It is a typical Pizza Hut establishment, located in same strip mall as Cardenas Market on Palmdale Road in Victorville. I have ordered pizzas, several times, from this location, through Uber Eats, when visiting my relatives in High Desert. Most of the time, the meals were delicious, and well-made. The prices, too, were not on the expensive side. Of course, from time to time, I would come to eat inside, or order take-out. Since most of the orders in this establishment were take-outs, the place was empty. During my visits, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy a meal. The place was neat, and tables were mostly set up for a group of four people. Of course, without tables to sit down, there were several arcade games in the back of the restaurant. So, if anyone enjoys fairly priced pizzas, and want to play arcade games, I would recommend a visit to this establishment. The place is usually empty, and there is ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal.

Sept 20. 4:30pm. I was Soooo hungry, did know wht I really wanted to eat from there. A big thks go out to the girl that took my order, she was very friendly, helpful & and had an awesome custom service. I didn't get her name. But she said she was a Manager there. I will Definitely go back there to eat soon. And I will tell a friend. Lol I'm full. thks PIZZA HUT

Quick and easy Pizza Tuesday 😃😄😃 Sure wish the property manager could put some TLC into the place and fix the roof. Then dining in might become a thing again🤞

I really enjoyed my lunch today when I decided to download the app and take advantage of the eight dollar box I got a personal with 2 toppings and fries. The fries was crispy and different from others.

The food was great, hot and made perfectly. The staff greeted me and was very friendly. My only complaint was I had to pick it up their deliveries didn't start till 1pm. They are always very pricy.

Came to eat a family dinner and food and service was great. Staff took the time to explain each meal deal and what online coupons could and couldn't be used, which was very helpful because most places usually wait for you to use them before explaining why you can't. Kids loved the food and sat down and ate and as parent that's all you ask for 😂😂 definitely recommend this location for a family eatery.

In order to receive any Specials, those orders must be done online. I find it annoying and ridiculous. Specials should be available as a walk in customer at all locations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the food they prepared was delicious.

This location has a lot of potential. Get the sitting area organized and updated. Add a few more TVs, and you will have more customers inside enjoying pizza and watching the games. You could also add a little bit more for the beer selection, which is limited. The night crew was very polite and professional. Hope to see the new changes soon.

Don't pay extra money for extra Ingredients, you can literally see 5sh pieces of mushrooms when I pay for Extra of them, I expected at least 3 pieces per slice so just pay regular price it won't make any difference i hope,Dough was alright and price was fair for that order.

It's been awhile since I've been to this Pizza Hut but it is still a good spot. I do remember the environment is really calm and cool and I don't know what it's like now. I will have to go back soon so I can find out. I hope nothing has changed too much to make me not want to go back.

This place is good, as Pizza Hut goes. It's a restaurant with a dining area. Lots of Pizza Huts these days are just take-out spots with no dine-in option. Pasta seems reheated from frozen but the kids enjoy it.

Wings are good. Great customer service. Pizza is average. Above Little Cesar. Tied with Grid Iron. Domino's, Round Table, Cross Eyed Cow, and Pasco's, are best out there.

I paid for sauces I never received, and they shortened us on two 8 piece wings, both orders had 7 in each box. We were told we would have to drive ALL the way back to get the 2 wings and ranch THAT SAME NIGHT or just miss out! After complaining we received a mere $5 credit on a future order! Very dissatisfied!

it was a good experience tonight. NOT the best but not bad either. I ordered 3 medium hand tossed pizzas and ate in. the wait was not that long, when they brought out the pizza one of them was wrong (simple mistake of miss communication) I wanted 4 toppings on the whole pizza and the 5 topping only on half and she thought it was 4 toppings on half and the 5th topping on the other half. they fixed it and did a wonderful job fixing the issue. while I was passing the plates out I noticed one plate was not washed well, it had chunks of white stuff (could have been parmesan cheese or soap) on it but I wasn't willing to take any chances. the food tasted good, the place was clean but it was also a slow time. There was no one there when we arrived and 2 other groups that came in after us.

