My Bacon Cheeseburger was missing the bacon and the fries seemed old and not warm. Service was okay but it is usually better along with the food.

It's a little over done and the flavor is basic. Overall they are a great Fast-food joint, but don't expect much out of the food.

Even though it was only 8:00pm the drive through window was blocked by an empty car forcing us to go inside to order. Not nearly clean enough to meet Burger King standards. Had a whopper meal. Sandwich and fries were excellent but soda was flat.

It was hot inside store , the table where dirty, the drink station was dirty, they had flies flying around

I ordered a texas whopper and the person working there stated it would take a bit since it would need to be fresh. We said that would be fine and then she huffed seeming annoyed. After we completed our order she repeated our order and told us to move forward she huffed and muttered something under her breath. At that point I decided to leave instead as I really did not want something done to my food.

I asked for a bacon and Swiss crispy sandwich dry and got one with sauce regular cheese and no bacon. It wasn't even that busy so I take it as an intentional mistake. No I didn't return so it could be fixed I just ate it. But it was definitely worth reviewing it on here. Thank you for screwing up my order. I did make a report on your corporate website as I expect your cooks/order takers need retraining or termination if that continues.

Sign says drive thru open at 2 am and there were parole in there, but they ignored us as we pulled up at 530 am. So i went to whataburger 😊

I walked from my hotel to order dinner. I saw BK had fish sandwiches, which I miss since Arby's stopped. I asked if the fish sandwich had cheese, and was told, "No." I ordered "Two big fish sandwiches to go, tartar sauce on the side." The cashier looked puzzled while looking at the terminal. I repeated the order. She had trouble figuring out how to enter the order so the people 5 feet behind her would know what to make. Finally, she asked, "Is that to go"? "Yes." I knew something would go wrong but not what. I received the bag and looked inside. There was tartar sauce on the side. So far so good, I thought. I got back to the hotel and looked at the sandwiches. No cheese. Okay! Then I noticed that the sandwiches were spicy chicken sandwiches. I checked the receipt again -- 2 big fish. We ate them anyway. The chicken sandwiches were better than the original chicken sandwiches which I stopped eating, but I wanted the fish. So, check your order before you leave the restaurant.
