Sigue estando la comida tan exquisita como con el anterior propietario. Muy buen ambiente donde comer las mejores carnes a la brasa, guisos caseros y unas tartas y postres caseros que quitan el sentido Muchas limpieza en todo el local. El personal es muy atento y por muchos clientes que haya, te atienden rápido y con mucha amabilidad. En definitiva muy buen sitio donde comer en Familia o con amigos como fue mi caso, al que volveré y recomiendo 100%.

Comimos muy bien , solo decir que, cuando nos trajo el chuletón para verlo, les comenté que quería cambiarlo porque tenía bastante grasa por una parte y me dijo que ya no se podía cambiar .Y digo yo, si no me lo han llegado poner y no he dicho yo la última palabra de quererlo, no pueden obligar al comensal a comerse ese producto si lo ve y no lo quiere por el motivo que sea. La chica que atendía las comandas pues fue un poco seca ....por lo demás todo genial.

Nos ha gustado mucho este sitio y su comida. El local está situado en una montaña cerca del embalse y tiene unas magníficas vistas desde ahí. Los camareros fueron simpáticos. La comida muy buena y los platos con bastante cantidad. Todo lo que pedimos estaba muy bueno. Adjuntamos ticket

Fuimos un domingo a comer y aconsejo reservar. El servicio muy eficiente y muy amables. La carne estaba bueniiisima. Pedimos chuletitas de cordero y estaban de muerte. El entrecot se deshacía. Viene todo acompañado de patatas fritas o patata asada.

Atención super amable. Local limpio y muy agradable. Pero lo mejor es la calidad de la comida. El entrecot de simmental ha sido un manjar. La ensaladilla rusa buenísima. La leche frita un postre poco habitual y riquísima. Repetiremos.

Una venta a la que recomiendo ir. La comida es casera y está muy buena, calidad/ cantidad/precio genial . Está en lo alto de una montaña por lo que las vistas son inmejorables. Lo único he mejoraría es el trato de los camareros y la atención. Si comes en el interior al ser pequeño se forma muchísimo ruido por los gritos de la gente. Recomiendo reservar mesa antes!

Omg that was sooo good. So much meat choice and beautifully cooked. The strogonof was incredible. Portions are massive (also for kids) so you better be hungry when you arrive :) Service is also impeccable. We had an amazing meal. Gracias!

We managed to get a booking last minute by email , which was answered quickly and so glad it was , we had a fantastic meal from the extensive menu...it's not just a place for meat lovers there are other great choices available. A great steak restaurant up above the lake at Viñuela, fantastic food and drink with a great atmosphere and really friendly staff, I had the 1kg T Bone / Tomahawk type steak with all the trimmings. Great value at 46 Euros and cooked to perfection.

Absol utely fabulous food in the most wonderful location. If meat is your thing then El Charco is the place for you and the desserts are not too bad either. The views from the restaurant are simply breathtaking, mountains, lakes and valleys all from a single location. The staff are extremely friendly and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. Do book in advance, it is very popular.

Excellent food and wonderful menu. Probably some of the best steak and natural grain Fred beef you will find. This restaurant is up in the hills and this is where the locals go. If you want some good authentic Spanish food just come here.!!!!

It's a nice restaurant with a spacious dining room, a nice terasses with a fabuluos view on the lake of La Viñuela. The food is good. It is a grill restaurant and they are specialised in grilling meat. We've had an excellent grilled entrecote and very tasty lamb cobs. The deep fry aubergine starter is very good and the goat cheese starter as well. The deserts are good too. And so is the wine. So, I really recommend this restaurant for having a good quality of food, friendly staff in a beautiful environment.

We visit El Charco every time we're in the area as it's our favourite restaurant. Always have the Secreto Iberico pork - to me it's nicer than steak. Can recommend the fried aubergines with Malaga honey for starter - they are beautiful. Love the atmosphere, the service and the views! Always too full for dessert so have a Bailey's to finish - 3 euros for a generous serving. Would visit weekly if we lived in Andalusia.

Visited this evening - the food was excellent, we had a goats cheese starter, followed by rabbit and pork, with house ice cream for dessert. Could not have been happier with the food. The staff were very attentive and welcomed us in, we were never left waiting around once we had finished a course. The atmosphere was very relaxed, making the entire experience very enjoyable - would definitely recommend.

Lovely food, good atmosphere, polite staff will go again but expect to be there a while as very busy so takes a while for them to get round to your table. Very polite whilst I spoke in borken Spanish. Worth getting their tapas and beer to try- changes daily. So good we're going back tomorrow. Only reason we didn't give it 5 is because the pork special was heavy on salt and wasps outside ruin the meal. Sit inside and its delightful! Edited- from 4 to 5 stars as my boyfriend and Iwent back the next day after writing this... Much quicker service tonight as there was no music on, staff noticed we ordered food to share so brought cutlery for this and even put two raspberries on the desert which had previously only had one- its the little things! The food is good , steak is amazing and made the nicely done pork seem much more mediocre in comparison. Would recommend coming here if you're a steak fan!

Un sitio al que acudir si se quiere comer buena carne, bien preparada, y buenos entrantes. Los precios son razonables, acordes a la calidad de la comida que se sirve. La única pega es que el comedor entero estaba muy frío, no había calefacción, ni chimenea, ni nada... Es la única pega, de no ser por eso tendría 5 estrellas para mí.

Nuestra primera visita y la verdad que muy buena la experiencia, una buenas vistas al pantano de la viñuela, falto que la terraza la tuviesen abierta. Lo importante, la comida muy buena en general, la ensaladilla rusa, normalita, pero el aprobado se lo llevan las carnes, ya sean guisadas, o a la parrilla, tanto el rabo de toro, como el solomillo con salsa de champiñones, la pluma ibérica, todas las carnes bien hechas, un muy buen punto de todas, una buena atencion de los camareros y los postres totalmente los recomiendo tanto el "charcolate" o la tarta de zanahoria, en general puedo decir que ha sido un acierto, volveremos.

Comida correcta. A mejorar destacar el calor que hacía ya que la climatización muy deficiente para lo grande que es el local, hemos pasado mucha calor. Descontentos con la atención del servicio. No nos han orientado bien y ha sobrado demasiado, en ningún momento nos ha avisado que la cantidad era excesiva. Y aunque hemos utilizado la del pobre “reventar antes de que sobre” ha sobrado bastante. La tarta al whisky congelada, era un bloque de hielo. Calidad precio correcto.

The food at this place is really good. I had the entrecôte fillet and it was one of the best I ever had. The service it was really horrible and they had attitude they were rude and impolite. We asked to pay separately because we were there on business lunch and they said quite rudely that we couldn’t do that, then when I asked for some fresh pepper they almost threw it at me, and when one of my colleagues made a nice comment about the food the waitress said that she didn’t cook just served it with a really bad attitude. I will definitely won’t go there again just because of the behaviour of their stuff.
