I just want to say THANK YOU for the wonderful experience at Burger King. I was waiting for someone to help me. The cook Mr. Melvin let me know that someone is going to help me. He even gave me a New Year's greeting. I felt so at ease, the service and food was excellent!! The manager and staff, Miss Kim and Jeanna made me feel like we have known each other for years. I am a stickler for customer service, I received great service. Thank you all. Please keep up the great work!! Blessings!😊
I have wonderful experience everytime visiting this location. The service is quick and professional and the manager Priscilla make sure I have everything I need. With this professional demeanor, I always come back with repeatable outcome.
I ordered on the app I proceeded to the drive-thru. I was behind one other car and we waited and waited and waited and waited. Finally, he went through. And then I was greeted with can you wait a minute. And I waited, only to say I have an app order. So I was told to drive around. Of course, my food was already ready. It was warm, but certainly not hot. Also, I asked for mustard on my burger, but they put so much that I could barely taste anything else. Except for the pickle that I asked to be removed. Just disappointing.
This Location Has Improved A Little Bit They Still Need A Front Counter Cashier So, That Customers Who Come In During Their Lunch Break Won't Have To Wait 9,000 🙄Hrs In Line Waiting For Someone To Come Take Their Food Order. If I Have Stood In Line More Than 3 Minutes I Just Walk Out and Go Some Where Else To Eat Lunch Bcuz My Break Is Only 30 Minutes
This location is absolutely terrible employees even to the manager are all lazy and rude. First I went to place an order through the drive thru only for them to tell me they were only taking mobile and DoorDash orders cause the system was down, so I went ahead and placed it online. But upon me coming back thru the line once it said my order was ready for pickup I was then told that the broiler was down and they were now all of a sudden unable to cook anything and when I asked to speak to a manager she was awfully rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered. Finally after I said I would report them she just closed the window. This place is never open during the hours that are stated in the store operations hours they just lie to people and have people wasting there time and money creating less business and obviously horrible reviews I can’t wait till they have to close it down for all the horrible service they give.
They need new management. It's Barely operating during the day and shuts down every night around 9 for online orders only. They're Always super slow and the food is served cold.
Service at this Burger King sucks. I've been in this place twice. They talked nasty to you. Drive through take their time. I just will never come back!!!!!!!! I hope they close it up.
I pulled into the drive thru at 10:18a.with 4-5 cars in front of me. They took 2 orders by 10:29a. Then said the remaining cars boots wait 15min for the menu switch. I came for breakfast , not lunch. This isn’t the first time .. bad service.
Im currently in the drivers thru its not moving at all. Ive counted 4 cars to leave bc its not moving. No answer or anything. Service is trash.
They don't close till 12am Workers were there and had a full line and took no orders. We came at 10pm. Bad customer service for sure.
This place SUCKS SSOO BAD!! No matter if you order through the app or wait until you’re popping at the location, there is NOTHING fast about this food and don’t even consider polite service… tuh
I went here Sunday morning for breakfast and the manager was the only one who was working. She was doing the drive through and restaurant at the same time. Even though I commend her for working hard the food made me sick on the stomach all day. Could not do anything else for the rest of the day. I don’t think it was anything the manager did to the food I just don’t think the restaurant was clean. When I looked at the floor where the food was being prepared it was dirty and needed to be deep clean like pressure washing are something. The manager was very polite and apologizing the only reason I would give this store a zero is because of the cleanliness and me getting sick. It was early in the morning so the night crew didn’t clean up before leaving.
Slowest service EVER…no matter the time of day or whether you use the app. Kids just riding the clock… GIMMIE MY GD BURGER!
The manager was rude as could be! She paid no attention to her customers at all. Instead of being polite about it, she basically fussed me out because I grabbed a Halloween crown for my niece.
SCAMMERS!!! I've never experienced an app order not being processed at Burger King before. STAY AWAY from this BK! My gut instinct was to avoid it, and now I understand why THIS BK is so empty. The so-called manager, who refused to give her name, wouldn't fulfill the order even after it was verified through the app. She blamed a general manager who was supposedly contacted and confirmed not to process the order, because it wasn't seen on a “screen”—showing ignorance at its best. The many 1-star reviews are now understandable.
I only ordered two 5 piece French toast sticks And they were very old and the young lady at the window had a attitude
I've tried to give this Burger King numerous chances, but they continue to disappoint every single time. I just left from the drive-thru. I was the only person in the drive-thru. I looked inside and there was maybe one customer there. I left because there should not be a reason why I'm waiting 5+ minutes in the drive thru for them to take my order. I'm not expecting michelin star service from a Burger King, but I would at least like to be in and out in 5 minutes and not simply waiting that long just to put the actual order in. Maybe somebody will read this, but probably won't seeing as though this has been going on since last year. I wish they would get something done about this or just close down and let another business use the building.
I do Uber eats and went to this store to pick up the food for the customer.... 3 days in a row the store was closed... Saying that they didn't have buns one day... One day they did not have burgers to complete the orders... It's always something with this store... Can we just say shut the whole damn store down... This is absolutely crazy... Workers be outside smoking weed and all... No great customer service whatsoever.... Throw the whole store away!!!
Went through the drive through and gave our order to the window. The lady said she didn't take our order and wouldn't take our order. Refused us service. Really not sure why. It was strange. 614/25 at 1pm. We left to go-to taco bell instead
Absolutely horrible experience coming here. I hate when I show up to these fast food places, the workers are almost ALWAYS rude and extremely unprofessional. They have me waiting there for 10 minutes before someone asks me if I need help? I GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT TO SEE IF ANYBODY WILL COME UP TO ME ASK ME IF I NEED HELP. And the order was already done, so I could've left as soon as I got there because there was only TWO customers in the store and they were waiting on their food so I was the only one who needed help but I didn't get it after waiting for a while. I HATE THESE FAST FOOD PLACES!!!
The customer service was awful… the way they great you whenever taking your order is ridiculous. The food was even worse didn’t take like an ordinary whopper and was fresh at all … said thank you for my food at well at the second window and the second employee didn’t even acknowledge or great us back as will! Will never spend my money at this location again!!!
My experience was super dysfunctional! The lady in charge told me to go to the drive through though in standing at the register inside the restaurant. She said there were no employees to run the register. I went to the drive thru only to be told that the minute that I'm looking at is not any good because it will charge in two more minutes. So I never got any food because I wasn't able to sit and wait for the menu to change. Do better please.
Ordered through DoorDash. I waited over 40 minutes from the original delivery time. I paid over $30 for a family bundle (2 whoppers, 2 cheeseburgers, 4 fries and a 10 piece nugget). I only received the 2 whoppers with the wrong meat. 1 cheeseburger and a bag of chicken fries and some nuggets in the same bag. Never seen a whopper made like this. Then it had no flavor at all
This place needs New management! Never have food or supplies. Takes forever in the drive thru. Terrible customer service. Never open on time. Don't get orders right. I ordered a mocha iced coffee with my breakfast meal and I got nothing but cream and when I said that isn't coffee in there she looked at me and said that's how it's made. Now I've had ice coffee plenty of times to know this looks nothing like it! Coworker went to get mocha iced coffee another time and she got the same results. Common sense not common! See pics below.
