At Taco Bell I usually eat in but this time we got done out but it was very good they were very patient and professional with us during our order and they read my order back to me and it was correct and they were very courteous

The gentleman that took my order was professional light nice the girl that was it the window was also professionally greeted me with a hello how are you today you don't find that too often anymore I tip my hat off to both of them

I spoke to the manager on his walk around seeingif everything is satisfactory and he was polite, friendly and had a great smile on his face! The food wasn't bad either.

This is the best of the 2 Taco Bells in Victoria. Staff is very friendly and the food is always hot , fresh and delicious. Two thumbs up!

I love this place... shhh don't tell. This place was a five star atmosphere until they redecorated to an uncomfortable white sterile esthetic. But at 44 years of age, I realize I am in no way the target demographic.

You're going to get the typical Taco Bell experience here. If you come here expecting a Michelin-star restaurant, your expectations are too high. I'm giving them a five-star review because they give me the food I order, and they do it fast. If your expectations are any higher than that, you should probably avoid fast food restaurants altogether.

Michael attended me this evening in the drive thru lane. Loved his professionalism and the best attitude ever. The customer service he provided is what we need everywhere we go. Great job Michael.

For the most part customer service has been good, however yesterday the associate working drive-thru could work on providing a little better customer service.

I never go to Taco Bell for gourmet level food, but this location is definitely the best one in town. Staff is great and the drive thru is quick. I come here for that and they’ve delivered every time.

Love this taco bell! I've been coming here for years now, this is my go-to spot. I usually come late at night after getting out of work and the staff is always friendly even if its close to closing, especially the nighttime manager! He is always so nice and courteous. I can't remember a bad encounter at this location. Even the times where things don't go according to plan (out of a product, long wait, or forgot a specification) they always are apologetic and try their best to make up for it. Will forever recommend this taco bell

I couldn't tell you how the restroom looked, but everything else looked clean and well stocked. The line for the drive thru was long and there were about a half dozen of us inside, but none of that mattered, because the customer service was excellent! Every single employee that I saw was busy but not frantic. I ordered from the kiosk and asked an employee if they still had black beans before I ordered a power bowl. Everyone was eager to serve. I ordered 5 items and 4 of them were custom orders, and there was not a single mistake. Well done y'all. I hope that y'all have a good night!

I went through drive thru but the times I have gone the person taking orders has always been very friendly and at the window they make sure your order is accurate. So glad there prices are still affordable. ❤️ Taco Bell

I have not been here in around 3 years. Was driving past all of the sudden I was hit with a craving for a taco so I pulled in. I ordered a party pack of 12 with just meat and cheese. I waited till I got home. I am super glad that I stopped in. They have changed. The food was good, it was still hot and I lived 20 minutes away. Also ask for mild sauce. Last time I was there I never got any this time the girl gave me so much I have extra. Thank you so very much for the new employees that are there. I'm glad that you guys care!

WARNING TO ALL DASHERS. DOORDASH and TACOBELL have a scammer using their system right now. Here's what'd happening: Doordash Drivers are getting orders through the app for delivery. The SCAMMER who placed the order is calling the driver through the doordash app and claiming to be doordash support THEY ARE NOT DOORDASH! They are telling the driver they will pay them a fee for canceling the order then proceeding to ask for payment information (DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL ACCOUNT DETAIL OR PERSONAL INFORMATION). They try to sound convincing, hang up on the caller and call/contact doordash support directly they can cancel the order without penalizing you never cancel an order for a cleint yourself. Always call doordash to cancel the order through support in the app.

We love Taco Bell 🔔. The prices have definitely kept pace with inflation. We used to be able to both eat for about $10 but not anymore. Still far less expensive than most fast food. We had the lunch for 2, around $17 but I also wanted to try the dragon fruit slushy. It was very good. The box comes with 2 each of chips and cheese dip, soft tacos, burritos 🌯 and crunch-wraps. The avocado green sauce was really good. It was plenty of food for us, even had a few leftovers for an afternoon snack. The restaurant was quick, we ordered on-line and we zipped right on through the drive through.

Everything was good up until my nieces cinnamon twists weren't in the bag...that's why I gave the 4 stars other than that the order was fine.

Food was cold when it was not supposed to be and crunchy when it was not supposed to be. Over all not a good especially when my lynch was $16.00 for one person.

Food was on point, but the service was awful! Ordered a bowl, and they forgot the chicken, and black beans. The guy taking the order would interrupt while we were ordering as if to hurry us up! No one else was in line! No smiles, no greeting, and was in need of a good cleaning in there.

The food was ok.service took long to get our meals ready.we waited around 20 minutes for food.i would understand if it was full but there was only 3 customers before us.then you had to ask for a key to use the restroom.

