I order a large number nine with Sprite and barbecue sauce every single time I go and every single time I am not let down I love cheeseburgers and the people are always polite and tell me they like my hair. It's blue. :)

This is one of the best McDonald's I have ever been to. They're so friendly and so helpful. They even helped me so I could get a menu that I could see up close. I would recommend this to anybody that comes to Dickinson North Dakota.

Super great and clean restaurant. No front register. Use the kiosk. The restaurant has the automated drink dispenser which takes a long time if you need a refill. Right now it is very heavily people filled for drive-thru and not heavily people filled for front. But food was fresh, delicious and arrived timely.

It was a busy day I online ordered went in grabbed my bag didn't check it till I went home it was short a few custom mc doubles called store went back and they not only hooked it up with a few extra mc doubles they were all customized exactly how I wanted great customer service and always hot food.

I've gone to McDonald's 4 times in the last month and every time my order was perfect. I like to order ahead in the app to take advantage of the coupons. I ordered for 5 people last time and everything was there and correct. It was hot and fresh and the staff was very friendly and quick. Thank you!

So far this McDonald's has been good. They do their best to get orders out quickly, without employees fighting with each other like I've seen on multiple occasions at Wendy's. There's always what appears to be an appropriate amount of workers to keep up with orders, and the food was fresh.

The 2 ladies who took care of us were so pleasant which is hard to find anymore. Cheers to the morning. Crew.

The lines are long, but they move fast. The food is always fresh and hot. One of the better McD's in the country and I've been to lots. The only negative I can say is that drive-thru courtesy is lacking a little, although not much.

Use the app to find great daily deals and promotions. It also saves time in line. Food was warm, fast, and delicious.

This particular McDonald's is usually very fast and accurate with thier orders. I typically use curbside pickup.

We stopped by since the wife wanted a burger and the cashier was real nice and friendly. Her name was Sky she took care of us and got our ordered placed. This location was clean and our order came out quick. The burger buns were hot and crisp, the Pattie’s and everything in the hamburger were delicious! This location is amazing I’ll definitely stop by again.

Pretty good food, most the time great service. The day/morning crew do their job a bit more well that if you have a pickey order its rare they would get it wrong. Most mess ups happen with the night crew.

As with most fast food services and young people, their in a hurry and they are consistent at making a mistake on the order and always hand your order to ya with out a smile and act as though what's going on inside is more important than the customer at the window.

The employees have always been nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there's always too much mayo on the Mc Chicken sandwich. I can almost always scrape off about 2TBS of it and still have a layer on the bun. Sadly, I have an unreasonable phobia of mayo packets, so ordering it plain and putting it on myself is out of the question. Additionally, when I ask for an absolutely absurdly amount of extra pickles(that's my verbage when I order), 4 slices is both disappointing and insulting. I have offered to pay whatever I need to get the amount of pickles I want, which is a layer of them that is as equally proportionate to the chicken patty. Lastly, whenever I ask for a toddler toy in my son's happy meals, they usually only get that right 25% of the time which makes me sad because then my sweet child doesn't get anything he can play with. He really loves McNuggets though!

I only went through the drive through this time but they were very nice and courteous to me. It was a good experience, especially because fast food can be very stressful

The drive thru cashiers were friendly and service was fast during dinner hours. We had to remind the cashier about 2 burgers, but didn't catch the large fry on the order. The food tasted good, but the buttermilk chicken sandwich wasn't hot. We usually like this location.

The breakfast is always good. The nice lady at the drive-thru went up to the front counter to make sure my ice coffee was going to be made right. Thank you !

Probably one of the best McDonald's I have been to, I recieved nothing but friendly service.

The staff was patient and kind...but the food (even for fast food) sucked. Want a large? No, they underfill (we compared a M to a L and the medium was full while the large was under and fit into the M box with less than what was in there. It takes 2 minutes for fries to cook (worked fast food a while back), no. The recipe for chicken changed...prices went up while quality went down. A childhood must have is now a no, let's skip this one (not the workers fault). Why upgrade the decor and downgrade the food? I lack understanding there. Also, they prefer you to use a touchscreen kiosk vs going to the front of house cashier. Really? The recipes suck now, more expense with less food and extremely lowered quality....after this we will not be visiting another McDonald's when we can get more, tastier and overall healthier food for the too close of the same price. Also, if you want to upgrade your building...at least attempt to make the atmosphere for appeasing.