Food is always awesome 👌 but nowadays, they have gone up on prices, so much almost better to learn and make homemade pizza 🍕 but will always go no matter what when I can! Lol, lol, and if prices were better, I would have given 5 stars 🌟 cause I can't complain about the food

The boneless wings were so small although the pizza was good but boneless the chicken wings were about the size of a nickel except 2 of them being a little bigger maybe the size of a quarter never again will I return here for boneless wings

Pizza Hut is of an icon of my youth. But I haven't had a slice of their pizza in over 30 years. Call it nostalgia or simply hunger pains for something new, but I got a craving a week ago, and and couldn't resist that Pizza Hut logo. When I called to place my order, I got right through, which surprised me because it was about 6 pm on a Saturday night. I asked the guy on the phone the cost of my med pie and nearly popped a gasket. The cost had gone up in 30 years...way up! But he was nice enough to tell me they had some great deals online, so that's where I headed. I was able to navigate the online ordering well enough to place my order. I even found a deal on a med pie that was reasonable. Online indicated that I could track my Pizza if I downloaded their app to my phone; they'd text me when it was ready, and I could notify them through the app that I was in the parking lot and they'd bring my dinner to my car. I did all of the above and even parked in the designated area for "no contact" service... and then I waited. I was playing with my phone when realized 15 minutes had gone by since they notified me my Pizza was ready and I told them I was already in the parking lot. So I called them up. A different guy told me that they were very busy, but someone would be right out. 5 minutes later a pleasant young girl brought me my order and I drove home. Although my Pizza was cold by then, and looked a bit dry, it really did taste a lot like what I remember. Had the process gone a bit faster, I know I would have given them more stars. I like 🍕.

The pizza was good but had to wait long to get it. 😩 ordered online and went to pick up when the app said it would be done. Needless to say it was not done when I arrived, and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my pizza. Hoping for better luck next time.

Took 1 hour to deliver I stay like 7 minutes away, pizza was warm not hot and dry, haven't had Pizza Hut in years very disappointed, some old deliver my pizza with a cane

Not happy with the price but worst of all being how badly they messed up a simple pizza and brownie so badly I couldn't even force myself to eat it . Brownie was either burnt crispy or still raw and the stuff crust was liquid like and to strong flavor not stri gy cheese like expected

Like a ghost town. You walk in to curtains of plastic, blocked off dining/seating area....Eventually greeted by one of the two employees on duty. While one was running crazy trying to get pies in the oven and answer phones, the other strolled from the bathroom with no urgency for the customers or their fellow employee. The 3 door dash folks and 2 picking up orders hadn't been acknowledged or greeted...simple things. Then, once greeted, seemed like we were a chore to help. Last time I'll attempt to venture here.

I ordered a Big Dinner Box with a Pepsi. The pizza had too much sauce in it, the Pepsi never made to my house. It kinda sucks that they have a centralized number now. (Not sure since when). I tried calling, the lady “transferred me” to their store, no one ever answered & the line got cut off at 7 mins. Apart from being expensive this centralized number sucks.

You'd think chain restaurants would be the same.. NOPE 😞 this pizza hut was afraid to actually put sauce on my buy one get one pizza special..no 🤔 wonder they were giving them away, considering I ordered hand tossed a received thin crust 😕😕😕

Horrible service. Used the online ordering system. Pizza was never delivered. They said they had called my number to clarify the address, funny thing is that I never received a call from the driver. I asked them to prove that their driver had called , but as you may guess sorry I can't do to confidential information we are not able to secure that info or confirmation. They just lost my business for life. Thank you Papa Johns for delivering my Pizzas within 30 minutes.

The staff treated my 11 yr old brother like a nuisance because he tried to redeem a school promotional ticket. If you don’t like your job do not take up an attitude with children.

