Good quality Japanese-Chinese with a la carte orders only. Carefully prepared dishes and friendly staff. I've tried both dine-in and takeout. I find the takeout a bit pricey, but it's very good.

After my recent experience at an all-you-can-eat restaurant, I can reevaluate this place, which I initially disliked! I really appreciated the €20 menu with the option to order four dishes per person (brilliant), but I didn't appreciate the fact that when we requested this menu, we were served a selection of dishes that were extremely limited compared to the main menu. I didn't appreciate this, especially since the restriction wasn't indicated anywhere... But in the end, the quality of the dishes was excellent (far superior to any all-you-can-eat restaurant I've tried before). I didn't really like the look the waitress gave us when we requested the €20 menu; I felt judged, but maybe it was just my imagination.

The oysters were excellent, although at €5 a pair, it's not exactly cheap. The other dishes were excellent, too. The lobster deserves a special mention. The place is modern and clean. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. The bill? Certainly not cheap.

The place itself is nice: tidy and well-maintained, though not huge; the staff is well-mannered, friendly, and quick. The value for money is a bit off: for the food, the prices aren't entirely justified. All in all, it's not a bad place, and I'll probably return, but nothing extraordinary or extraordinary.

The a la carte sushi is of decent quality, just a bit higher than the best AYCE restaurants. It's the best in Pinerolo, but overall I didn't find anything special, either in terms of food quality or atmosphere. The prices aren't particularly high.

We went for dinner, there were two of us and two other tables of two, and we waited 50 minutes just to get a nigiri, the quality was terrible and they were tiny. And after a whole hour and a quarter, the other thing we had ordered (sashimi) arrived, so it took nothing to clean and cut it, which they don't know how to do because there were so many scales. Plus, 3 euros for water that tasted like disinfectant, a total of 50 euros with non-existent staff.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. I've been to China and Southeast Asia for over 20 years, so I'm familiar with local flavors and customs. The same thing happened to me with Japan. The food served isn't Chinese food disguised as Japanese, nor vice versa. The udon soup served, aside from the fried egg, had no flavor whatsoever. It wasn't made with traditional Chinese chicken broth, nor with some Japanese miso soup base, nor with traditional Japanese seaweed broths. The Chinese stir-fried vegetables on the menu were nothing more than lettuce fried in seed oil but unseasoned, therefore greasy and tasteless. The rice noodles with three shrimp were so stale they were inedible, while the boiled white rice was dry on the surface from being repeatedly reheated in the microwave. All of this, however, was topped off by a nearly hour and a half wait. The only dish that arrived in a timely manner was the children's sushi, because, yes, that is prepared freshly on a counter that pretends to be a bar and cash register! The table service topped off the experience: rushed at first, then rude once we asked for our food. To top it all off, €25 per person for just a set menu, the aforementioned sushi for two children, and the fattiest and heaviest frozen shrimp tempura I've ever tasted, make for a disappointing experience, and I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

They sell themselves as all you can eat, but then the menu is à la carte, the quality of the fish is low, the portions are meager, and the prices are high.

Arriving at the entrance, we see stacks of crates of water, soft drinks, etc. Not the best for such a highly praised restaurant in the heart of Pinerolo. The service leaves much to be desired; the waiters are rarely seen, and communication is difficult. I must say, quite frankly, that the sushi I ate isn't that much better than other similar establishments here in Pinerolo. What I find most absurd is the quality-price ratio; for the food, the price is unjustifiable! The counter is always full of Just Eat delivery items. Either you can do both well, or you choose one and do it well! As a result, the service is slow and unnerving. Thanks to never again.

No host at the entrance and there was no welcome grettings, the cooks open kitchen were cold as stone as well not even a ciao o Buongiorno, finally some approached and with a really bad sense humor when we ask to see the menú, and they began to speak in japanese chinese god knows what but they were not saying nice things im pretty sure, while we stand and ask please for a table, after a few minutes same person came took our order an appetizer two dinners, but a Young lady came (italian she was much more friendly) brougth us just one of the dinners, 10min later the appetizer and 12 minutes later my wife dinner... Food is nothing great to say about or I would say mediocre, the sushi was not even rolled property my wife rolls no wasibi or ginger, We were not given hot towels to clean our hands as usually real japanese restaurant offer.. After that no one and i mean no one came to ask how the food was or if we need more water or something else, we decided to pay and go as well even the Cooks desapired and we waited 15 min at least until that Young italian (pirolonese) reappeared and we finally could pay and get out of the unpleasent mediocre Tokio restaurant.. I m giving 1 star, and i would not recomend it to no one horrible expirience, rude host and cooks very disagreeable never more never more
