the chicken.

Disappointing service! The staff is courteous, but the manager is disconcertingly insolent. The lack of competition is dragging the pizza industry in Saguenay down to the lowest level. A real shame. Pizza d'OR is no longer what it used to be.

I was told I'd have to wait 45 minutes for my pizza. I called after an hour, and was put on hold for 5 minutes until I decided to call back, only to be told the delivery driver had just left and would be there in 15 minutes. I was 300 meters from the restaurant and had a newborn at home, hence the delivery. After not 15, but 30 minutes, I called back to be told he'd be there in 5-10 minutes (we're now at over an hour and 45 minutes of waiting!) and that I wouldn't get a discount despite everything. Bad service, terrible delivery. I told the delivery driver off when he finally arrived, even though I'd finally decided to leave with the baby to pick up one elsewhere.

It's literally impossible to order at this place; the wait is several hours. The food is good, but only when they decide to actually serve you.

We called to order this Wednesday evening, May 31st, and the person who took the order decided to refuse our order on the pretext that we had spoken badly to him, even though at no time did we behave in such a way. He made a mistake in giving us the amount of our order, and we simply said that we were going to order the same thing. And for nothing, the gentleman decided to cancel our order without explanation. We went there to explain the situation of the misunderstanding. And instead of listening to us, he just received us in an arrogant manner, and the cook told the person who took the order if there is a problem with US to call him. When we just wanted to order pizzas. We have always ordered pizzas at the hope, and it is disappointing to have such behavior just because of a misunderstanding that we did not even mention.

Very disappointing to order online, receive an order confirmation via email and find out 4 hours later that they are closed on Monday when Google indicates they are open.