It's always hit or miss with the quality of this pizza. On my last visit, the delivery driver went to the wrong house and Pizza Hut didn't bother to call me. I called when my order was 20 minutes late, spent 5 minutes on hold, and another 5 minutes arguing with the driver. He obviously didn't believe me when I said there had not been a pizza delivered to my house, and he even called me from a blocked number asking my ethnicity to see if I was lying. An hour and 4 phone calls later, I had to walk the driver through step by step instructions of how to get to my house. That's when he realized he was following the wrong directions, and of course, my pizza was cold.

They delivery my pizza 135 mins after I ordered it then it arrived cold and half made and the breadsticks were hard and cold. I called the manager Kristen and she told told me it she couldn't refund me or pick up their complete product (because I didn't touch it because it was too terribly made) but she could send another pizza in 1hour 15 mins.........what?! At this point I had grabbed an apple for dinner and was done with the whole pizza idea all together because it's now 10pm. She then told me she would give my order and phone number to the manager and maybe he can give me half of an order in the future if I still have the complete pizza......these people are insane and I would NEVER recommend eating at this establishment......terrible service, terrible pizza, just terrible all together.

Ordered a pizza delivery, they miss quoted the price at ordering, and wanted $5.60 more or the delivery driver was not going to leave the pizza, so we gave him $6.00 cash. We get a call from the manager, she told us the delivery driver did not receive the $6.00. We told we did, so the she the manager told that we are black flagged! So either the delivery driver is dishonest or they sure don't now how to communicate. THIS IS A VERY BAD WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS VERY VERY UNHAPPY

Ordered from this particular pizza Hut for delivery and it took over 3 hours to get my delivery and when it arrived the order was wrong entirely. when I told the delivery guy he offered me a extra pizza he was carrying around, when I said no Thank you I'd like the pizza I ordered he looked offended like I was in the wrong. When he returned another hour later the toppings were still wrong. Such a disaster, I recommend you order elsewhere.

First, check your priming technique , the pizza dough is sour, gooey on one side, flaky/airy on the other, sauce tasted like vinegar too much, pepperoni had very little flavor, very little of it too, for $40. I threw it in the trash after trying to eat one piece, bummer !!!

I'm very disappointed with the older lady now. Don't start giving people attitude when they come to pick up their free reward items. Definitely not the attitude you should have at work when people are in a good mood to come and pick up their orders

I ordered my pizza online. It came on time. But the pizza had barely any cheese on it. It was mostly bread. I won't be ordering from this pizza hut anymore. 3 pizzas with one slice per pizza having cheese. The rest of my pizza looked like bread baked with sauce

My husband, daughter and myself went to this location, as we use to very frequently about a year ago. I'm going to cut to the chase. We were black and We were discriminated against. There was a table of 8 people. Those 8 people dined in and received clear plastic cups, for there dine in meal. When I ordered they charged me 1.99 for a paper cup and told me they didn't have any more plastic cups for dining in. When that's a lie. Another male who was also white and in after us and he received a clear plastic cup. 😐 So I had my husband go ask for cups and they said the same thing. They didn't have any 🙄 Ok. But that's not it. We then asked for cheese and peppers. The guy bought us packages of cheese and said they didn't have anymore in the glass jar. Well..:about 5 minutes later the table of whites asked for cheese and peppers and now I guess they magically had cheese in the jar and not packets. They are racist. And we should've never trusted eating our food here but I was so hungry 😩😢 I feel hurt that this establishment would display such gestures towards people of color. It's disgusting. I will never return back to this location. And if this is what Pizza Hut supports, I will contact the media. My feelings are hurt. To say the least.

First of all they deliver an incomplete order and they cannot issue a refund just store credit. Second my pizza has a damn hair!!! I immediately call and brittney the manager is an uneducated individual that is disrespectful. I request a refund and for them to pick up the food because I don’t want it. She says she can only do store credit and not do refunds. It’s BS. Last time that I order from them. She stated “my cooks are bald they don’t have hair” lying POS.

