The best beach for dogs. Not exactly cheap, but nice and relaxed. There are designated areas if you bring your dog. These include loungers and a table, a water bowl, and a watering can for fetching water. Part of the area has a bamboo roof for shade. There's a dog shower, showers and changing rooms for two people, and a bistro. The beach area near the dog area is sandy and extends into the sea. Friendly staff. To the left is the beach for two people, and to the right is a small free beach area. Stress-free, especially for the dogs.

Our fourth visit in two years. We were once again warmly welcomed by very professional and friendly staff who spoke French. The prices remained consistent and were more than reasonable, the setting was idyllic overlooking the sea, and the food was varied, high-quality, and fresh. This year, we also reserved two sun loungers and a parasol in advance, choosing our spot on the map without any problem. A place away from mass tourism. We highly recommend it!

My favorite beach ❤️ I've been coming here since I was a little girl, and now that I'm a mother, I continue to be a loyal customer with my whole family. ●Restaurant & Bar: Simple but truly high-quality cuisine! Excellent seafood recipes, appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all delicious for a delicious lunch by the sea. And without even leaving the table, you can supervise the children having fun in the play area, and that alone is worth 10,000 points (parents know and will understand me 😁). In the evening, in addition to this extensive menu, they also serve pizza (my favorite is La Nuraghe!). On Friday evenings, they also host the "Cena Cantata" event, which we always enjoy attending. There's a DJ and music to sing and dance to, guaranteed fun! Because it's so large, the beach has two food courts. In addition to the "Matuzia" Bar/Restaurant, on the other side is the "Tartaruga" bar, specializing in sandwiches, salads, burgers, and more. Excellent aperitifs with your feet in the sand. ● Beach: Unlike many beaches in the area, the areas are well spaced out, a feat achieved given the size of the property; I believe it's one of the largest beaches in the municipality of Sanremo. The sea is always clean; only occasionally after a storm can rocks appear on the shoreline, but that's normal given the open sea in front of you without any reef barriers. ● Pet-Friendly: For a few years now, they've been offering dog areas equipped with every comfort, including sun loungers located in a dedicated area under gazebos, including a mini dog bed (so cute 🐶❤️), bowls, watering cans, and showers for the exclusive use of furry friends. All of this is clearly marked off by a designated area; they even have their own dedicated section of the sea where they can take their pets for a swim, so as not to disturb other beach guests who may not be animal lovers and wouldn't like sharing their vacation with their furry friends. ●Staff: The owners and staff are always kind and available to meet every guest's needs! ●Super affordable prices compared to most beaches on the western Riviera!!! Both for the food and for the accommodation with loungers and umbrellas. I'll conclude by saying that for me, a 36-year-old Sanremo mother, this is the perfect beach to go to with my family and friends! Good food, hospitality, excellent service, and lots of fun! If you come to Matuzia, you'll definitely find me there 😁

Beautiful, welcoming, and clean beach. Friendly staff, from the lifeguards to the bar, good food. The dog-friendly service is wonderful, so you can spend a wonderful day with your four-legged friend🐾

Beautiful and clean beach... there's even a playground for the little ones. You're also welcome to bring your beloved pet. Two sun loungers and a parasol cost €40 per day. Hot food is available at the bar until 2 pm. After that, you can eat at the neighboring beach. Toilets and showers are available. A visit is definitely worthwhile, whether for swimming or simply relaxing.

I stayed at Bagni Matuzia for a long weekend with friends and had a wonderful time. The beach is beautiful, clean, and equipped with all the amenities, including comfortable loungers and large umbrellas. There are also larger, more private areas for dog owners. The staff is extremely friendly, both on the beach and in the restaurant; the food is excellent, with high-quality ingredients and great prices, and the service is impeccable. I will definitely return and highly recommend it! A true oasis of peace and relaxation in Sanremo!

Very cosy sea-bath with restaurant and reasonable prices. We came by e-bike from Imperia to Sanremo and had the possibility to recharge the batteries in front of the restaurant - for free -, while we were having lunch during a extended break before we went back.