This place is always so busy. I dread having to go there, because it's usually about 20 minutes before I have my food and I'm back out the door. Play really do like the frappes and the steak egg and cheese bagels though. So until those are gone I will continue to wait in line.

Food is pretty good, prices are decent, & drive thru is pretty fast. Longest wait Ive had is 25 min. Keep in mind it is the only Mcdonalds in the surrounding area. Everyone stops here from the smaller towns! The biggest problem I've seen is that people wait in line for breakfast, and as soon as 10:30 am hits, breakfast is no longer available!!

Don't understand why the lobby isn't opened yet even to go into to be able to do take out. A lot of other fast food places lobbies are opened. Even in other towns McDonald's lobbies are opened. Would save on time for the drive thru and time in general

McDonald's is usually so good! The only reason I'm not leaving a full five is that when we got our food tonight, both of the big Macs were made wrong, and we paid for a double quarter pounder which was also missing a patty? This isn't the first time this month something like this happened. During the day I never have these issues but the night shift is super hit and miss lately. Otherwise decent!

Confused about the hours. Previously, it was open until midnight, I think. Google now lists it as open 24 hours, a sign in the drive through says "any lane, any time" but at 1130 on a Thursday, I waited a few minutes at the speaker for a response before giving up and then seeing employees inside as I passed the drive-thru Windows🤷🏼‍♂️

This McDonald's was always a really good place to pick up fast food. With the current boom they seem to be struggling just to keep up. The drive-up is very busy and creates congestion in the parking lot. The restaurant is clean and the food quality remains good, just expect to wait longer.

The food was ok. It took almost 15 min for me to receive my order of 2 sandwiches.

Usually a speedy place to grab your food on the go. I recently ordered off of the drive through. It was busy got my order and it was not correct. To offer a quick tip to help prevent this from happening to future customers. Quick tip; when customers goes to the window to pay it maybe helpfull to check the screen and repeat the order back to make sure it was hurd correctly. This may help getting the customers the correct items they ordered and may prevent any mix up of orders in the time of a rush. Good communication will make the customer happy and understanding.😋 have a beautiful blessed day!

Don't know what happened to the quarter pounder but it's not like days gone by. Different toasting of the bun, thin, dry patty. It has lost the original taste. Noticed this quite some time ago, but decided to give it another try. Was disappointed enough to stop stopping for lunch or dinner. Love your breakfast items though.

When you want a hot coffee in afternoon, do not visit there. Your hot coffee is not hot, just under the room temperature.

It’s McDonalds and they are all pretty much the same. I am however, not thrilled with the kiosk ordering system. It slows things down and reduces the human interaction, which some of us still enjoy.

I give a 3 for atmosphere because it used to be a fun atmosphere and I think of the treat it used to be to go here. Now for the most part you have over paid employees who put little to no effort into their job and ensuring everything is correct and then flip you attitude when you try to get it straightened out. The food is chemical processed over sugared crap. The only good things I can say about the food is the apple pies are good and the onions they use are good. Other than that the only reason we stop here is there is one on every corner it seems and when my wife needs to eat there is usually one close by. Oh and to accommodate the mostly lazy over paid employees they jacked their prices up and now you pay what it would cost for a decent restaurant or diner for junk

It was a substitute for Burger King. And we have had to wait for our food to be delivered. Took like 15-20 mins for it to be done and handed out. Got told it was going to be done like three to four minuets. Was totally longer than that! Over all the girl that handed me the food bag was very nice. Thank you to her!

It's just so slow. Seriously, it's supposed to be fast food. Also, the prices at McDonald's are getting ridiculous. 12 bucks for a quarter pounder meal? I'm gonna start using restaurants again since the food is better and only slightly more expensive.

