The French Chibatta Dipper is so delicious and flavorful it's addicting.

Just went thru the driver through today and Constantina I believe was her name, was so friendly and had such a positive demeanor. She really sets an example for what amazing customer service should be like. Also the Fuji apple salad is my favorite from Panera. Definitely will be back soon. ☺️

I go 7 days a week and have always gotten Excellent the managers are all great. The associates are very kind and thoughtful. Love them all they are like family to me.

The place is nice, bright, and clean. They offer various salads and drinks, as well as bread. The black pepper ciabatta turned out to be a bit tough, and the pepper wasn't noticeable at all. But the tea and coffee are excellent. It's quiet and peaceful — a good spot to sit, read, or have a conversation.

Place is clean. Staff is friendly and fast service. There is plenty of seating and comfy. All the food is great. My favorite is the Turkey chili and the mac n cheese bowl. I keep on coming back to this location because of the great experience I have every time I'm there.

Nice place , however hours on Google show Sunday opening at 6am , in Yelp and Panera shows the correct time 7am on Sunday

Panera is a great option to study or get some work done. I feel like it has a subtler atmosphere than SB. I also love that there's a lot of food option to fill you up when you're studying/working. I love their carrot cupcake, it's one of the best I have tried. Also recommend their tomoto soup, its perfect with the bread. The sandwiches are hit or miss depending on the freshness of the bread. I personally do not like sourdough for my sandwich. It goes well with soup. This location in Vista is quiet even when it gets busy. I can easily find a small nook and plug in my laptop and work away without being bothered by noise. The staff here always makes sure the place is clean and well kept.

Has always seemed a little pricey, but as everything else has climbed, I'm inclined to think it's not so bad now, given the mandate for quality ingredients, vs. overpriced fast food that doesn't taste nearly as good. Their system for ordering and calling you when food is ready needs to be better, but otherwise, it's worth the occasional splurge for lunch food.

I was exiting the parking lot and the person leaving the drive-through lane didn’t have a stop sign so they almost hit the car I’m driving and there was a truck parked blocking his view so there should be a stop sign for the drivers exit in drive-through and also a red line so they will be slow to drive back to the streets

Maybe the staff had an off day? We had to wait almost 10 minutes before getting our order taken, while there was only about 5 other tables sat. They were basically empty. There were dirty tables and we could hear the kitchen yelling out which soups they were out of so that the manager (?) had to ask the couple who ordered behind me-at this point they had paid and were sitting waiting for their food- if they could pick something else. The food however was good. I probably wouldn't come back to this location though.

There are a couple ceiling tiles out of place, the floor was dirty, there are areas of torn or missing carpet under tables. We were there between the lunch and dinner rush; the unkept dining area was more than just being busy. As per the food, I got 1/2 a sandwich and cup of soup. My vegetable soup was excellent and the serving was adequate. I was less than impressed with the sandwich. In my opinion, about a 1/5 - 1/4 cup of tuna fish is negligible for a sandwich that is served on a hearty roll. The ratio of protein to carb is way off and there wasn't enough to balance out the density of the roll. I won't purchase the tuna sandwich again. Hubby got the chipotle chicken sandwich. He said there was no chipotle flavor. When he inquired about the lack of flavor, he was told that its only a chipotle mayo and next time ask for extra paprika. Not the kind of answer I expected. Over All - 👎

When did Panera become self service? We went there for dinner and instead of an employee bringing us our food, we had to go up to the counter to get it! And to add insult to injury, the cashier asked us to bus our own tables??!! We ordered 2 'Pick Two' sandwich/soup or salad combos, a side cup of soup and two large drinks. I am older with some difficulty walking (cane) and I had to go back and forth 3 times to get our food, plus another handful of times to refill drinks, etc. And the total was $43.00! Then they 'ask' (suggest) for a tip before you complete your card transaction. For what? No server, no busboy, nothing! The food was okay. Yes, I understand that restaurants are having a hard time finding workers, but if you are going to expect self service from your patrons, you should reduce your pricing accordingly. $3.50 for a large soft drink! $43 for what we ordered is way too much for what you have to go through at this place. I am not returning unless something changes!

