Rude customer service
I called last week and the lady was very kind to me, understanding. I called today and suddenly he changed his tone, as if I had leprosy, he didn't want to tell me why they didn't want to help me. Maybe it was because I told him that I had spoken with other lawyers, as if one chooses the first service that falls on one's head; Obviously one has to search. Something was hidden from me, and I left that call with a terrible feeling. I felt like she was being very dishonest with me.