Half the games didn't work, the service was absolutely the worst. She brought us the wrong pizza and when I told her it was not ours she left it on our table to go "check" the receipt. The main card reader for tokens was down the employees were playing the games and getting tickets and with so few games working it's irritating to have the working ones occupied by employees.

It's just my personal opinion about this place that I don't go inside these fast food stores for the cheap way they serve and make their food. I went there because I had no other options and ordered the chicken tenders and small french fries.With this deals I ended up paying 10 dollars including tax!!!! Believe me it was not worth it and by the way I couldn't finish the chicken because of the strange taste that it had. Some people die to go inside on Sunday , and to be frank the place was packed with people but to me it's not with it , I would rather go and get some quality fried chicken from other US chains for the same price if not less.

Food portions half of what they used to be for more than double the price. If u ask for extra pickles your lucky to get 2. Extra lettuce?? You get no lettuce but they pack on the mayo.. if you let them know they let you know your bothering them by rolling their eyes at you and complain to their coworkers, while your in earshot, that they're too busy to stop and fix orders cuz some customers are just too picky and if I'm that picky I should make my own sandwich at home.

Placed a mobile order. Phone died. Couldn't input parking space number. Went into the lobby for assistance. I had already waited 40 minutes partly because the spots were all full and the drive-thru was super busy. The manager said she couldn't help me inside. She didn't let me finish my sentence. Told me I have to go thru the drive-thru. Spent another 20 minutes there. Food was good.

No masks. No gloves. They got my drink order wrong and when I returned for the correct drink they told me to pull forward and they would run it right out to me. Waited for 5 minutes. Nobody brought out the correct drink so we just left and pitched the wrong drink.

Overpriced and rude associates. No more value menu and charging almost 3.00 for a mcdouble ! I gave McDonald's corporation a piece of my mind on a review I did for a Fargo McDonald's. The prices are so high I would be better off going to JD's and getting friendly customer service and the prices are not too much different. Burger King, Wendy's, and Taco Johns have a superior product, better customer service, and something we call a " value menu" !"

Traveling through and have an individual on keto diet. Tried to get a grilled chicken salad and they said they removed grilled chicken. Then our order got messed up, didn’t get the fries or drinks we ordered. We won’t be back.

This place suddenly decided to cut their available delivery radius down, Wendy's is almost an entire mile further and they still deliver to me. Guess that's what you get with local ownership.

usually this place is the best and fastest McD's but the other night I was there and had the worst food I have EVER gotten at a McDonald's. looks like the night crew needs someone to look in on them every once in a while. I have also been told they were closed a couple of times at least ten minutes before the posted closing time. Are they slacking off over there or what? what happened to the best McD's? rather sad turn of events happening here lately. :(

Food was made wrong and raw. I'd rather eat the food out of there garbage cans then eat the food "made fresh" from them. Also I saw the employees use there raw meat gloves to handle the actual food before serving it to the customers and also myself. I'm pretty sure it's a health code violation.

Came on May 9th and they refused to take my mobile order and my partners order through the drive thru. They told us we had to come through twice if we wanted both orders and said coming inside for them wasn't an option.

Just pulled through here 8 min ago. How did you manage to screw up an order as simple as “double cheeseburger plain”. That means that I don’t want anything on it. You literally went out of your way to add unwanted items to an order that they were requested to be left out. You actually worked harder to be dumber. Good job on that. Maybe it’s a little over ambitious to expect a place that is in the business of providing food to people to actually provide it in the manner that they want it.

Actually, 0 stars. I had to repeat my order twice, didn't get any of the condiments I asked for, and they gave me the wrong happy meals. If you are traveling through Dickinson, go to KFC/A&W or Wendy's.

It's good not to eat too much fast food but, if I pay for a large I expect a large and not a small put into an unopen fry box. Don't waste your money. Get everything small. Also you can get at a restaurant for about the same price. Wendy's is better choice and so is hardees.

My wife wanted fries, but I do not go to McDonald's. Nothing wrong with this one just really not a McDonald's person. Fine place to stop if travelling but personally don't like supporting the company or the fastfood industry as a whole. Don't really agree with them closing the lobby for over a year either.

Placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10:15. Sent in the order and it was paid for. Then I had to wait in the line for 20 minutes to be told they don't serve breakfast after 10:30. Thanks for wasting my morning. I'll be getting my food at Burger King from now on.

Oh to be able to leave negative stars!!! We ordered in the drive thru. The order was 2 sausage & egg McMuffins, and an egg McMuffin, plus 2 hash browns and a coffee. They gave us the coffee as we paid. After a few minutes, we were asked to move to the waiting area out front (this is so they don't get in trouble with corporate) We wait. Three other cars come and go, as well as x Four dine in guests. When I went in to see what the problem was, they said the hash browns were the hold up. I asked for a refund. We were at this McDonald's for a total of at least 15 minutes, and never got a bite of food.

At night, trash food. Young kids treat you like you are interfering with their tik tok video making time or something. Order no onions, get onions. Order no pickle, get a heaping handful of them. Fries are luke warm most of the time and the people at the window act like you are getting into their bank accounts if you dare ask for an extra sauce pack for the 20 nuggets you ordered. Daytime is different. They are great and you get what you want every time along with a smile and a "have a great day." But i dont think this is a McDonald's specific thing. Its the generation of new workforce employee in general.

They definitely need to pay more attention to the curbside pick up orders. It’s faster to just go through the drive thru with a long line. Also need to start checking their orders before handing them out.

New ownership does NOT provide a meal for bus drivers or coaches. Over the years, we have supported this establishment with probably thousands of kids buying meals, and the previous owners supported us in return by providing drivers and coaches with a meal. New owners do not support school sports or activities. I will avoid taking anyone here in the future.

Burger was DRIPPING with grease. Ive never seen a burger from McDonald's be that soaked in grease before and my fries were not warm AT ALL! Usually decent food and prices but this trip was very disappointing....most of everything we ordered ended up in the trash 😝 ☆☆5 days later im back to give them another try....2 minutes from end to end in the drive thru! And I had to the speaker how to put my order in three times and he still forgot discount until I got up to the window and have them change it again. when it's dinner time and there's a rush that is when they should put the quicker more experienced people at the drive-thru windows and on the headset taking orders instead they have the slowest ones there

Ordered a Happy Meal with McNuggets and they forgot the McNuggets. My daughter asked to have lunch with her at school and it was a big disappointment, thank you very little for the lack of attention to detail.

Had a simple order and they managed to screw it up. Asked for 4 piece nugget happy meal, with apples and white milk. They didn't have apples, so I took the Go-Gurt instead. Pretty disappointed, but it is what it is. Ordered a salad as a healthier option, and they said they weren't serving salads. That was strike two. Get home, give my son his food, and they didn't include french fries. Strike three. This simple order emphasizes the incompetence at this location. Fifteen minutes to wait between pulling up and leaving, which is terribly slow. I'd highly recommend not wasting your time with this place.

Very horrendous service. Almost every time I come through the drive thru, my order is incorrect or someone else's. Luckily, I only come if I have plenty of time to turn around. Kiosks dont have all options needed for items. Decided to get a salad last time I've come, first time I've ever gotten a salad. Was NOT informed it came with chicken, had a staff member come over and ask me if I wanted my chicken. I replied yes and they asked what kind of chicken I wanted. I told them. I went up to get ketchup and ranch and was then told i had to pay for the chicken that came with my meal....what?? No thanks, I'm good.

2nd day in a row,order was "lost " manager found it right away. Looked at the.... young lady in the window like he wanted to fire her on the spot.. probably should,can't match #'s up much less looked like she knew where she was. Food was cold, don't know how since it wasn't 10.. 20 minutes .

Ordered frappe through app. Waited 30 min for them to bring out and nothing. Paid for and all. This is the 4th time I've paid and had to leave without getting anything. Doesn't count the multiple times I've had to go in and get my curbside order when time permitted.

The past 2 times I have eaten at McDonald's they have messed the curbside order up every time. Each time they claim they will come back out with the missing items and THEY NEVER DO. I have had to call both times and demand they bring it out, I'm not sure if they think someone would leave if they didn't come back out with the correct stuff after being told?! On top of that curbside wait is 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous since the new owners took over, they clearly take no pride in this franchise.

