A very charming, intimate, and comfortable location. The menu is practically zero-miles, with traditional dishes revisited with a modern twist. The wine list is distinctly Valtellina-style, ranging from the most famous producers to emerging ones. Attentive service. The price is in line with the quality of the ingredients.
We had a wonderful experience at this small-town restaurant last night. We ordered more traditional regional Italian dishes, and both the rabbit and the osso buco were outstanding—rich, beautifully cooked, and full of authentic flavour. The service was excellent; the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere—artistic, modern, with soft ambient lighting that creates a relaxed and intimate setting. A real gem and somewhere I’d happily return to.
A true hidden gem! This restaurant captivates with its top-notch regional cuisine. The attention to detail, the welcoming atmosphere, and the friendly owners make every visit a special experience. I've been several times and have always been thrilled with the authentic and delicious Italian dishes. Special praise goes to Chef Giuseppina for her homemade pasta—simply divine and a must-try!
A wonderful experience in a very characteristic village just a stone's throw from Bormio. The staff were immediately very kind; having a baby in a stroller, they immediately put us at ease by letting us choose where to sit. The service was impeccable; I'm a wine lover, so I let myself be guided in choosing three glasses, drinking alone—excellent wines. As for the food, nothing to complain about: refined dishes, exciting and authentic flavors! My only disappointment was discovering them at the end of the holiday 😅 Next year, I'll be booking at least 2-3 lunches! Highly recommended 😆
The sciatt are perhaps among the best I've ever tasted in Valtellina, accompanied by sophisticated dishes like polenta with a tasty snail stew. The renowned pizzoccheri, handcrafted with buckwheat flour, casera cheese, and mountain butter, are another highlight. The wine list offers a selection of excellent labels. The experience was extremely positive and certainly worth repeating.
Absolutely fantastic meal! The angus beef stew was brilliant. Beautiful local produce and a great selection of local wines. Will definitely be back!!

Amazing experience in Bormio area...Sort of fine dining experience
We had a lovely Friday dinner for 4 people, the food was excellent and the wines were amazing. The food was elevated local, wines from the region. We paid roughly 350 for all with aperitivo, couple of bottles of wine and food. It got pretty busy, so might be worth booking ahead.

Gourmand type family owned restaurant in a little village. Courses are fine tubed and delicious. Only local wines but if good verity.
The Osteria offers refined dishes with local products (including the meat).
Perfet for a dinner with local products at the right price.
The restaurant is rustic and well maintained. Pizzoccheri were salty, and the strudel was stale. The meat dish was exceptional just like the service

Well complicated place..the restaurant forces you to pick 3 menu: 40, 50 or 60 euro, each of them includes starter and dessert, therefore you cannot avoid these 2 courses. People in groups might want to share something, here you cannot. So I don't suggest to people who want flexibility to come here. Quality decent (except the dessert, which being mandatory, I would have expected something extraordinary), small sizes. The starters are lovely, but if you ask me, you can find a better Bresaola at Osteria De I Magri. We were looking for a real Osteria but this is a shy gourmet restaurant.
