Poor Service and Management at KFC Mariposa Road, Victorville I have visited multiple KFC locations, and unfortunately, this one stands out as the worst. The dining room is often closed before 8 p.m., sometimes even earlier, which is highly inconvenient. Additionally, the drive-thru service is extremely slow, with customers waiting in line for over 30 minutes just to place an order. What makes this even more frustrating is that while customers are stuck waiting, employees can be seen sitting in the dining area, eating and relaxing instead of prioritizing service. This kind of management and customer disregard is driving people away, myself included. This location desperately needs attention, as the current operations are discouraging repeat business. Unfortunately, after my experience, I will not be returning.

I tried giving this specific location no stars this is by far the worst location in the high desert, you order on the app and they give you a time when it should be done once you arrive the food is not done and it's not busy enough for them to not have the food ready when the app gives a reasonable time. As well once getting there you are never greeted and no one is at the front but they will look at you while they keep walking back and forth in the back avoid this one and go to the others. Management needs to look into this location either hire new staff or shut this one down because this location is an absolute joke.

Funny story, I spent 10 dollars on a 3 piece chicken tender meal and they made my tenders smaller AND burnt them. Are y'all for real? Borderline robbery. Even though people are paying that absurd price this is how you treat them? I ripped apart my KFC shirt before writing this review. This place has disappointed me deeply.

I can't believe a food worker would give this old dry chicken to a customer. I ordered original chicken and got this chicken that was original but was so old it turned crispy. Shame on this KFC and management having this kind of food service.

I purchased food using the drive thru. When I arrived home I went to enjoy my meal... Wrong, disgusting fries and nuggets. The food was rock hard, old and not edible. I had to throw out my meal. Why would a decent human being serve a customer food of this horrific condition. I Will never return to this KFC location- (Mariposa Rd).

I don't know how many times a person must ask for a butter and honey for the biscuits, it has to be more then the 3 that I repeated myself. Of course I didn't get them, how about the specific dipping sauces, nope, didn't manage to get those in the bag either. How about a utensil to eat with, why would we need those? I guess we can eat the famous bowl with our fingers.. oh I know what they probably got correct, the chocolate bunt cake? WRONG!! Just didn't seem to make it in the bag.. I looked her in the eyes and asked as she handed me the bag, you got everything in here right? Her response with a big smile was "YES SIR" Unbelievable but not really Unbelievable at all just really unexpected since they were NOT busy.. Should have struggled to move everything around to check the huge bag of food. Completely horrible experience when I arrived home.. Thanks KFC

Today I went to kfc on Mariposa and ordered a 6 piece hot wing. I was told in drive thru it would take 15-20 mins. So I got out of drive thru to wait. I went inside finally got my order, drove home 30 mins away. The wings were raw inside. I called the store and they said bring back 75% of the food to get a $10 refund. Price of gas 6.00 gal. 30 mins to and from this KFC store. The lady who said she was manager (terrible customer service) said that's all they could tell me to resolve my raw chicken dinner. I have a picture where I pulled the meat to show how the bone looked disgusting. I will not ever go back.

I’m updating his review because I went in last night and ordered a six piece wing and all the chicken was raw no one answered the phone so I called corporate. I am pregnant and extremely Nauseated after eating this. SMH

Extremely pre heated food no juice in coleslaw. Tasted extremely dry! Macaroni looks preheated. Mashed potatoes look like they have been sitting for days!