I think if this location wants to nickel and dime a customer for condiments.$.64 for a pack of mayo. ,this is the only McDonald's I have had to pay. Next time I will go elsewhere and keep driven. Greedy own is what this is because not one from here to Minot ND or here to Tucson AZ charged a dime. But here in oil country you charge. GREED,GREED,GREED

Good was fine but service and atmosphere were terrible. Thinly veiled contempt for the customers and a very strong vibe of come in, buy something now get out. Lobby may as well be a sign saying "we no longer will pretend to be a restaurant" The rest of the world has moved on, McDonald's has chosen to use a terrible time to streamline their business and increase profit at the expense of personal service and friendly atmosphere. Not even a table outside, not one. I left my garbage where I stood eating (I was on motorcycle). I doubt they will understand my statement.

So we just came threw the drive threw just 30 seconds ago ordered 3 egg cheese Mc muffins, 1 sausage eggs cheese mc muffin and 1 sausage McGriddle with the hash browns with OJ we had asked repeatedly from the start of the order area for silverware but the employee must have dropped out of kindergarten or something because they had no clue what a utensil was we had to tell them “silverware” “you know a fork spoon knife?” And we got looked at like we was the idiot! 1 of the muffins was with out egg We are about to just walk in with a $20 bill and say surprise me you never get my order correct anyway to start with! Btw $46 bucks for this order is outrageously stupid

I frequently ask for my food “made to order” because I have a very sensitive stomach and I had such a migraine today I couldn’t make dinner, so we (my children and I) went to McDonalds. I asked for a number 6 made to order and it tasted very bad and I could tell it was old. But, in my pain I forced myself to eat some even though it made me feel sick, and fell asleep for an hour to try to rid myself of the pain. Now I am dealing with food poisoning and have to be up at 4AM to work tomorrow....might have to call in if it doesn’t let up soon. I just hope you employees know, even though your customers requests can seem silly, it could be for very good reasons. Unfortunately, after this happening so often, I cannot come back because I run the risk of food borne illness which is, really damn painful. Went again 8/22 and after every times they said is that all and then I explained that’s not how you take orders and they were rude and we all go food poisoning I just can never come back here.

My family and I don't eat pork, so we generally get an egg and cheese biscuit, sub McGriddle. That's how we were told to order it, so we aren't paying for sausage that we aren't getting. When we went through the Drive-Thru today I asked for exactly this and the girl on the headset said "No." And that's it. I was baffled so I was silent for a minute and then she came back and said "You can't order that anymore." And proceeded to ring up a bacon, egg, and cheese, mcgriddle with no bacon and said "That all?" with an attitude. I canceled the order and left. It was just extremely unprofessional and rude. I understand it's not available anymore and that's fine, but it could have been handled a completely different way.

I came here and ordered two coffees with EXTRA drizzle and syrup and was very disappointed when there was no syrup and and barely any drizzle in either coffee. Especially since i had paid extra for it. Also there was MAYBE 5 pieces of ice in each drink. Extremely disappointed.

I have eaten here before no problem but recently twice I have gotten food poisoning from here. My friend ate here and ened up in urgent care with severe food poisoning. Be careful eating here. Idk what ia going on but something is not right. Once you think it was something else twice now that is a problem and to ened up in urgent care no that is very bad problem. So eat at your own risks.

I just flew from Houston Texas to Dickinson ND to pick up a 18 wheeler took 3 planes with multiple delays haven’t eaten anything in 14 hours all too order 3 burgers with no onions to get three burgers with onions on each burger and the sprite taste like acid

I go up tell the manager politely that they were out of sweet tea no simply just to be kind. Yup when you guess no thank you no nothing just rude response! Went at 3pm today on 08/05/21 and ordered a $3 combo McDouble and fries with only ketchup on the burger. To no surprise they messed up the order and gave me everything on it. The drive through was not busy, and this is the 3rd time it’s happened at this location. I guess I will stick with the chicken nuggets from now on.
