The ingredients were top-notch! We had an appetizer and three first courses: a burrata with sauce, tricolor paccheri, a personalized paccheri with provola sauce, pistachio sauce, and guanciale, and finally a carboveg with pecorino romano. I've always been very picky about pasta and am rarely completely satisfied, but here I have to say they exceeded my expectations. As the title suggests, they have excellent ingredients, and the thick sauce lingers perfectly on the pasta, making it even more appetizing. To give you an idea, I ordered a second course of pasta just for the sake of it, even though I was full! Last but not least, the service. We appreciated the staff's calm and passionate approach. They have a strong sense of belonging and a level of preparation very much in keeping with the place. In short, I felt pampered, like at home!

I have tried the best pasta in the world. It has been 10 days since I landed in Italy, however I have not tasted a a better pastas as this. The waiters are very kind and polite. The price was reasonable compared to the quantity. The bathroom was very clean. Our best dish was pisto pasta and spaghetti. I wish I could get my lunch here every day.

The food is very good, and you can even choose to 'build' your own pasta from the menu with a QR code. I also found the service to be quite friendly. I'm not giving it 5 stars because, as a spokesperson for the table, the menu system was a bit confusing, and especially because, in my opinion, you can't pay for bread 🍞, which is basically not a cent, cheese 0.50 cents, and so on.

Located in the square near the outlet fountain, this restaurant offers indoor or outdoor seating. You can order by scanning the QR code at the table, choosing from the pasta dishes offered or choosing your own ingredients. Once you've chosen your meal, you can choose your payment method: online or with the waitress who comes directly to your table. The pasta was good, perhaps a little al dente.

A few days ago we went to the Vicolungo outlet, so we took the opportunity to eat at Mi scusi, but we were disappointed. The pasta is precooked and poorly combined with the sauce, resulting in a dry pasta that doesn't blend well with the sauce. Furthermore, there's no real service; the person serving also cooks, and all the ordering is done through the app, as is payment. The girl barely answered our questions. It's definitely not a place for Italians, but only for foreigners... or at least if you want a quick, inexpensive meal, typical of fast food.

Our experience was average. Unfortunately, the pasta arrived a little cold, probably due to the large number of customers. On the plus side, the bruschetta was quite good, although it arrived only after we'd finished our pasta.

Very bad! We ordered pasta that was inedible and hummus with bread that was very dry and hard. When I turned to the waitress she looked at me and didn't know what to say except to apologize, she said it was their bread and that's how it should be. Finally we got dessert to compensate which was also inedible. Everything was just bad and inedible. Save it for yourself and go to McDonald's.
