One of my favorite restaurants provides not only fantastic food but also exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff, making me feel immediately welcome. The employees were attentive and accommodating, which added to the pleasant dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish being flavorful and fresh. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a meal if you’re looking for great food and an even better atmosphere.

Food was mediocre - definitely inferior to other chicken fast food chains like Chick Fil A. The service in this branch was amazing though - super friendly staff with great food recommendations.

This Popeye's is close to my work so I stopped by to get dinner before heading home. I ordered some food on the app before heading over. The food wasn't ready when I arrived. There were three employees and one customer but they were busy packing up orders. I ordered a chicken box and the new boneless wings. The chicken was okay, and tasted like any other Popeye's. The boneless wings is a bit overrated. It looks like they just poured some of the sauce and most of the wings didn't have sauce and the breading came out. Some of the tenders were hard and didn't taste fresh. The Popeye's seemed clean.

I spend to eat this Popeyes and then I asked a cup of water to get water from the machine and she refused me, by telling me that she doesn’t have water cups no more while there is cups seating behind her. This is sooooo bad for business. The manager needs to review the stuff and the way they treat customers. I payed for my food so I should be able to get at least Water from the machine which is top water.

terrible experience. i've enjoyed popeyes before and figured that i'd check out this location. bad idea. the food i received was not only wrong, it generally sucked--soggy fries, mushy mac and cheese, wrong style chicken. i couldn't eat any of it. in fact, it was so disappointing that i brought the meal back. then, to make matters worse, the manager (man with beard) wanted to debate me on whether i should have liked the food. that was really surprising because any other restaurant would say "i'm sorry! what can i get for you instead?" so, his response suggested to me that customers are routinely unhappy with their food. plus, he didn't even refund the entire cost of the combo meal because i didn't return the soda! i wouldn't go back, but if you do, make sure to check your order before you leave, make sure the food is fresh and hot, and keep your receipt.

I came here yesterday 02/03/23 expecting good quality chicken but was disappointed once I opened my food.I ordered an 5 pc Chicken tender meal($17.41).Before I got to an current piece of chicken,The tender themselves were rubbery and definitely no where near tender,you could tell the chicken have been waiting out for a long time.The meal barely consisted of much fries and the only partly good thing was the biscuit.The two pies I ordered wasn’t good either($4.55).I’m highly suggest not coming here please get food somewhere else this was my first and last dinning at this Popeyes.This was the worst $20 dollars I have spent on food in my life.The only nice thing about the place was the male cashier.

The workers had a nasty attitude and when i told them i ordered a regular chicken sandwich and not a spicy one they mocked me and charged me for sauces instead of fixing my order or giving me sauces in return for their mistake. Rude to their paying customers.

My girlfriend and I were immediately treated with disrespect and aggression the minute we walked in. We also placed the order a long time ago and after around 20 minutes, it still wasn't done. It made our experience awkward and we did not feel welcomed to eat afterwards. We had already paid but when we went to sit down, they accused us of not paying and told us we weren't allowed to sit without making an order.

Disappointed by the false advertising. The restaurant clearly states they close at 4:00 AM, but I arrived at 3:30 AM and was turned away. If the kitchen closes early or there’s a cutoff time for seating, that should be clearly communicated. Wasting people’s time is not a good look — update your hours or honor them.

Ordered online at 12:30 got there at 12:45 for pickup and they were closed. I spoke to the night manager Radii and he said to come back the next day to get the order because they can’t give me a refund. Just to find out they won’t give me the food because they don’t have a receipt :( sad day

I have ordered for a delivery at 11:41pm and my order was suppose to come at 12:18am. The store closes at 1am and yet no updates have been made. I called the store at 12:50am but nobody picked up even though there were employees in the store. **Update** my order was cancelled at 1:13am but i was still charged for the order. nobody picks up when i called and your website doesnt have a live agent thru chat..so i still havent been able to talk to anyone to get my refund. i contacted customer support but i said i would get a reply in 24-48hrs..i will check back whether i get a reply within 48hrs about my refund. i hope i dont hear back saying that i was too late..
