Excellent dishes in a bright and elegant setting. I especially loved the meat, both the tartare, the burger, and the steaks. Next time I'll try the pizza, which looked interesting... The only downside is that it's a bit noisy.

The best part of our North Italy trip. We luckily found this place on Google Maps but we couldn't understand the quality until we tasted it. We adore this place, definitely will come again and again. Staff is the best in Italy by far. They are really really kind and helpful. Thanks Norma team. It was an unforgettable experience.

I noticed it on Instagram and decided to try it, taking a risk by bringing some friends along, and it went really well. So I decided to return after a couple of months, bringing another group of friends, and everything went really well. Everyone was satisfied. It could become one of my favorite restaurants. The place is very beautiful, both inside and out, and decorated in a modern, neat, and clean style. On both evenings, the restaurant was chosen, so I'll give it my opinion: from appetizers to first and second courses, there's a good selection, with options that are different from other venues. The dishes delivered to the table were pleasing to the eye, thanks to the attention to detail in the plating. The ingredients were high-quality. They also offer specials that aren't on the daily menu. The table service was prompt. I can't recommend this place highly enough! We'll be back soon, with great pleasure.

We were on our way to Milan from Lago di Garda and needed to stop for lunch. It extended our trip by 15 mins but it was worth it. Moreover it is great to hear a bit more Italian in this region.

Senza andare sul lago: in un piccolo ritaglio di pace all’interno della città e delle sue alterne caratteristiche di frenesia e caos. Qui ci si può ritagliare un piacevole momento di pausa in più o meno compagnia, anche galante, in serenità e gustando piatti elaborati, non consoni, mai sofisticati od eccessivi. C’è anche la pizza, per i palati più classici. La scelta del vino spazia: non soltanto la ricca offerta locale, ma anche di altre regioni ed estera. Un luogo semplice e piacevole, indubbiamente ricercato, senza essere la classica trattoria.

Menú ricco, di qualità e originale. Location moderna ed elegante. Le decorazioni natalizie creano un'atmosfera accogliente e piacevole. Servizio buono e personale gentile. Costo nella media. Da provare per trascorrere una serata diversa!

Si sta sempre benissimo alla Norma. Se siete dalle parti di San Polo/San Polino è sicuramente il ristorante migliore dei dintorni pernla pausa pranzo. L'ambiente, da poco rinnovato e ampliato, è molto grande ma accogliente e arredato con gusto. La cucina propone un menù alla carta e un menù con a portate per il proanzo che cambia praticamente ogni settimana a seconda delle stagioni. La qualità trovonche sia sempre abbastanza alta per entrambi i menù e le porzioni sono giuste e ben equilibrate. Migliorerei il cestino del pane che è sempre abbastanza triste. Il servizio è sbrigativo ma abbastanza gentile e disponibile.

Pizza con ingredienti di qualità, non eccessivamente care data la materia prima di qualità. Non è un posto in cui andare ogni sabato ma una volta ogni tanto (il prezzo medio delle pizze è 13€). Servizio rapido e cortese. Una buona pizzeria.

Il ristorante merita sicuramente una visita per la qualità del cibo: piatti ben preparati, materie prime ottime e presentazione curata. Anche gli ambienti sono belli, spaziosi e decisamente puliti. I tavoli sono grandi, ben distanziati e garantiscono una certa privacy… almeno sulla carta. Peccato che l’organizzazione del personale sembri ispirata al gioco del nascondino. Il cameriere si avvista con la stessa frequenza di una cometa: passa, sparisce e poi, forse, ritorna. Con sale ampie e tavoli molto distanti tra loro, i pochi camerieri presenti tendono a disperdersi, rendendo anche una semplice richiesta un’impresa di pazienza. Nota acustica: l’ambiente è piuttosto rumoroso. È sufficiente che in fondo alla sala due persone parlino con un tono appena superiore al normale perché il resto del locale venga coinvolto nell’eco collettivo. Quando poi i tavoli animati sono più di uno, la conversazione al proprio tavolo diventa un esercizio di lettura labiale. In sintesi: cucina promossa a pieni voti, location gradevole e curata, ma servizio e acustica decisamente da rivedere. Con qualche cameriere in più (e magari qualche pannello fonoassorbente) sarebbe un’esperienza quasi perfetta. Prezzi: medio alti ma adeguati alla qualità. I had a very good pizza with fresh ingredients and a soft dough. A truly elegant and refined location, although it's a shame about the noise when the place gets crowded. The waiters were very attentive and polite. The quality-price ratio was fair. Free parking was available just before arriving at the restaurant.

Adjacent to the Rigamonti Sports Center, this pizzeria restaurant is ideal for couples or friends. Decorated simply and quite modernly, it serves delicious gourmet pizza. The burgers are also delicious. Service is quick and friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxed.

On our way back from Bergamo Airport we came across what is essentially a Golf Club restaurant with prices to match. They were about to close after lunch but we agreed to be quick and so they conceded to our request. Everything about the culinary experience was a delight, but 50 something euro for two bowls of pasta and a bit of bread and water is, by any standards, exorbitant.

I piatti ordinati sono stati di qualità media, buono il polipo, risotto del giorno suggerito ritengo sia insignificante, il tonno era buono come anche i dolci, peccato averli attesi per oltre 45min, per problemi di comanda in cucina. La location estiva è molto gradevole con il giusto confort e privacy per corretta disposizione dei tavoli, ho apprezzato anche l'aria aperitivo.

The place is very beautiful and well-kept, but I wasn't satisfied. For lunch, two dishes were only €15, so I can't complain. The service was quick and the food was good, but I don't think I ate what was on the menu. The wild boar tartar tasted like beef, and the tagliatelle with squid tasted like octopus. I'll be back to try again and hope I was wrong.

Unfortunately, the experience at this restaurant fell short of expectations. The wait was quite long, well beyond normal, and there was a certain sense of disorganization during service, with poor communication between the dining room and kitchen. The most critical point was finding small splinters in the tartare: reporting this was not followed by a clear explanation or convincing justification, which left a somewhat disappointing impression. Considering the prices are quite high and enforceable, one would have expected greater attention and more robust service management. The staff was polite, but overall, the experience did not meet the expected level of quality.

They did not care at all. We have booked at 21:00, after 10 minutes of waiting they gave us a table. Waited 5 minutes just for a menu in which i was searching the menu on the website! I have ordered a pizza(it was good) and my mate ordered started and the second plate. The guy did not even asked from us if we want to have starter to share or bring pizza and started at the same time ! He brought pizza and the starter together and after 15 minutes he took the second’s plate of my mate! It was ridiculous. My mate wanted oil and salt but they did not bring for our table. I think they forgot I eat so slow, the girl working there, took my half pizza ( in which i was in pause in eating because the fork and knife where open(V SHAPE)) she took away! Can believe it guys?? The girl working there started to clean the tables with perfumed sanitizing spray( that i have allergy) without checking on others if someone like me has an allergy. I won’t go anymore. INadvisable
