I always order delivery and my Subways always arrive in perfect condition, obviously I order through the app... But I've never had any issues with their food.

La comida, el lugar y las galletas todo muy bueno! Lo malo es que en el rostro de la chica vi molestia cuando le pedi datos para la factura los cuales me señalo en el ticket 🎫. Nunca me la mandaron por si es de tu interés la factura ve sabiendo que posiblemente no te la envíen. Compré el 25 de noviembre de 2025 y nunca la enviaron

Today the service was excellent. However, I had two issues this afternoon. Once at 8 pm, they told me there was no service because they were taking orders. Another time, at 7 pm, they said there was no service due to inventory, even though the store was open and everything was ready.
The service is good and offers the same services as the other branches.
It's very good and all, but the home delivery service is only until 4 pm, and there are days like today and others when I've called for home delivery and several times they tell me that there is no home delivery service that day.

I don't like that when I order things through Rappi, they don't give me a receipt for billing, nor do they provide an online invoice, and even when I call, nobody answers. Terrible customer service.
I ordered two Subways through Uber Eats with a specific type of bread and toppings, and they didn't respect the ingredients as requested. They sent them however they wanted and still charged me for them. It's not the first time.
Whenever I order from apps, I always order Subway because I like it. But today, when I ordered chicken, I don't know what the heck they put in it because it wasn't chicken at all. Whenever I order chicken, you can see the pieces, but this time it was all ground up, and it makes you really uneasy not knowing what I ate, because I only realized at the very end that it wasn't chicken. Terrible food quality.
They add fewer and fewer ingredients, they struggle to add lettuce and two slices of tomato, very mediocre.
My food arrived with different ingredients than what I ordered, and they also gave me the bread I wanted. Besides, everything arrived cold. This isn't the first time I've had this problem with this restaurant.

Unfriendly staff and they ignore the delivery workers a lot. The gentleman who serves us with glasses is unkind and lacks enthusiasm. He works calmly and is very conversational.
The generation of front-line staff is very young. They only have to make a simple sandwich and/or salad, and they don't do it properly. That detracts from the customer experience. They lack training, or we're suffering from the apathy that Generation Z was born with.
The potatoes came raw and cold, the baguette was cold and untoasted...
The billing email is inactive, and when staff were asked about another billing method or email, they were unaware, leaving no solution unresolved.
It doesn't have internet, the electrical installations don't work, and customer service is provided by minors.
Their delivery service only runs until 4 pm... And they don't tell you which days the driver is off... They should at least put that information on their business cards....