Well to start off the macaroni was so cold not even lukewarm. The carrots tasted frozen and it was heavily salted. The Asian style salad was so heavily sauced that it made my tongue raw 1/10 will not be coming back. Service was nice got a few compliments and there was a very nice old man that gave great advice. 😁

Just ordered a Chicken Avocado Melt sandwich. My avocado came out BROWN. A few brown slices are understandable at times, but it was all BROWN. Why would the staff not consider grabbing a new piece and tossing it? Made me lose my appetite.

Haha, joke was on us. After doing the math, we actually paid considerably more for this option. The portions were so small that I question whether we actually got half portions of the items selected, which ostensibly, it should’ve been. Either they serve smaller portions when this option is ordered, or they always serve teeny tiny portions. Either way, it was a rip off. I mean I get the shrinkflation thing, I’m used to it by now, but this was taking it to another level. For my choose two, if they had actually halved the portions and the prices, I should’ve paid $15, but they actually charged more, “ I guess because it’s too hard to make a half salad or sandwich?” And I was charged $18.50! The other order should’ve been $15.15, instead we were charged $16.20, not quite as bad, we saved with the bowl of chili, which we were charged.80 less than the normal price…. But I seriously question if that is truly the bowl size container because it was probably 6 oz at best. I won’t be giving them anymore of my money in the future.

I don't know why service got so bad at Panera also quality. I remember when it was a great tasting and great atmosphere. No sure if it the new era of people or you guy just gave up on quality and what you guys where once where.

Found meat all in my Ten Vegetable Soup. The meat was in both bowls. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Overpriced food with tiny portions and non-organic ingredients.

Worst experience I've ever had at a Panera so disappointing. I rarely write reviews but this one takes the cake. I ordered online for pickup and when I get home the whole is wrong. So instead of spending a nice family dinner with my family im driving another 20 minutes with a hubgry family waiting. After I call the store not only that they ask if I want it remade or just not come back, so I have it remade and when i return to tbe location the staff is complete6 unhelpful and instead of taking care of customers they are taking selfies in the food window. Very unprofessional will probably never come back to this location.

I have to ask a bag with a handle for this kinda big order . The reason why I ask the a bag with a handle is because I saw the girls before me had one and it seemed to be light meaning it wasn’t a big order . I was given just a big bag WITH NO Handle , and one of the orders was soup . Please improve this kind of service who picks certain people to give special service .

I ordered delivery for my family when I was really sick. All I wanted was soup. I spent a ridiculous amount of money for the quality of food. However, I knew what I was spending it on. The problem was I didn't receive the one item I wanted, the soup. When I called in they said they would refund for the soup. Well, I now had a loaf of bread that was too go with the soup and meals my family would have never chosen. I sent a follow up email, which was received in the same way. Well, they refunded the soup. Yes, but I spent over 100 too fed my family something they didn't want and the one reason I ordered was not received. I have not returned to panera since this happened 2 months ago and I will not return.

The manager at this location is one of the rudest humans I have ever encountered. Tried to kick me out of the store from a prior visit of wanting to use a bathroom while I was sitting with my mother and daughter. She stated," I remembered you now get out before I call the police." I never did anything wrong and she previously physically pushed me out the door. No one has the right to lay a finger on a human or feel that they are policemen. She acted irresponsibly and unprofessionally. I will no longer eat at a Panera bread anywhere, any location.

I ordered the Asian salad half order and it was alright … little chicken. My friend ordered the soup and sandwich. She wanted to try the chicken cordon Bleu…. It was basically a ham sandwich. Lots of ham and bread a tiny piece of chicken. Not worth the price.

I ordered at the drive thru an everything bagel with cream cheese and tomato. I was charged $2.79 extra for the tomato. I get home and I have to assemble the whole thing and they gave me 3 slices of a very small tomato. Rip off!! Over $7.00 got this?? Never again. Go to Einsteins for your bagel. Same exact order from there is only $4 and some change and they make it for you!
