Great experience! Excellent food and very kind and helpful staff. The only flaw was the service was a little slow, nothing too serious, but the wait was a bit tiring.

The Vigevano store is well-organized, well-serviced, and clean. The wait for orders is normal, sometimes quick... the children's play area is fully functional. Courtesy, smiles, and kindness are the order of the day.

Carne di buona qualità: il servizio è stato pessimo, non per mancanze del personale ma per il fatto che c’era una sola persona in sala, con un aiutino dalla cucina. Un’ora abbondante per una chateaubriand peraltro ottima.

I can't believe what happened to us tonight...we're regulars at Roadhouse and have always been very satisfied. Tonight is our first time at the Roadhouse in Vigevano: they sat us down at a table, and after 25 minutes we had to hurry to get our orders. Like every Sunday, we ordered all-you-can ribs. They immediately told us they didn't have the spicy ones (something that's never happened anywhere else, and they should have told us right away, in my opinion). After more than half an hour, our dishes arrived. We asked for second helpings, and another half hour later, they arrived. We asked for a third round, and after another half hour, we asked the waitress, who replied, "Oh, but no orders were moved forward here..."...not even two minutes later, the ribs arrived...a miracle...too bad they arrived cold and frozen. We ended up with an endless line at the cash register...I'm really sorry for this misfortune, but I hope it helps you organize yourself better.

Servizio molto lento e camerieri molto distratti. 30 min per due hamburger e in più i panini erano freddi!! Senza motivazione chiesta alla cameriera. Abbiamo atteso anche alla cassa.

I returned after 6 months and the situation has gotten much worse. I waited an hour for a cut. The dining room was dirty and, above all, the management was very arrogant. I won't be returning.

Mi sono recata da Road House di passaggio, essendo ospite in quel paese (io vivo a Milano), e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata decisamente negativa. Il cibo è stato molto deludente. Ho ordinato una cotoletta di pollo che sembrava chiaramente surgelata: la consistenza era strana, quasi finta, e il pollo all’interno risultava filoso e per nulla gradevole. Non aveva assolutamente la qualità che ci si aspetta in un ristorante. Ho quindi chiesto di cambiare piatto e ho ordinato una tagliata di manzo con cottura ben cotta. Mi è stata servita completamente bruciata, con un sapore amaro che copriva qualsiasi gusto della carne. Impossibile da apprezzare. Per quanto riguarda il servizio: una delle cameriere è stata gentilissima, professionale e disponibile, cercando di rimediare con educazione alla situazione. Un’altra, invece, ha avuto un atteggiamento totalmente opposto, poco cordiale e per nulla accogliente. Tengo a precisare che non vivo in quel paese ma ero semplicemente di passaggio. Scrivo questa recensione perché mi sono trovata davvero male e credo sia giusto segnalare un’esperienza così

Solo una parola, pessimi... Dopo averci garantito per telefono che avevano prodotti gluten free, arrivati in loco dopo aver ordinato, siamo stati costretti a lasciare il locale, in quanto a dire del manager non vi era presente l'hamburger gluten free e non vi erano alternative... Chiudete

Un ora di attesa con mezzo locale vuoto. Camerieri molto lenti, responsabili inesistenti.. Da quando hanno cambiato personale la situazione è peggiorata molto. Mai più.

Horrible, cold sandwiches, we waited more than 2 hours for 8 menus, 4 ate 45 minutes before the others, completely raw burgers, non-existent staff... NEVER AGAIN!

I saw that Thursday burgers were 50% off. I ordered them and asked the manager which burgers they were. When I paid, there was no discount. It turned out I had to download the app, but the manager didn't tell me. With that price, it's better to go to Mc Donald's.

Update!!! July 20, 2023 After the change of management, I've been back twice, but I don't think I'll ever go back! Dirty tables and little customer service! It was definitely a different world before! Pre-2023 Excellent, just what we needed in Vigevano! Friendly and very kind staff, Truly excellent food. There's also a small play area for children.