Tonight @ THE PIZZA HUT ON PAMDALE RD IN VICTORVILLE CALIFORNIA BY THE MC DONALD'S the manager was very unprofessional she made my Mother very upset tonight😔 Her name is Hedi she is the afternoon manager Hedi does not need to be in a manager position service was really trash. Her team members was looking at Hedi like why is she doing this family like that smh Hedi said that pizza hut company don't give credit when they mess up I feel like something wasn't right in there the place look very gross need carpet cleaning bigger place too small and have a gross smell when you walk in the food impossible need to go in there sad and bad curbside pick up they will forget you outside and the manager Hedi didn't care!!! For some reason everytime I call they never pick up. Really frustrating. I think they are trying to get customers to download their app. Sometime you wanna know the deals and the app doesn't always have the same deals. Really frustrating when your craving some good pizza.

Haven't eaten Pizza Hut pizza in years. Should have stayed away. Ordered online. Online offered free cheese bread if I signed up ... so I did and received a code via email to get my freebie. When ordering I was not allowed to use my code in conjunction with the garlic knott pizza offer on the website (so a lie). Received all 4 pizzas and desert in 45 mins on a Friday (expected for a Friday). One pizza was wrong (chicken instead of meatball). Called to complain. Was asked how much was left (6 of 8 slices). They would remake and swap them out however, delivery was 1 1/2 hours out. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience. As promised, 1 1/2 hours later our pizza arrived...cold...not warm...cold. Called again...we could come in to pickup another one or get a credit for a future pizza. We do not plan to order Puzza Hut again so we want a credit now (this was refused). We were told that they had already given us a free pizza (Really? where because you only redelivered a new cold pizza we already paid for?) Horrible service and pizza meh...stay away from Pizza Hut!

Worst pizza ever. I ordered a stuffed crust for my kids they delivered it took more than an hour and brought me the wrong pizza no stuffed crust. I called and they said that for them to remake it I had to return the whole pizza. I asked for a refund the manager said she couldn’t she wanted to give me a 5 dollar credit. Worst place ever. Kind of a "Hit and Miss" proposition. One day, your delivery order arrives on time and the food is great. The next time, it's late and the food is cold. There's really no consistent service you can depend on. Roll the dice and take your chances.

I'm watching these two women prepare pizza's, one without gloves and the other without changing her gloves. This is so unsanitary.

Pizza Hut was always my choice because I hate Domino's. But I will learn to like Domino's from now on. So disappointed in my recent order from PH..Two pepperoni on each slice. WTH PH! We’ve been ordering pizza from this location because it’s the nearest delivery location to our address. They never seems to disappoint me. 90% of the time they manage to mess up our order. Sometimes it make me wonder if they know how to read our order. Then when you call and complain, their manager is normally rude about it. I contacted corporate already and all they can do is give you coupons for free pizza only on a participating Pizza Hut which is in San Bernardino area. I had them I don’t want any kind of free stuff from them all I want is to get my order correct. Today is by far the cherry on top. I got a text from them that my pizza is on it’s way. 45 minutes later their still no pizza. Called the location and the lady that answer said the driver is doubling and it should be on my way any minute. Hmm, let say it got here an hour after!! I DON’T WANT FREE STUFF!! I just want you to fulfill the service I paid for and get my order right!!

Came and ordered our pizza and went to get ice and was no ice, they said the water was off because a leak in the hose to machine and it would be awhile before there was ice. By the time we left there was still no ice. Not many games for kids and not even a coin machine for the few games they do have.

Unfortunately it took an additional 40 minutes for my carryout order. & Pizza was meh. So last time for me. The staff was very friendly though. But whoever the owner of this location is, is doing a terrible job and for some reason if you try to use coupons they wont honor it or they end up charging very close to the same price.

Every time I order from this pizza hut, there is always an issues. Something is always forgotten. Wings, soda, etc. Usually the driver is from pizza hut and goes and gets it, but this time it was a door dash driver who doesn't have access to the order and couldn't do anything. With how expensive this place is, it's not worth all this damn hassle EVERY TIME! I cannot recommend pizza hut anymore. Going to save money and order somewhere else.