Food is always made quickly and on occasion mistakes are made but to their credit they make sure to right their mistake (i.e) today they forgot some condiments so they remade it and then gave us coupons for free tacos on our next visit.🤩

Though they seemed new to the job, the employee taking my complex subway-esque "Build-every-item-party-box" style order was fantastic! They confirmed that the cooks would do anything they were uncertain of, was extremely polite yet humourous, positively energetic, and went above and beyond to make sure they'd got my order correct down to every specification. That alone won this Taco Bell #1+5☆ in my heart for this chain. Unfortunately the cooks got one of the most vital specifications wrong - NO CHEESE- most animal products make my party and I sick therefore that knocks off a star. One of the best TacoHells yet in my opinion.

The food is decent. Most of the lettuce makes it into the tacos, but this location always messes my order up though. They always seem to forget the small things like a dessert or side.

The food was good, but a couple of our to-go items we realized were not what we ordered. We waited about 20 minutes for our order, and we only ordered a $5 box and two other individual items. So we were disappointed with the wait time. But I still like Taco Bell.

Most of the times I've been here food service and cleanliness was all great. Tonight I went through the drive thru. Service was quick and friendly. Ordered 3 Dorito Tacos and Cinnabon. 1st taco contained about half the meat and half the amount of cheese usually inside. The next two literally had 2 level teaspoons of meat, a pinch of cheese and the usual amount of lettuce. If I decide to continue to go here I'll skip the drive thru. Go inside to order so it will be easier to open every wrapper and check order.

Sometimes I just want to eat unhealthy 😁

I stopped by for a morning snack for good grilled beef burritos for a very low price, so I will continue to go there when I get that craving 😋

I haven’t been inside of a TB for years. I was craving the chicken nuggets I had heard about and wanted to give them a try. I walked in and immediately saw that everything was kiosk ordering. You have to punch in your own order!!!! Wow, guess it’s too much for counter help anymore here. Once I figured that out, I placed my order and waited for my “food”. TB has definitely gotten pricey for what it is! The nuggets, although hot, had zero crunch and were almost mushy. The breading was soft and the nuggets were dry. The sauce was far from good and had an artificial taste. I also ordered some kind of a crunch wrap, that advertised with meat, but it barely had any. Almost $8 for that!!! Poor quality food and zero customer service. I won’t be back.

Friendly staff. They were out of mild sauce and messed up some people's orders. Would of given four stars, but the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes were not fresh and hard to chew. Also the tacos were kind of stale.

I order only one thing from Taco Bell and that is the loaded grillers. They're always good. This particular Taco Bell however, wreaks! It smells like nasty garbage inside. Though the inside looks mostly clean, it smells terrible. If you're eating Taco Bell, do yourself a favor and take it to go.

I was sized up and looked at like I wasn’t worthy to helped by the girl at the counter. I had to ask for my cups and two items that I was missing.

Food wasn't even warm. I waited long because they had given my food away to someone else in the drive thru. I was ignored for the first 10 minutes waiting at the counter to have my order tooken but I did notice they had self order machines available so maybe the crew was waiting for me to use those. I was charged an extra 80 cents for chicken fajita replacement that was old, dry, and nasty. My cheesy gordita didn't even have chees between the hard shell taco and the outside soft shell. I seriously would not recommend unless you like wasting money.

Every time we go here, I expect it to be better than the last but it never is. They put a tiny little spot of meat on my crunch wrap supreme. One bite of meat and the rest was veg and cheese.

This location always messes up my order or doesn’t put all of my items in the bag so I gotta constantly double check my order! The food is what you expect from Taco Bell except the staff is incompetent and I don’t live in town so coming back is a pain! Plus when you do go back all they do is just replace what they mess up which isn’t worth my time! :-( inconsiderate And bad customer service!

Ordered 2 5 layer burritos with extra sour cream. They ended up giving me 2 burritos with beans. The previous guy that had his order taken was also wrong. The manager doesn't seem to care and isn't watching anything. There's a really bad smell in this place that smells like roach infestation.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell :) Food tasted as good as before, but this time, I was a bit disappointed in how they really held back. I know fast food drink, lots of ice, but this time, it was LOTS of ice. Nearly 2/3 of the cup was ice. My crunch wrap supreme had about two bites of meat, 80% veggies, and 20% meat. And from below, is my beefy 5 layer burrito. I ordered it with no beans, but it shouldn't be this empty. I had 5 full bites of tortilla. I understand that it'll give less if you order without beans, but this is the first time, that Taco bell had really skimped on the ingredients this time. And they forgot the forks for my fiesta potatoes. I ate it with my fingers. A positive was that the lady was pretty nice 👍

Spent $39 and all my tacos have very little meat and even lettuce 😩 so disappointed but my kiddos really wanted Taco Bell.

After Hurricane they opened. Food (beans) was bad, no ice, sodas hot, seemed like all they wanted was to make a profit. No regard for anyone, Not the safety of the people who live there and first responders.

