10/12/24: Our waitress was top-notch! Friendly, attentive, intelligent! Fast. You can't beat great service! The Impossible Burger 🍔 & fries 🍟 were so tasty! Cooked 🍳 great! Excellent bun, too. The fries 🍟 were crispy 😋. The pretzel sticks had a great crust on them. Good cheese 🧀 & good red sauces.

We went here for lunch today. It was a very good experience. Our server was extremely nice and our food was great. It is a bit in the too expensive side for what it is though. We started with the appetizer sampler which had mozzarella sticks, loaded potatoe skins, boneless wings and pretzel sticks with the accompanying dips and sauce. For our meals I had the crispy shrimp tacos and my wife had the Philly cheesesteak. Both were amazing. I recommend this place anytime as long as you’re willing to spend more than you normally would on this type of place.

The food was delicious. The potato skins are so good and the Mile High Ice Cream Pie was HUGE! Autumn was friendly and efficient. We really liked being seated at a round table so we could all talk to each other. (There were five in our party.) The music was a hit, too.

The food here was great and the staff was friendly. I was with a larger party and we all got a variety of food. Everyone enjoyed their food. The drinks here were a more corporate style of drink not a higher end bar style. The menu has a large variety of food including seafood and there is a price point for everyone. The atmosphere feels a little dated, but definitely a clean restaurant. I would visit again.

Came here for the first time and honestly I was so impressed. Everything I got was so good. I started with a mocktail called The Champps Punch. For my appetizer I got the Mozzarella Bricks so crispy and delicious. I also decided to try the Bourbon Wagyu Burger which once I started I didn't want want to stop eating. I also tried the Shrimp Tacos with boom boom sauce. I loved everything. And my waitress Kelly was amazing she was always checking on me to see how I was liking everything and she was just great. This was a 100/100 experience and I recommend it for everyone to try if they haven't already.

I went to Champps in Victor, NY on Valentines night and was surprisingly a pleasant experience. We had reservations at P.F. Changs, so we dropped by Champps for some drinks while we waited. The staff was very accommodating on a busy night. We sat at the bar, had some drinks, watched the dunk contest on TV and had a few laughs. What else can you ask for. Overall great experience. Wild love to visit again soon. The ambience is perfect for families and big group.

Had a chicken sandwich with an egg. Great idea. Waffle fries were good. The chicken was dry. I will definitely go back again and give it another try. Very good service

I was happy to visit Champps at Eastview Mall the other day. I've always liked the spaciousness and their selection. I had a Margherita Flatbread with Pesto. It was simple but I prefer that. It hit the spot. My husband had the turkey club. Although he said it was average, he did think the waffle fries were better than most. The service was very good, which is saying a lot considering how short-handed most places are these days.If you're over at the mall or not, it's worth the stop.

Honestly, everything was sub par. My meal tasted like something from Applebee's. I haven't been here in several years and it's unfortunately not what I remember. Would recommend a complete overhaul of the food quality.

Arriving at 5:30 on a Friday night to find only a few customers was the first red flag. Service was good, but of course there was no one there. Food was awful. Burger was McDonalds level for 20+ bucks. Alfredo was just edible. Vodka pasta was the worst thing ever. Tasted like a canned cheese sauce with a bad after taste. This opinion was shared by multiple people in our group. How can you screw up vodka sauce, if you think its cheese sauce maybe you should not be cooking.

I’m not gonna lie I usually don’t leave bad reviews and I actually enjoy eating here, well today was complete different. The hostess must not have heard us say we’d rather sit at a regular table than a hi top, try having 2 younger kids and sitting at a hi top doesn’t work so well, mind you our seats had food on them, French fries, salad, what not, to call the table bussed, or washed down was to say the least. The waiter who was completely useless, waited over 10 minutes to grab our drink order, when the bar was 10 feet away, so we walked to the bar instead and ordered our soda drinks. The server comes back without our soda order after being gone so a lengthy time, takes our meal order, with two of the dinners literally being Kraft Mac n cheese off the kids menu, comes back 45 minutes later with lukewarm meals, god awful boneless chicken wings with no dipping sauce, the beer battered fish was awful and the “dilemma” sandwich was dry. Our server walked past our table at least 4 times without checking on us (how our food was, if he could get anything else for us) you know the regular server questions! Slaps a bill at us, like I said I may never come back to this place again, management will not care about poorly written reviews. If I ever did my job this poorly I’d be standing in the unemployed line looking for another job! Great job champs on your horrible service.