So I ordered a meal deal I just got off work wanted to wash my hands the lady at the register is very rude telling me theirs no key none of the workers are wear gloves I got actual video Ive taken of this the floors are horrible the counters are disturbing I'm actually watching this right now The lady is actually handling money and then handling food never rolling with you before my entire 49 years of living actually The lady at the registry will not give her name and she's actually touching the food that she just took money from the customers I asked you want to post this online

Held Pizza Hut to a higher standard. Placed an order online and was given a delivery window of between 35-40 minutes. An hour in I called and was assisted by the customer service center, they could not give me any answers, they transferred me to the store and no answer, just got sent back to them. Oh and did I mention they were all RUDE. I could not believe how they were reacting, I just wanted an update but after 1 hour and a half in with no answers, wanted to cancel. They couldn’t even assist me with that. Was told to call the number that I am already calling and talking to them. Pizza was for the kids, I’m on my way home from work. Come to find out they just left it on the front porch. They didn’t even ring the DOORBELL. This is extremely disappointing to say the least. RIDICULOUS Pizza Hut, just RIDICULOUS. If I could give it a 0 star ratting I would.

Been here twice both times horrible experiences. First time waited over an hour for contactless curbside and nobody ever came out to greet me, had to go inside and wait another 10 minutes for my order. Second time the Pizza tasted horrible it was supposed to be pan but it was extra dry, the crust was hard and the spinach tasted over-cooked. Wont go there a third time...

Pizza was super thin with almost no sauce at all. “Stuffed crust” was mostly hallow. Marinara sauce for the bread sticks tasted expired. Bread sticks were over seasoned and dry. Looked into it and “it’s just how they’re made now” cuz COVID made them cut back on ingredients. Never again. At least not till they make it good again; if they ever do.

Ordered pizza from these people at 10:29 and nobody got back to me until i called a hour later to see what was taking so long so they say it’s on the way so i waited another hour ( at this point it’s 11:51 and they’re closed) and i called just for them to tell me they called to “verify “ the order and put down they left a voicemail and canceled the order. First and last time ordering from this place beyond furious

Horrible customer service and delivery. The first time I ordered it took over 2 hours to deliver and they delivered the wrong pizza. I gave them a second chance and it was worst. After waiting for my pizza for over an hour I called to check why it was taking so long and the manager (Cristina) hung up on me. After I called back she was rude. She stated because I was a new customer ( I have ordered from here before) that they didn't make it. That if I have this problem before I should call the pizza in instead of doing it on the app. The manager wanted to argue more then fix the problem.

Terrible customer service. Had a recent delivery that gave me the wrong drink and size. Driver was not a pizza hut employee but instead a third party one and thus they couldn't help me. Called the store 5+ times with no one answering. Never ordering from here again.

The meat on the pizza tastes frozen, which tells me it’s not fresh. Even the wings has a frozen taste..Pizza hut get it together

It's sad that lil caesar's cheap pizza taste better than this. Pizza hut is disgusting now. They obviously are putting more gluten in the dough, and not giving you the correct amount of sauce or cheese or toppings. Our pizza tonight was just a doughy mess. Were always spending over $70 each time we eat there, and each time it's gotten worse and worse. UPDATE: I recently purchased pizza from here for my children (12-10-22 ) and the driver dropped my pizza. it's all on camera. he apologized, but didnt consider replacing it, so I had to call and report him.

Our food order was placed online at 4:14pm didn’t receive our curbside order until 5pm mind you I received a notification that said it would be ready in 10-15 mins. Upon arriving in the time estimated, we continued to wait another 5 mins in the car no one ever came out so I proceeded to go inside the store. While Inside, the customers were not really being attended to, there was only one cashier taking orders while 10 other employees worked on the orders. What I didn’t understand was why there needed to be so many workers in the back and only one employee working the front. I complained to one of the workers and all she offered me once I asked for some kind of compensation for my time was a liter of soda! Really!? I expected a refund. Not satisfied at all. Felt unvalidated, like no one really expressed concern for my feelings of disappointment.