Me and my friend ordered at a late time before 2 a clock when they were going to be close to be closed, and the girl that tooked our order did sounded tired and i told my friend i can relate cause I'm am a manager at another food industry in edna tx. But the main reason I'm commenting on this cause there was hot sauce in my nieces beef quessrio and it lowkey made me upset causes she too young and was crying when it burned her mouth 😓

Went there a few days ago, Drive through Line was held up forever despite the lack of business ( three cars in total, didn't move an inch for 20 mins). I finally got fed up, got out the car (roommate was driving), walked in and asked for my order at the counter. By the time I got my food and paid (keep in mind I'm the only one standing in line) my roommate had already moved up the drive through line and pulled around. We had 2 tacos.

Cannot get one order right. Most of them are doped up while at work. Manager pretended to be talking to them on the phone to chew them out from another location. Totally fake. No follow through on there behalf. They need to fire that manager.

Missing cheesy roll up 2 Supreme soft tacos only had meat & cheese Had sour cream on cravings box even though it was removed Watermelon breeze was missing And the app is not letting submit the issues.

Those working at this taco bell would much rather talk to their friends that come in or with each other instead of filling orders while one young man is in the back making one thing then walking around then goes back to make one more thing, and so on. The young lady with glasses seemed to be bothered by me, asking to unlock the bathroom and then having to ask for the cups for our drinks. This has to be the slowest taco bell I've ever eaten at.

If it was possible to rate this zero stars I would. This location is always a disappointment. Ordering in is okay and not so problematic. From the few times we’ve ordered to go there has always been tacos and other parts of our order missing every single time. We’ve paid extra for supreme tacos and gotten home to find that they gave us regular tacos instead. I don’t think they can even tell the difference between the two. And we live out of town so it’s not worth the trip back to Victoria. The workers are rude too. If it wasn’t for the Baja blast I wouldn’t even go to this location.

The last two time I went through drive through they couldn't hear/understand, so I went in. The girls taking orders were completely unprofessional and incompetent. I had to talk to the person actually making the food for them to get it right. And got overcharged. At this point I didn't care about the money I was just amazed at how bad these employees were. The manager asked the drive thru girl to go do some dishes and she was like yeah let me go ask the other girl in the bathroom if she wants to do it and the proceeded to the bathroom with her headset grumbling the whole time about how much she hates that guy.I don't even live in Victoria but I can promise I will gladly go the extra miles to go to the other location ,because the service is so bad here.

Franchise owners need to supervise a major spring cleaning. This place was filthy. Top to Bottom, inside and out. Take some pride in the ownership of this establishment. Taco Bell should sue for breech of contract. Surely their is a cleanliness clause that is not being upheld?

So we start off with the guy at the window talking about how he was in the restroom when i was trying to order...great start...then i proceed to sit there for 10 minutes waiting for my food. I have never had to wait for more than a minute at any taco bell. The guy at the window was completely gone, i guess playing around in the back with the guy who was supposed to be up front. The cooks I could see were actually working and placed my bag by the window clearly yelling "order up"...but where was the guy at the window? I have no clue! My bag sat there for a good few minutes before I even got it. If I hadn't already paid I would have driven off. Maybe when an actual manager is there they have good service but sadly a bunch of adults cannot do their job without supervision.

I have to put one star to make this review but trust me it deserves no stars I have been to this location and I understand a mess up here and there but every single time my husband went and order food as always gets the 7 dollar box to get a hard taco shell with nothing inside but a ball of old cheese and the shell wasn’t cooked ask for no sour cream had it loaded in the burrito and the other taco that comes in it I wouldn’t even feed to my dog I don’t know how hard it is to make a taco I could send my 2 year old to do a better job I will never go back and spend a dime at this location ever again who ever was working making the trash that was giving to us should not have a job and the manager on duty allowing that should not have a job either this place is a joke

Manager was extremely rude. I came to pickup a doordash order. Let them know I was there for the order. Took a few steps back to wait, like I normally do & all I could hear was the Manager complaining about how I was there way too early for the order. Had another worker check on me while i waited & I informed them I was already waited on that I was waiting on a order for *name*. Ig the manager heard the name and scuffed in the background.... then later when another worker gave me my order I even brought up about them having me come for a order that shouldn't have been done for another 10-15 min. & said it loud enough for the manager to hear. He was being friendly & all of sudden she screams at him to go back to his station. Just wanted to share my experience for other doodashers this is very upsetting and when we eat here we normally don't have bad experiences like we did today. But the manager should be looked into because she was very unprofessional.

I would not recommend this taco bell to anyone. They are poorly staffed and undertrained, the store is always trashed and filthy inside. The unbearable smell coming from the A/C should be a clear signal to stay away, far away. The wait is unbelievable 45 mins for 3 tacos!! Great job taco bell.