Do yourself a favor and just order somewhere else. My wife ordered tonight 10/31/21 and the pizza never came, even though we were charged. They must have just left the phone off the hook cause no one ever picked up the line after 9pm and our pizza was supposed to be here around 730 pm! Just the worst place for pizza around the area. Think twice before ordering!

Pizza was under cooked. The wings that I ordered were supposed to be well done. NOT EVEN....... The only time you should go here and get something to eat is when your house has blown up, your car batteries are dead and everything else in the high desert is closed. And even then find another place.....

If I could leave zero stars, I would!!  Just got off the phone and am appalled at the poor level of service from the store located at 14582 Pamdale Rd Victorville, CA 92392. It is my husband's birthday tonight. We had a great day at the movies and wanted to top it off with his favorite pizza from Pizza Hut, a stuffed crust with chicken and sausage. I placed the order online at 7:10 pm. I was surprised that it arrived in under an hour, but was soon to be disappointed when I had to pay $4 extra for a stuffed crust pizza and received a PAN pizza. I immediately contacted the store and spoke with someone claiming to be the manager, Christi or Krissy, at that point I wasn't making a big deal, just wanted to get the product I paid for. I was informed they would make another pizza, correctly this time, and deliver it in about 20 min. I made sure to confirm the order again over the phone; stuffed crust, garlic parmesan sauce, chicken and sausage with parmesan crust flavor. The manager was reading it off with me....I was holding the receipt in my hand to verify they received the right order the first time. Everything matched up. Fourty Five minutes goes by before the driver brings another pizza. I was instructed to save the pizza they messed up to give to the driver, when she brought the new one, so we were extremely hungry 2 hours after we placed our initial order!! The driver arrives and tells us we can keep the messed up, ice cold pizza as a courtesy. Gee thanks, nothing like cold pizza! They could have offered this option when I was on the phone so we could have warm pizza while we waited for the correct one to be delivered. But I assume, since we could possibly be lying, that they needed proof. Great way to make your customers feel appreciated!! Make them feel like swindlers! But, that's not all. When the driver opened the box to show me the new pizza, IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER AGAIN!! Two hours later and I still have not gotten what I paid for!! This time it was stuffed crust but it had mushrooms and something green on it, peppers...artichoke hearts...I couldn't tell. NOT even close to what we ordered. I sent it back with driver and called the store again! Again, the manager got on the phone and in a very monotone voice apologized for the mistake and then proceeded to explain how she sent her shift manager to deliver the pizza that she placed the order for herself. Basically, hinting that she sent the correct oder. So she starts the conversation by insinuating that I must be mistaken or it wasn't her fault instead of offering a solution to the problem. At this point I became agitated. I told her I was not interested in waiting another hour for a pizza that may or may not be made correctly and that I wanted a refund. Her response was to tell me she could only credit the money to my Pizza hut account for my next visit. Excuse me?? This is not a concession that you are offering to rectify a poor experience! I paid for something I did not receive!! I want my money back! We went back and forth for 20 minutes, all the while this manager was speaking in tones and making smart remarks to escalate the situation instead of resolving it. After feeling myself getting extremely fustrated that my entire night had been ruined, I informed her that if she could not help me I would go to corporate. At that point she FINALLY offered to put the money for the messed up order back on my card. This should have been the FIRST thing she offered. That entire conversation was completely unnecessary and only served to stir up conflict!! After she agrees to do what should have been done from the beginning she proceeds to lecture me about how she is going above and beyond and that she's been nothing but polite to me after I get upset and raise my voice.  So, she escalates the situation to a boiling point and then wants me to be gracious for her "help." I still never received what I ordered. My entire night was ruined. What kind of resolution is that?

Nothing but a bunch of scumbags at this location. Pizza always arrives cold, if at all. Multiple times I have ordered for delivery and hours later it hasn't showed up. I call and get some excuse as to why they didn't deliver. Worst service ever. Today was the last straw, I will never eat another pizza hut pizza again.

Unfortunately this is the only location that delivers to my home. I don't like to right negative reviews but this location has got my order wrong several times. The last time I ordered I called them to say my pizza wasn't cooked properly and somethung was wrong with the dough. I only ate a couple of pieces and had to throw it away. They only thing they offered was to remake it if I brought the pizza back after I was done working because I was on my lunch break Totally unacceptable. I got food poisoning and called them back the next day. The manager said that was the policy but she would have a manager call me. I never got a call. The staff is nice and friendly but and I don't blame them but thus really isn't a good store.

Very disappointed with this Pizza Hut experience. Took an hour to get our food. Ordered at 335pm on a Wednesday delivered at 4:40pm. All that waiting just to be missing an order of our breaded chicken bites.

I purchased a pepperoni pizza for carry out and as my family and I were eating the pizza not only did it taste like hand sanitizer but it had a strong smell of hand sanitizer as well, the cooks need to be extra careful when they are preparing the pizza because this could cause serious harm.

Today I called instead of using the app. I placed an order a 4:18pm and still haven't received my order at 6:25 pm. I called to check my order status only to discover that when you call, you're speaking with someone in a call center. I was u aware that I was providing my credit card information to someone other than a store employee. I was very unhappy about that. They tried to transfer me to the store 2 times and the phone went busy and ended the call. I have been a pizza hut customer for more than 20 years butI will never spend another dime with this store.

My pizza tasted nothing like Pizza Hut. It even looked different. My 14yr said it was horrible. Did this location branch out and make their own recipe? 🗑🤢

Was there tonight for a Uber eats pick up the lobby was empty maybes for customers and every time I asked her what was the status of my pick up order for the current customer they said 5 to 7 minutes, so OK I waited additional 10 minutes and then they go oh, by the way forgot burnt didn’t wanna tell you but we remade it and the guy who knows how to make this is on break so now my sweet customers order was supposed to be delivered by 715 did not deliver the customers order until 7:38 PM due to the workers not knowing how to make a certain type of pizza please fix this this driver will not be coming back to this location very poor service. Nobody knows what’s going on in there. Please hire a new staff or close current store.

Placed an order and didn’t realize I chose carry out rather than delivery, I don’t have transportation at the moment so I called the store to see if I can change the method of delivery and whoever answered the phone was very rude and asked repeatedly if I wanted to cancel my order when I had already said yes then said the food was already coming out of the oven when I said yes for a third to to canceling then proceeded to hang up on me. I have been ordering from here for years and this is the first time I had to call didn’t receive my bread sticks the Alfredo sauce tasted funny and most importantly the little seal stickers where never placed on the box, the driver that delivered the pizza was high as hell and rude. When I called to let them know I didn’t receive the bread stick the lady Elaine had a horrible attitude right away before I could even tell her what was wrong so I asked for her name and she said what’s the problem and I said what’s your name and then she put me on hold and the manager came on and had a 100 excuses for the lady. It was very unprofessional and sad I get that people get frustrated but come on now. Very sad how things are being ran.

This pizza hut is a thief they charge me four times 108.65 totals of 434.60 to my bank account. There stupid help desk is as worthless all they can said is sorry sorry!! Sorry is not going to resolve them taking money out of my account. They don't have any way of resolving anything all they said some one will contact you 3 to 5 day later and don't even offer any kind of help. Never buy from this scammer thief.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza extra sauce, they had 1 job. When I got my food home, which is 3 mins from the place my pizza was cold and hard no extra sauce. This pizza had been sitting for a while. I did not call to complain because people do things to your food when you ask them to fix it. I just take it as a loss. I'll stick to Domino's this is what I get for trying something else. Just awful and lazy. Too expensive not to be right.

THIEF. Delivery driver brought the wrong pizza and said he would return to the store to have it remade. The manager called us and accused us of saying we never ordered a pizza, which was untrue. She then said it would be sent out to us. After 45 more minutes of waiting, we called and said we would no longer want the pizza. She told us we could not get our money back because they already processed the payment in error. We could get a credit, which we obviously don't want, because who wants to do business with people who accuse you of lying. So no pizza, no refund, no apology. Worst customer service, Laura, thanks for stealing our money :)

I loved this place in the past up until a horrible experience today..I ordered a pizza for delivery and was told arrival would be 25 minutes..after 40 minutes I called to see if my delivery was near..the lady initially told me she did not see my name for delivery..after a timely wait she returned to say that the delivery guy could not find my address ..ok no one called me to verify??? Then there was, we can make you a fresh pizza and deliver..so I'm confused you don't deliver, don't call to say they are lost, and then no one calls when delivery man returns with pizza? This was never a delivery and instead of accommodating me, they lost a customer..refused to give me anything free or a discount for the lies,rather lose a customer of 8 years..

Very disappointing and unsanitary!!! The dough was old it did not raise the Breadsticks were wrinkled on top, the 14" Pepperoni Lover's® Pizza did not raise and was greasy and the 6 Traditional Wings taste freezer burned. Complete waste of $105 for spoiling food.

Very bad experience with this location. I was very clear on my order, easy on sauce and plenty of cheese. Surprise when I opened the box, this is unacceptable 😑, we try to buy "a good pizza" and we receive this. The other piece that is missing there was the worst one, I got so frustrated that I just decided to throw it away. The price is not the issue when you really get what your asked for. Very bad service and totally unacceptable, will never come back to this place.

We've been a long time customer but after yesterday's order not anymore. Spent over $60 on pizza and bread sticks. The pizza and bread sticks were stale and hard not fresh at all. Seems like it was frozen and reheated in the microwave. Both items were not even cut correctly, probably because it was too stale for the workers to cut LOL. Should of took pictures. My son had to call off work because he was sick to his stomach that he threw everything up. Very disappointed. Also disappointed at the fact their pizzas are higher than the commercial ads. Sad, so sad and disappointed. Get your stuff right pizza hut seems like your having many complaints about stale pizza.

Got there, wife and 3 yr old kid mildly hungry, placed my order to dine in, 30 min after, they realized they misplaced, couldn't find or didn't process my order. Asked for a refund which they did, and walked out of there disappointed, I understand sometimes mistakes are made, I'm just surprised about Pizza Hut been a franchise this big fumbling it in this way. Well I'll try another time and see if I get a better experience.

Never again from this location. Ordered a big new Yorker pizza and cheese sticks. I ordered pizza with crispy cupped pepperoni and half pizza with jalapeños. TEXT said out for delivery and I live 1/2 mile away...it took 20-25 minutes for delivery. Both items were cold, no jalapeños at all, and only 10 slices of pepperoni on whole pizza...no kidding. So dinner sucked and I lost $46.00 including tip. Is there any good pizza joints up here anymore?

Place an order on line and it was switch to pick up. When I asked to cancel the order the manager had a huge attitude with me. I was in the middle of asking a question and she just hung up in my face. Every time I use this location something always goes wrong with my order. Then it will take 3 to 5 business days for them to return my money. I don't even want to give them one star.

Got a nice surprise when I opened my pizza box. I was missing a corner of my pizza and the safety seal is not even doing a thing to show you that your food wasn’t messed with. As you can see in the photos the seal is still in tact after I opened the box and there’s clearly a piece of my pizza missing from being torn off.

Ordered delivery. Ordered extra Italian sausage, onions and mushrooms, along with cheese sticks.When order arrived, pizza box was sealed. Had to bring pizza box inside to open. By that time, driver had left. Pizza I received was not the one I had ordered. Spent $82 and didn't get what I had ordered. Very disappointed.
